Tea Party Communitarian By JONATHAN COPPAGE • November 19, 2013

There's a very good reason I've never identified with the Conservative Right. Many Conservatives support the ACL because we publish facts they use. They simply respect our quality of work. Many conservatives are put off because I don't identify myself as a Conservative or a Christian. They ask me to. I won't. If I did, I'd have a lot more readers, supporters, and a lot more promotions. If I were anything, even a Lesbian Democrat, I'd be a lot better off than being what I am. In order to appeal to my countrymen I must wear a label. But I don't identify myself as anything but anticommunitarian, and the American people have yet to become aware of what that means.
Once I identified the thesis and the antithesis leading to the communitarian synthesis, I became aware of the dialectical roles each "side" plays in promoting the communitarian synthesis. After that I could never participate in any "side" that helps the communitarians. Then we showed with our antithesis how the evidence verifies the transformation of all societies into one big blob. Okay, so I never described it as a "blob," but maybe I should have! People know what that word means.
Today the communitarian synthesis (or blob) is manifesting in the Tea Party. I warned Americans this was going to happen in my Open Letter to Local Tea Party members in 2010. http://nikiraapana.blogspot.com/2010/10/open-letter-to-all-members-of-local-tea.html
Either I have special powers of divination, God told me what to write, or I'm a damn good journalist. Whatever I am, I am the ONLY writer in the world who saw this coming and warned the public about it years before it happened. Now there's a "Tea Party Communitarian"! Oh yeah.

Tea Party Communitarian Can Sen. Mike Lee get libertarian populists to put family first?

By JONATHAN COPPAGE • November 19, 2013
Article re-posted in its entirety from The American Conservative website http://www.theamericanconservative.com/articles/tea-party-communitarian/:
Mike Lee is an unlikely candidate for conservatism’s most promising policy mind. A Tea Party firebrand since he swept into office in 2010, Lee was the driving force behind efforts to defund Obamacare that led to a 16-day government shutdown this October. Yet the past year has also seen him reveal another side to his populist conservatism: a communitarian agenda for policy reform.
At the American Enterprise Institute in September, Lee set out a tax-reform proposal centered around a per child tax credit that would apply to income and payroll taxes alike. At the unveiling, Lee said: “Now, if you are like me—a conservative with a libertarian streak—you might at first raise an eyebrow at all this. My plan, you might say, may share some features of traditional conservative tax reform but it’s no flat tax. It’s no consumption tax,” two policies long favored by conservative for their economic efficiency or ostensible fairness.
“That’s right,” he continued. “It’s better.”
With the slightest hint of braggadocio that only a humble Utahn can muster, Lee broke with the economic individualism of the conservative establishment to prioritize instead the family, “the first and foremost institution of civil society.” There was a sound economic basis for this, to be sure. Lee drew attention to what he called the “Parent Tax Penalty” whereby parents doubly contribute to entitlement programs through their taxes and the expenses they incur raising future taxpayers. And he insisted, “Here, I am not speaking about the family as a moral or cultural institution, strictly as a social and economic one.” But that in itself is significant: the family, not just the individual, is what economics must be about.
“Conservatives sometimes get criticized for putting too much emphasis on the family in policy debates,” he acknowledged. But “the real problem may be that we don’t think about the family enough. For family is not just one of the major institutions through which people pursue happiness. Is the one upon which all the others depend.”
At the Heritage Foundation in April, Lee delivered a communitarian manifesto of sorts entitled “What Conservatives Are For.” He emphasized “that the true and proper end of political subsidiarity is social solidarity” and explained that his “vision of American freedom is of two separate but mutually reinforcing institutions: a free enterprise economy and a voluntary civil society.”
Lee’s proposals focus on relieving burdens on the institutions that strengthen society in their everyday practice. This outlook goes straight back to his Utah origins. “We’ve always been a state that has had strong institutions of civil society, very strong neighborhoods, very connected neighborhoods where people know each other,” the senator tells me. “Sometimes people are quick to assume that that just refers to people who are members of my church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, but it’s not just that. There’s a very strong neighborhood dynamic in Utah that perhaps traces back to the way we were settled,” he explains.
“People had traveled great distances, sometimes thousands of miles to get there to what was initially a fairly desolate desert. The Salt Lake Valley was said to only have one or two trees when the first Mormon Pioneers arrived in 1847, and it required people to work together a lot to build these communities, to make the desert blossom like a rose. And that has become part of our culture, and it has thrived.”

