UNESCO Its Purpose and Its Philosophy, by UNESCO's first Director, Sir Julian Sorell Huxley (1887-1975), appears to be a key document to understanding the Communitarian Philosophy. It illustrates the continuity of The Plan as defined by Alice A. Bailey and provides guidelines on how to meet its challenge. It mentions the need to "embrace the spiritual and mental as well as the material aspects of existence", the importance of the "general theory of evolution" is highlighted, and science and technology will be key factors. It talks about Unity and a new consciousness, and most other New Age ideas.
It sure is a key document, and it's amazing how long it took us to find out it existed! I referred to UNESCO on several ACL pages but never knew exactly who/what it was. Wow, huh?
And yup, it's the ol' wall tent, up and ready for a new role... it's the sauna at our new spa. We'll have herbs for the water from T-Junction and it's gonna smell a lot better than when I lived in in full time. It's very nostalic being inside it again too, kinda like visiting a good old friend who saw me through a very tough time.
I'm Niki Raapana, an independent researcher, co-founder of the Anti Communitarian League (ACL) with Nordica Friedrich, co- author of 2020: Our Common Destiny and co-author of the Anti Communitarian Manifesto.