{Niki ads this link here: Mormon Communitarianism- Distinct by Eschatology
Communitarian concern for the social fabric and libertarian resistance to big-government interventions fit together naturally for the Utah senator. “Lee has been eager to show that social conservatism and concern for the family doesn’t speak a different language than his kind of constitutionalism and limited government-ism,” says Yuval Levin, editor of the policy quarterly National Affairs. Levin is encouraged by the direction he sees leaders like Lee taking.
“I think there’s been a tendency for a decade or more in conservatism to move away from communitarian talk to a much more individualist talk, and it’s very much in need of counterforce,” he says. “Conservatism needs to be a counterweight to radical individualism, not an enabler of it, and to me to see that being expressed again is really crucial.”
At AEI, Lee opened his proposal by speaking of “a new and unnatural stagnancy” that has trapped the poor and worn down the middle class. There are the beginnings here of a different way of talking about the economy, in contrast to the GOP’s old prosperity gospel for the upwardly mobile. Republicans a year ago proved all too ready to fan the flames of upper-class resentment with talk of the 47 percent of Americans who pay no federal income tax. Lee rebukes that mentality, pointing out at AEI that “people who pay no income tax do pay federal taxes—payroll taxes, gas taxes, and various others,” and squarely declaring, “Working families are not free riders.” Web issue image
Lee rails upward instead, against the cronyism that big government and big business together have cultivated at the taxpayer’s expense. “At the top of our society, we find a political and economic elite that—having reached the highest rungs—has pulled up the ladder behind itself, denying others the chance even to climb,” he warned at AEI. At Heritage, he went so far as to say, “The first step in a true conservative reform agenda must be to end this kind of preferential policymaking. Beyond simply being the right thing to do, it is a prerequisite for earning the moral authority and political credibility to do anything else.” How, he asked, could working families take seriously a conservatism that props up and subsidizes big banks and corporate agricultural interests?
For a GOP long seen as the party of entrenched financial interests, populist credibility must be won back, and a deregulation agenda alone won’t cut it. This is where Lee’s rugged communitarianism is especially vital to his cause. In his Heritage speech, he described the conservative vision as “not an Ayn Rand novel. It’s a Norman Rockwell painting, or a Frank Capra movie: a society of ‘plain, ordinary kindness, and a little looking out for the other fellow, too’. ”
He continued,
In the last few years, we conservatives seem to have abandoned words like ‘together,’ ‘compassion,’ and ‘community’ as if their only possible meanings were as a secret code for statism. This is a mistake. Collective action doesn’t only—or even usually—mean government action. Conservatives cannot surrender the idea of community to the left, when it is the vitality of our communities upon which our entire philosophy depends.
Lee’s understanding of civil society redirects what often seems like a pure populist backlash—a mere reaction—to finding constructive ways in which limited-government constitutionalists can act on James Madison’s notion that government is for “the happiness of the people” and Abraham Lincoln’s idea that it ought “to lift artificial weights from all shoulders, to clear the paths of laudable pursuit for all.”
But can Lee sell his communitarian message to his fellow constitutionalists? Levin is hopeful: “He has a shot because to a certain extent he’s filling a vacuum, and that means he really has an opportunity to shape the arena the way he wants to.”
As Lee himself said at AEI: “For a political party too often seen as out of touch, aligned with the rich, indifferent to the less fortunate, and uninterested in solving the problems of working families, Republicans could not ask for a more worthy cause around which to build a new conservative reform agenda.”

Update on the Communitarian's Progress in the USA

How Far We've Come!

The communitarian ideolgy has penetrated deep into the American heartland. From the colleges to the K-12 programs, it is 100% Communitarianism being taught to the future leaders of the USA. The Communitarian Residence Life Movement in Delaware is just the tip of the iceberg. Our people are jumping on the Communitarian "feel good" bandwagon like there's no tomorrow. In Madison, Wisconsin, The Hamilton Middle School Handbook open with:
"WELCOME!
“With education comes understanding, and with understanding comes a better sense of ourselves. I am a communitarian. I believe in giving back to thecommunity. A community is not a place- it is a system of values. A strong system of values prepares our young people to live and think clearly in the world.”  - Velma Bell Hamilton"

Barb Drews and Phil Lyons were named the 2009 recipients of the
Don Hunt Communitarian Award for all their volunteer efforts for the Souper Bowl.

The communitarians have been run out of places all over the world, but their power in the USA grows stronger every day. All our businesses and our schools promote communitarian ideology like volunteerism, sacrifice, social equity, responsibility, service, Quality of Life, Sustainable Development, Livability, Stewardship, Environmental Ethics and Cultural Diversity. The hottest new field, where all the big grant money flows, is climate change "research: and Sustainable Development. If you're not studying how to micro-manage people and willing to sell out their freedom to secure your own financial sucess, you're just not a very nice person.

2012 Communitarian of the Year - Rex Maynard

Communitarian Awards sound goods to Americans, who apparently cannot grasp that all those empty, meaningless communitarian phrases were created to achieve a level of control over people never before thought possible. The war against our national system is advancing to the stage where the facades can easily be dropped anytime, and we will accept whatever they ask us to do next.
"Government subsidies of gasoline, electricity and other energy sources amount to about $1.9 trillion a year and should be ended or offset with taxes used to battle climate change and pay for social programs, the International Monetary Fund said Wednesday in a major foray into the global warming debate."  By Howard SchneiderMarch 2
Unlike the people of Colon, who rose up in their streets, beat the comunitarians and took back control of their local economy, the Americans are still being "educated" to think and act like good little communitarian slaves. We can't even tell the difference anymore between an intentional communitarian fellowship and a government run communitarian program. Is there any?

Kozeny Communitarian Award — Your Nominations

We can't tell the difference between an authentic local effort to be a good neighbor, and an international effort to control the way we volunteer. Canada has not escaped the plan either.

Patrice Bernier named 2012 Communitarian Award winner

The Communitarians are hearing from their victims across the EU, but in North America, our people are completely duped into thinking slavery is freedom, and our protests are still of the most civilized sort. We vote, write letters, and give public testimony at meetings. When the Communitarians show up to steal our land and homes, we form a kindergarten committee.
"Last October, there were protests when President Ricardo Martinelli, a supermarket tycoon who has made business development a centerpiece of his term, pushed through a law allowing the sale of state land next to the free zone. Residents interpreted the move as a prelude to expanding the zone and displacing them, and several people died in the unrest." New Your Times, March 24, 2013
Global Warming environmental policy and law is openly defined as communitarian. This is but one of the many ways Communitarian governance is introduced into formerly sovereign nations.
"The issues of environmental protection, rational nature usage and conduction of communitarian policy in the ecological field are among the most substantial elements of the expanded European Union activity." Sakartvelos Ekonomika, Scientific-Analytic Magazine, September 2011

A global government requires a global tax. When the IMF and the World Bank announced last week that we should either divert funds used to fuel our economy into fighting Climate Change or else collect a $1.40 gallon tax on our oil for them, you would think the public outcry would be so loud and so furious they could hear us all the way to Colon. Instead there was barely a whimper. No big surpise really, considering how many churches have converted to Communitarianism over the past decade. Even Wikipedia added a "List of New Religious Movements" page:
"An NRM may be one of a wide range of movements ranging from those with loose affiliations based on novel approaches to spirituality or religion to communitarian enterprises that demand a considerable amount of group conformity and a social identity that separates their adherents from mainstream society."
Communitarians openly state we have to meet their demands that we conform to the group mentality. We must all become "better" global citizens and give up our freedom to live an a Safe and Healthy community.  So a few million people may have to die before we're safe, but as Veronica Jackson, Director of the Department of Neighborhoods in Seattle told us in 1999, "Sometimes sacrifices have to be made for the common good." What kind of sacrifices have been made in other places forced to adopt Communitarian values and ethics?

Added March 30:

I forgot to add another piece of this that has come into the public arena lately. It's called Common Core, and some people have recognised it as a communitarian program. (Of course the Right always calls it communism!)

"Two Moms Against Common Core. March 2, 2013Agenda 21, Education. Great video about Common Core and how the states are being forced to change their curriculum, state laws, and have to agree to loss of privacy for their students. Parents must understand what Common Core is all about, and fight to keep it out of their public schools or take their children out of the public schools. Common Core teaches the ideology of communitarianism.  This is communism with a new name." http://right-reason.com/2013/03/02/two-moms-against-common-core/

Opposition to Agenda 21 is not just a Right Wing agenda

Over the past few years we've seen a rising swell of opposition against Agenda 21 in the United States. It's becoming harder for Americans to not see that something is very wrong in America. We've also seen our book orders triple in the last few months, and a huge percentage of the orders are coming from the UK and the EU. People are catching on to the hidden nature of the plan, and seeking information at a level that almost gives me a renewed sense of hope.

There are hundreds of new websites and articles about Agenda 21 flooding the internet. While some are innacurate, borrow heavily from other people's research and provide no new information, the good news is, they're not all conservatives. The opposition to the big lie is not only coming from Christian and Right Wing perspectives; just one "Democrat" site opened the whole topic up to a general audience uncomfortable with the idea of aligning themselves with the Eagle Forum and the John Birch Society.  Lucky for all of us, that one Democrat site uses the term "Communitarianism" to define the political theory driving Agenda 21 and all Sustainable Development around the world. Lucky for us, Rosa Koire still links to our websites and many people have found the ACL via her. Because of our low-key approach and our aversion to advertising ourselves, and because the JBS and their network of Christian affiliates do not even mention our work (even when they use it in their articles), there is no one in the "information war" who knows what Communitarianism is, or if they do know, they aren't willing to take the time to explain it properly.

We are not Right Wing Christians and there were very few Christian writers I was willing to cite at the ACL ten years ago when we built the website. In fact I purposely avoided republishing any of the religious views thinking that was unecessary and clouded the issue. I provided links to religious people I thought were offering good research, and included in those lists were several I have since learned to distrust. It's okay, it's all part of the learning process that this kind of work requires, and our attachments to people and dialectical pieces are sometimes very deeply held and unbreakable. Especially when it comes to relgion. So I avoided it, wanting to leave something for people to hold on to and find out more about their own beliefs on their own. Today I see communitarianism is the global religion, and my next book is exploring the expanding communitarian religion, and all the churches embracing it, in detail. It's the final key to putting the whole plan into perspective, and as painful as it may be for some people to pull back this final veil, it has to be written.

Our original thesis poses that Communitarianism is the final synthesis in the Hegelian dialectic. But that means nothing to the average reader. Hegel confuses people with Master's degrees who read Hegel in college. Our first Hegel Communitarian tutorial was designed for my father, a US Army soldier who had no formal exposure to dialectial reasoning. We later laid out our argument so that Dr. Amitai Etzioni and the Communitarian Network, who we were calling out for a public debate, could follow precisely how we arrived at our conclusion in The Anti Communitarian Manifesto.
Part 1 went online in December 2002, and Part 2 was completed in spring 2003. We started at the upper academic level because that's where the only "debates" were taking place.

Over the years I tried hundreds of ways to explain it to the laymen who begged us for a "simple" explanation.  I'm still trying, and my new approach is the 30 second flash card:

The confusion about what the term "communitarianism" actually means continues. That's why any beginner to the topic needs to know right up front that Communitarianism was designed to confuse us. We're not ever supposed to understand it. It's considered as, "most notable for its vagueness."

The new ACL website will have a beginner series of articles about Communitarianism and several new topic sections.  After 14 years of studying and writing about Communitarianism, after a few years in the social networks meeting like-minded folks and some not so like minded, I'm ready to take ACL research to the next level, and put our information into the "game."  And so is Nordica, without whom there would be no ACL, and no new ACL Books site. It should be going up in the next couple days. I'll let you know when it's up.

Obama's former "Green Czar" calls him a Communitarian

This article has been re-posted all over the internet in the past 2 days. I've looked at about 10 pages of search returns, and only one I opened so far added anything original to the Rebel Pundit's story.

Reading the comments from various sites shows how many people think Van Jones made the term up, and how most say it's just another word for communism. (Exactly what happened when Bill Clinton used the word in Montreal. Nobody there knew what it is either and the reporter said Clinton "coined the phrase"). Only one website that reposted Pundit's article had a link to the ACL, and that was onlysecond hand via democratsagainstunagenda21.

Really interesting is Van Jones' description of it..... and his telling Breibart there's really no way to look it up. Our anti communitarian research has been on the internet for ten years, we're on the wiki "communitarian" page, but for some reason readers never did a keyword search that would lead to us, or to Etzioni, nor did Jones obviously.

Is this a great way to further confuse the American people, or what?
"Jones compared the president’s address to that of Ronald Reagan in 1980 and 1984 and recommended that the theater full of college students read Reagan’s “powerful” and “strong,” inaugurals, which he said were “rooted in American tradition and values,” but “unabashedly” and “unapologetically conservative.”'
Following Jones's comparison of President Obama to Ronald Reagan, the “unabashedly conservative” president, I pressed Jones further for some insight into what and who President Obama really is.
Jones replied: “He is a communitarian.” He then elaborated briefly: “I mean you always have individualism, communitarianism, as a part of the, American story, and I think we’ve overbalanced the individualistic direction and I think he’s trying to rebalance toward communitarianism.”
Later, when asked (off tape) to define "communitarian," Jones was unable to answer or to point toward any source for a definition. He said there wasn’t really a way to look up “communitarianism.”
He did reiterate, however, that he saw communitarianism as a counterbalance to libertarianism, which he equated to “individualism.”
Jones declined an interview with Breitbart News following the lecture.

What's going on in the alternative media and their spin on communitarianism?

The Madville Times writer who told me there are many other dedicated anti communitarian writers is ridiculing me again, but this time in a new post, lol! He's so close to getting it, he already got it.  http://madvilletimes.com/2012/08/romney-ryan-the-communitarian-ticket/

My last blog post detailed the exchange I had with that Madville writer. I did wonder about why my posting my background in this subject became the focus of his refutation of my comments. So I posted the exchange here and on facebook. I asked all my friends if they were aware of any other dedicated anticommunitarian researchers, besides Jeri Ball, who have written an original thesis against it, studied it enclusively, or kept up with it. One friend from France explained anti communautairistes in France, which was very helpful, but he did not answer my question.

The latest article by Debra Rae at newswithviews.com reads like an attempt to prove the Madville Time's point. This article has no citations or any explanation of how Debra arrived at her opinions and conclusions. Looks to me like Rae borrowed heavily from many of our ideas, because she copies almost verbatim explanations of communitarianism I have written in the past.

"communitarianism is a collectivist social philosophy, political theory, legal system—even theology—" COOLECTIVIST MINDSET: RECIPE FOR REVOLUTION
By Debra Rae
September 7, 2012, NewsWithViews.com
http://www.newswithviews.com/Rae/debra219.htm

This is the first time Rae has written this line that exists anywhere online. I can find it nowhere in anything else she's published. But I know it's not the first time she's seen it.

"Communitarianism is the philosophy, the theology, the political theory, and the legal system for all new "community governments."  Niki Raapana, wikipedia "Talk Communitarianism" page, 2005 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk%3ACommunitarianism/archive1

"Twenty-first century communitarianism is a philosophical, political, and legal theory." Niki Raapana Communitarianism is a Three Level Con-Job, 2006

"Modern Communitarianism is a philosophy based in the Hegelian dialectic, an economic and social theory based in Soviet Marxism, a legal theory based in Chinese communism, and a metaphysical belief in the Kabbalah-Torah-Talmudic Law, Lucifer and/or The Holy Bible. Dialectical reasoning began more than 2000 years ago. (For clarification of the ACL co-founder Niki Raapana's position on religion, see: The Role of Religion in the Communitarian Synthesis.)" Niki Raapana 2006 http://web.archive.org/web/20061208101055/http://nord.twu.net/acl/etzioni.html

A keyword search for "Debra Rae Communitarianism" leads to five articles, including:
http://www.conservativecrusader.com/articles/the-economics-of-megachurchianity-part-2-communitarian-church-growth-movement published in 2011. Rae doesn't mention this article by Bob Johnson that reported much of the same on the Communitarian Church Growth Movement in 2009: http://www.johnmacarthurexposed.blogspot.com/. Johnson cites us at length, emailed several times while he was writing his article about it.

Rae writes about the Hegelian connection to communitarianism now too:

"Hegelian Dialectic
To foster collectivism, communitarians (meaning “members of a commune”) employ Hegelian Dialectic, also known as conflict resolution or the Delphi technique. German philosopher George Frederick Hegel (1770-1831) achieved group consensus under peer pressure by (1) posing a thesis, (2) offering its antithesis, and then (3) synthesizing the two. Debra Rae

Many people have written about Hegel and the Hegelian Dialectical methods and the Delphi technique. The difference between those writers and us is we named Communitarianism in our research on the Hegelian dialectic, it was the focus of our opposition argument, and we said the theory of communitarianism does a lot more than "foster collectivism".

Our original theory showing it's the final Third Way Hegelian synthesis is What is the Hegelian Dialectic? Part One of our Anti Communitarian Manifesto  was first written in 2002, posted online in 2003. Our original antithesis to communitarianism has been copied and reposted all over the internet. It's been in paperback since 2008.

Many webhosts have asked permission to reproduce portions of our antithesis, like Berit Kjos:
What is the Hegelian Dialectic?
By Niki Raapana and Nordica Friedrich
October 2005

I've also written numerous other articles about the Hegelian synthesis called Communitarianism. Many were published at newswithviews where Rae's latest article is posted. Owner Paul Walter requires an exclusive when he publishes a piece, and he also has very high standards for references and citations. How did Rae's unethical attempt to claim our ACL work as her own get past him?

Rae's written a long list of articles for newswithviews. I didn't open and read every one so if she can show where she made her conclusions prior to 2003, if she has anything at all that backs up her claims, I will back off on my accusations. But in 2010, Rae was using the word "commonism" to explain Communitarianism. I rememember reading this article back then and being irritated that she seemed to be purposely avoiding the real word.

"When global super-capitalism is mated with communism, the result is a world socialist government called “commonism.” By transforming private intellectual assets and nationally-controlled natural resources into the global commons, commonism effectively weds the bourgeoisie and the working proletariat—allegedly, for the greater good."
CAPITALISM, COMMUNISM, OR COMMONISM: WORLDVIEWS IN CRISIS

By Debra Rae
July 3, 2010
NewsWithViews.com
An active JBS member, Tom DeWeese, began pushing the term Commonism in 2000. http://www.enterstageright.com/archive/articles/1100commonism.htm.  He was still pushing it in 2007. Deweese doesn't use the term communitarianism once in this article:

DAWN OF THE ERA OF COMMON-ISM By Tom DeWeese
May 23, 2007
NewsWithViews.com

There is no definition of commonism in the online dictionaries, which redirect viewers to their "communism" pages.

In 2007, I bought the domain address for nikiraapana.com because I was advised to. I used a weird GoDaddy program and put up a five page short overview of my position. I listed the people I was aware of who knew the word. By then I was sure the word was breaking out and they would write more about it. Instead of picking the term up and running with it, most of the anti Agenda 21 writers I contacted decided to not use the word "Communitarianism". I was being generous when I made this list in 2007 (and I'm not sure why I left Jeri Ball, who we cite in 2020 and TACM, off it):

Other writers/speakers who study political communitarianism:

Michael Shaw (stopped using the term in 2009, replaced it with Tyranny)
Paul Barnes (contributor from Canada to our book 2020)
Chris Gerner (disappeard off the internet)
Nancy Levant (disappeared, returned, stopped writing about it)
Constance Cumby (went on her radio show once, huge fight with her readers over Zionism)
Charlotte Iserbyt (wrote encouraging email about our ACL research)
Devvy Kidd (close friend of Jeri Ball who has recommended our work over the years)
Bobby Garner (not sure what happened to him)
Berit Kjos (still researching communitarianism, reproduced pages from the ACL at her site)
Phillip Worts (we cited him in our antithesis. never used the word)
Darren Weeks (still has a radio show, uses the word, we're no longer in touch)
Joan Veon (she used the term once or twice, we were never in contact)
Dr. Michael Coffman (I don't think he ever used the term)
Tom DeWeese (he used it in one article that I know of)

I don't claim to be the only writer who's ever written about communitarianism negatively. But I have been at this for too long to not know if anyone else has written an orignal antithesis to the philosophy, the law, or the religion. I followed the communitarians and continued to write about it in articles, letters, blogs, books and the MOST boring FaceBook status updates, continuously, relentlessly saying the word in every way possible. The topic of Communitarianism has defined the course of my life for over twelve years. Exposing my countrymen to the term has been a number one priority ever since I learned the new system's name.  That's what I mean by dedicated, and yeah I know, now it looks like I'm a fanatic because I cared about exposing Communitarianism so much I made it my life's work.

One time I put up a list of every opposition writer I knew of on wikipedia's Communitarian page, but it was quickly removed.  I always hoped there would be a lot more opposition views as the years went by.  What I envisioned was fresh ways of seeing it, coverage of areas I hadn't touched so I could learn from them too. It is still my hope that my work reaches and inspires people with the honorable qualities shown by Tomas Wood, Donna Martin, Terry Mendleson, Berit Kjos, Bobby Garner, John Francis Walker, the Angry Cheese and many others who directly cite or link to our work.

For over a decade the majority of the anti-Agenda 21 "community" ignored us. Oh well. We persevered without those connections or financial backers, and mainly because of us,  the term has worked its way into the most controlled "alternative" news sites and Right and Left Wing groups in the U.S. It's becoming obvious that the communitarian's "best use" of our materials is to steal from our original works and change it just enough, calling it "communism".... so that it leads everyone straight back into the dialectic.

Here's what Rae wrote about Gaia and Mother Earth religion months ago, this past April. She doesn't write one word about the Pachamama or the Communitarian  Pachamama Alliance. She uses our definition of Communitarianism and says it's "even theology" although when she learned that it was Communitarian theology remains unclear.  http://www.newswithviews.com/Rae/debra213.htm

Rae doesn't mention the lively discussions over Communitarian religion that are popping up in the mainstream press, either. http://nikiraapana.blogspot.com/2012/08/is-communitarian-law-matter-of-faith.html. I can find nothing she's written on the Pachamama or Bolivian Communitarianism either.

Rae's article was published five days prior to nwvs on September 2 at the Conservative Crusader. Our original antithesis to Communitarianism is being subtly changed into a Right Wing Conservative Christian viewpoint. According to Debra Rae, another "dedicated?" anti communitarian researcher:

"Countless terms identify this “new order.” Despite subtle nuances in meanings, most can be used interchangeably to mean the collusion between big business (Super Capitalism) and big government (Communism).

Free enterprise capitalism is distinguished by private ownership of property and resources coupled with competitive free enterprise in supplying goods and services. In contrast, super-capitalism is highly concentrated finance capitalism that tends toward anti-capitalism.

Technically speaking, communism is the final phase and goal of socialism (i.e., big government). Based on the theories of the political philosophers Marx and Engels, communism is socialism distinguished by a planned economy (with common ownership of the means of production) and imposed by revolution." Debra Rae

Here's the main reason I have to strike back at Debra Rae and any others who are twisting our work to fit their Right Wing Christian Cabalist message. Our Anti Communitarian Manifesto poses that Communitarianism, NOT SOCIALISM, is the final phase in the Hegelian Dialectic. We wrote a two part paper showing our theory, sharing the methods we used to prove and/or disprove our thesis. The evidence we used has been called into question and either was removed from our work or the citation was found elsewhere. Everything we write can be vetted, all our sources are valid (and thank God for the WayBack Machine, eh?). We were meticulous in laying out the exact foundation for our anti communitarian position, and there is nothing remotely close to it published anywhere else in the world.

Here's another place where Rae takes a sharp turn away from the more contentious aspects of our Anti Communitarian studies: George C. Lodge's Managing Globalization in the Age of Interdependence was published in 1995. According to Debra Rae, the term communitarianism was coined by George Lodge. I have seen this claim made elsewhere over the years, we have also cited it, but it appears nowhere in our thesis. If it's an established fact, with anything other than Lodge's claim to back it up, then it sucessfully refutes our placement of Amitai Etzioni, the Tree of Life from Zion. Yet the only source that exists for Lodge's claim appears to be Lodge himself, and the writers who cite his claim.

"In Managing Globalization in the Age of Interdependence, Harvard Business School Professor George C. Lodge coined the term, “communitarianism,” for what today has emerged as interdependent globalism. " Debra Rae

Interestingly, Debra's latest article doesn't mention Dr. Amitai Etzioni, the Father of the Communitarian Network, the Responsive Communitarian, the "Israeli terrorist turned guru" Founder and Director of the Institute for Communitarian Policy Studies at GWU. Debra Rae borrows heavily from our published works, she uses our definitions, she includes areas only we've identified, yet she completely leaves out our primary focus. Rae didn't tell you who introduced the term communitarianism into upper academia and English in the late 1980s, and who built an entire movement around it.

In 1995, when Rae tells us Lodge coined the word communitarian, Dr. Amitai Etzioni was already described as:

"Amitai Etzioni is America's communitarian-in-chief, the most prominent figure in the movement to balance rights with responsiblities, shore up the family, and knit together neighborhoods--while keeping the Right at bay. A liberal intellectual worried about the decline of civic virtue in America, Etzioni, who teaches sociology at George Washington University in Washington, DC, holds out a vision of community grounded in dialogue rather than demand, uncoerced community consciousness rather than fundamentalist censorship."
Amitai Etzioni: America's communitarian-in-chief
It's hard to imagine a thinker who disproves the idea of the social prophet as scorned, solitary visionary more than Amitai Etzioni does.
January/February 1995

In 2010, former President Bill Clinton, who's dropping the term Communitarian into speeches across America, was also said to be the "inventor" of the term by journalists in Montreal. The facts about where the term originated are getting as fuzzy as the theory itself, unless you read our account of it, but any semi-serious investigator will at the very least find it was in use at the same time the English began using the term Communist, in 1847.

"While the term communitarian was coined only in the mid- nineteenth century, ideas that are communitarian in nature appear much earlier."
"Communitarianism," Encyclopedia of Community, From the Village to the Virtual World, Vol 1, A-D Karen Christensen and David Levinson, eds. (Sage Publications, 2003) pp. 224-228

That "much earlier," according to ACL research, goes back to the Hebrew's captivity in Egypt.

Debra Rae is also telling her readers that the EU and NAFTA are a "prime example" of communitarianism. Rae provides no evidence or sources for how she came to this determination. She throws out aspects of my research that have absorbed thousands of hours of my time as if it's something everyone knows and needs no sources the back up the claim. But it's not known, it's not established as even part of the theory, and I have fought hard and long to include the Communitarian Justice system in encyclopedia definitions. I have begged, pleaded, prodded and pushed the river on the very basic fact that Communitarianism is also LAW. It is still discounted by most Americans. So how did Debra Rae decide to state it as a fact and feel no need whatsoever to provide a source for that information that was not her?

"A prime example of merged capitalism and communism (communitarianism) evolved from the European Economic Community as the European Union. In turn, American and Pacific Unions, to evolve from NAFTA and APEC respectively, are scheduled to follow. " Debra Rae

As far as I know, I was the first person in the U.S. to publish anything on Communitarian Law that connected UN Agenda 21, the European Union, the WTO and NAFTA as Communitarian Legal Agreements.

The ACL's Communitarian Law page went online in 2003: http://web.archive.org/web/20031224223801/http://nord.twu.net/acl/commlaw.html.

My legal research expanded over nine years to become the most comprehensive list of Communitarian Laws, Attorneys, Schools, and Courts in existence.  The first chaper in "2020: Our Common Destiny" is all about Communitarian Law. In fact, our entire book is really all about Communitarian Law! In 2006, I submitted my first article to News With Views, a two part explanation of Communitarian Law called "CAFTA, the EU and Communitarian Law". My articles always list or link to my sources.

"The European Court of Justice is occassionally referred to as the Communitarian Court of Justice. CAFTA officials openly discuss using the EU as their model for communitarian case law. Communitarian Regulations govern the archiving of EU legal documents. The term communitarian law is in hundreds of online law journals. It's taught in several foreign law schools and there are degreed law professors of Communitarian Law. The Jean Monet program sponsors symposiums on it at U.S. universities. The D.C. Communitarian Network sends out a communitarian law newsletter. It's a widely understood term in Europe, Central, and South America. Still, Communitarian Law is so unfamiliar to U.S. Americans (and their attorneys) that most have never once heard the terms used."
CAFTA, the EU and Communitarian Law
 http://www.newswithviews.com/Raapana/niki.htm.

Part Two of my CAFTA article explains a little bit more about why my research must be co-opted and controlled. I include every piece of the dialectic in my work, and Debora Rae took another thing out of her barely veiled plagiarizm, Community Policing:

"In the communitarianized U.S., former KGB spies and Mossad assassins train cops to use high-powered technology. Some COPS are military snipers. Cops wear bullet proof vests all the time now. New COPS have fifty nifty new gadgets hanging all over their uniforms (while our troops in Iraq send home for 12 gauge shotguns). And, in a major shift in American public policy regulations, communitarian COPS sit on "citizen" committees. New cops help rewrite local zoning regulations to incorporate communitarian laws. Actually, the COPS help suggest the problems. Then they suggest new ways to get around the individual rights of the problem people, rights which are too strongly guaranteed by a binding legal contract called the U.S. Constitution. They write the exact same laws in every community in America to address the exact same locally identified, citizen suggested problems. They call it holistic, local, grass roots, "participatory democracy" in action."
CAFTA, the EU and Communitarian Law

After that piece went out to newswithviews readers, two other writers plagiarized it and republished parts as if they wrote it. One of them, Philip Jones, a British ex-cop new to reporting, modified his article at Rense and put quotes and attributions under my words. The other plagiarizer, Dave Hodges, an American at Freedom's Phoenix, did not. So seeing our theory and words come out of other writer's pens is not new to us at all.  Akin Akinboyewa took off our names entirely: http://www.scribd.com/doc/37455290/Communitarianism-and-the-Hegelian-Dialect

Here's another place where a portion of our ACL antithesis is quoted, without quotation marks, and no attribution is made to us as the authors of this, posted at rense.com by Anonymous in Dec 2011. This is stolen from the conclusion of What is the Hegelian Dialectic?:
The Communitarian Third Way

A. Constitutional Republic - The United States of America - Government of the people - American's Individual Freedom (1775 - ): power inherent in the people; individual rights of the common born man: life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. (God given, unalienable, constitutional rights that are national law)

B. Communist government - The former Soviet Union - government of the State - Marx's theory of world communism (1847 - ), power inherent in the state. "For The Common Good of the Party", sacrificing the individual for the good of the state. Frederick Engels revised Hegel's theory to suit his needs, and then passed them on to Karl Marx, who rewrote them and published The Communist Manifesto in 1848.

C. The coming New World Order / Global Governance / Communitarianism / Third Way, etc. - Government of the Community. The Communitarian Third Way (2002 - ) power inherent in the global community: enforced through mandated duties and responsibilities versus individual freedoms. The Third Way: Elitist social justice enacted by sacrificing individual rights. It will institute communitarian laws (by way of facilitators and agents of change), launching state and corporate interventions in private matters; easing the way for confiscation and redistribution of individual wealth in the United States of America. Its elements includes: faith-based initiatives, community governments, community policing, limiting individual's privacy, and the total elimination of individual's right to bear arms.

What's new is the way our research is being twisted into something it is not.

ACL research on Communitarian Law was actually (and quite surprisingly) the most contentious area we looked into, before we began tackling the relgious aspects anyway. I've personally had numerous, long, online debates over the issue of whether Communitarian Law is "real" or not. Everyone from the editors at wikipedia to Christian scholars like Bobby Garner have told me "there is no such thing as communitarian law." Vicky Davis, the highly respected author of channellingreality.com sent me an email a couple months ago and told me EU Communitarian Law evolved naturally and has nothing to do with Etzioni's Communitarianism. I emailed her a free pdf of our book, linked her to a few of my research articles on Communitarian Law, to ACL: Communitarian Law, and I never heard back yet. Until this article was published at newwithviews yesterday, I was under the impression that the Christian Right had completely rejected my position on Communitarian Law and were continuing their blackout. Now I see they're adopting it as if it's their own idea, with a twist.

In a radio interview with Sharon Hughes on September 5, 2012, Debra Rae "broke-apart" Collectivism. Huges set up the dialectical argument between the Republicans and the Democrats, introducing it the same way the religious leaders and various right and left wing "truthers" have been introducing it. The final balance between Individualism and Collectivism is underway. http://www.listen.changingworldviews.com/

At 8 minutes in she defines communitarianism as just one of the many ways to descibe the supranational world order. Then she goes on to explain communitarianism is and I'll have to transcribe it because the way she described it sounded very familiar. Free Market Capitalism is her definition of the original System of American Political Economy.  Her entire argument is a repeat of the Religious Right's position. (Hughes has no idea who Aynn Rand was either.) Gorbachev is mentioned, but not as the co-founder of Communitarian Socio-Economics with Amitai Etzioni. Both women stay within the confines of the Right Wing argument against Global Governance. They talk about Communitarianism and then put it smack dab back in the middle of a useless dialectical "debate."

What else can we learn about Debra Rae from Sharon Huges' radio archives? They've done several shows on the Qu'ran, What Every American Needs to Know About the Qu'ran Pt 4, and one called

"WOMANTalk: The Destinies of America & Israel, With: Sharon, Debra Rae & Audrey Russo.  Debra Rae &Audrey Russo join Sharon to talk about what scenarios are in America's and Israel's future. Will the U.S. continue to stand with Israel...against Iran? What needs to happen for these nations to fulfill their destinies? Plus, some of the most unbelievable news stories of last month."

Hughes' show is "freeing the minds of the brainwashed masses." (LOL!) At 5:00 Debra Rae quotes Biblical scripture as the basis for OUR COMMON DESTINY with Israel, of our "symbiotic relationship" and insists our destiny is tied to the destiny of Israel.

The ACL is not Right Wing.  We are not Christians and we do not quote any religious texts to support one religious view over another. We do not support Zionism, and we have published numerous articles and papers on the role Judeo-Christian Zionism, the Talmud and Israel plays in establishing Etzioni's Communitarian Global Supra National State.

We are not anti Semites because we report all the facts as we find them, and we have written about the Catholics, the Muslims, the Mormons and Methodists who are also promoting the Communitarian synthesis of religions. My focus right now is on the emergence of the Pachamama, the World Mother, She whose roots are a 500 year old "Communitarian" tradition. The synthesis between the religions is a very important piece to us, and it looks like Debra Rae spent a good deal of time researching it.  But she crossed the line when she stole ACL ideas and gave them the Zionist slant, which is always to simply take out any references to Zionism, or if that fails, accuse the writer of anti-Semitism.

We know that's what the next round will bring. We have heard it all before. It won't stick. We're not anti-Semitics. We're not anti-Christians. We're not anti-Muslims, we're not anti-Mormons and we're not even anti-Pagans. We're just Anti-Communitarians. We oppose the false conflicts between ideologies that lead to the final Communitarian solution.  Our use of the term Anti Communitarian in the USA is backed up with years of copyrighted, dedicated research. What's Debra Rae's research based upon?

Is Communitarian Law a matter of faith?

Q. "Does your theology place you closer to the dignity of the individual or to the importance of the community?" ~ Bill McKenzie Editorial Columnist Dallas News

A. "Community or individual? My theology would answer “yes.” This is a dialectic. It’s not an either-or; it’s a both-and." ~ JOE CLIFFORD, Head of Staff and Senior Minister, First Presbyterian Church of Dallas

The dialectic is the core conceptual foundation for Global Governance under the United Nations. This system synthesizes all political, sociological and spiritual beliefs, and practices, under one harmonized norm.

Our new world government represents the "community" (fill in whatever you think that means). The Law of the Community is swiftly replacing all other law on the planet. Local, state, and national laws that conflict with the new global standards must be modified. Community Law is Supreme over all other forms.

Communitarian Law has been introduced in various ways around the world. For example: Communitarian forest management to assure Sustainable Development- Rights and Resources came out at the last round of earth summits called Rio+20 . Agenda 21 and sustainable development are but two of the hundreds of ways the global communitarian system is manifesting. In many places the law is inserted as a new "permit" required for something the expanded government assumes control over. In other places it's introduced as a new "tax" or "tax incentive" designed to discourage unhealthy behaviors. In others, like Bolivia it's the foundation for an enturely new national constitution.

The Communitarian system is one in which everything people do is regulated and supervised, by "experts."

The communitarian concept of its own supreme status decimates any authentic former colonial's hopes of rebuilding or maintaining authentic sustainable cultures that are self-sufficient and self-reliant.  Communitarian Law always trumphs any local state or national law that conflicts with Communitarian Law.

Communitarianism is being talked about more often lately, in blogs, articles, and programs around the world. Little of the current talk in the U.S. is about whether the theology of communitarian law violates constitutional laws protecting individuals and nation states. The communitarians are more interested in how we feel about it, and whether we can believe in it the same way we believe in God. They plan to make the community/planet/earth into our God. One planet, one people, one religion, one law.

Except for maybe a few hundred Christians thinking outside the dialectical box, like http://fanaticforjesus.blogspot.com/2012/04/restoring-love.html, with more here: http://fanaticforjesus.blogspot.com/search/label/The%20Third%20Way%2FCommunitarianism, mainstream Christians are being led to the synthesis by their trusted ministers. It's still introduced in vague, nice terms, usually as part of the same argument Communitarian "guru" Amitai Etzioni's been selling our leaders for decades. The big "divide" between individuals and their comunities is as phony as a 33 dollar bill.

Commuitarianism is Imperial Law religionalized, so who's better qualified to bring it to the masses than the established churches who want a seat at the new world council of religions?

The Green Virgin - Pachamama

The Green Virgin - Pachamama
The final balance between Common Law
and the Law of Mother Nature

by Niki Raapana, June 14, 2012

Looming behind all the rhetoric about Climate Change, social justice, equity, and sustainable development, there is a religious-political force that is so powerful it has no resistance. We are entering the "perfect" finale in Darwinian social evolution. We are becoming as "One."

Pachamama is the goddess of Communitarianism. Promoted by groups of Indigenous Peoples from around the world, Mother Earth will get full human "rights" during the upcoming Rio+20 celebrations. Pachamama's Law is also referred to as "the 11 Laws of Nature."

Move aside Gaia. Olympus has been overthrown! Pachamama has come back to life in the cocaine fields of Bolivia. Not Gaia and not Maat, only Pachamama is set to be crowned as Green Goddess of the United Nations in 2012, by King Cocaine himself. No lesser gods or goddesses share Her high place in 21st century history. She is the Mother of the World. Under Big Mother, with the guidance of Her beloved spiritual agents for change and transformation, all of humanity will naturally balance all conflicting beliefs, in order to save the planet from certain destruction.
"Though cause and effect are notoriously difficult to prove in climatology, the chief culprit behind global warming is thought to be the build-up of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, arising from the use of coal, oil and gas during the past 200 years." 1

Everyone has heard by now that Climate Change is an emergency of epic proportions. The world faces the biggest threat to human life since the Big Flood. But don't worry everybody. The situation is under control. There will be no need to find a Noah or build an arc this time.
"What is responsible? It is capitalism. Sometimes we fail to look at the root causes of global warming. For the last two or three years we have seen the four crises of capitalism: the economic crisis, the climate crisis, the food crisis, and the energy crisis." Bolivian President Evo Morales speaking at COP 16, 2010
2

Our great Green Goddess is not Yaweh or Allah. The Virgin is not Greek. She's not Isis or a Pagan, Celtic, or Roman goddess. She not Mother Mary and not the blessed Virgin. She's not a Hebrew on a mission to kill the hybred Nephalim seed. In Mother World's morality play, only Her transgressors will be sentenced to death; the obediant, no matter what their DNA, are spared. Her priests will lead willing humanity back to the centre of all life. The unwilling will be sentenced to living in a Hell on Earth.

Tightly intertwined with the calls for building a global Green Economy, this proposal for a UN approved Global Green Religious Legal framework solidly establishes the rights of the Green Goddess. The more "ethical" ideology of achieving full Harmony with Nature is the goal of all UN sustainable development agendas. The force behind the Pachamama, the revived "communitarian spirit of community," is often reverantly mentioned by the people who have been elevated to the global priesthood. Most human sacrifices to Pachamama are completely unaware of what they owe and what their new responsibility is in this global cult of the Earth goddess, or the accelerating global authority of She, whose laws must be obeyed. We are witnesses to a phenomenal global change into monotheistic "intensive cult worship."
nature worship, Earth, from Britannica Online:
"Although in polytheistic religions the earth is usually represented as a goddess and associated with the god of heaven as her spouse, only rarely is there an elaborate or intensive cult of earth worship. 3

The Pachamama is world history in the making. And, the best part is, She's got heavy financial backing. She comes with a complex new set of bankers' laws that everyone must obey.
"The methodology Pachamama Raymi
was developed at the end of the eighties in Peru, in the Rural Development Program
PRODERM, financed by the Dutch Foreign Cooperation and the European Union and the Peruvian government. The main intellectual author and promoter of the methodology was Willem van Immerzeel. He introduced and further developed the methodology in Bolivia, Guatemala and Chile, adding new elements, improving others, and adjusting it to specific cultural and institutional realities.

"The Pachamama Raymi methodology has demonstrated its scalability showing it can be applied in micro and mega projects. Scaling up was first demonstrated in projects financed by the European Union (from
PRODERM, to PAC-II, and ALA 94/89) and later by several IFAD projects (MARENASS, Sierra Sur and others)." 4
Big Mama's miraculous appearance settles the rights dilemma, once and for all.

Bolivia enshrines natural world's rights with equal status for Mother Earth
"It makes world history. Earth is the mother of all", said Vice-President Alvaro García Linera. "It establishes a new relationship between man and nature, the harmony of which must be preserved as a guarantee of its regeneration."

"The law, which is part of a complete restructuring of the Bolivian legal system following a change of constitution in 2009, has been heavily influenced by a resurgent indigenous Andean spiritual world view which places the environment and the earth deity known as the Pachamama at the centre of all life. Humans are considered equal to all other entities." The Guardian UK, April 10, 2011 5
The individually protected "rights of the people" are ended. Advice from Christian texts no longer apply. All sovereignty was declared a barrier to justice, equality, and illuminated leadership, several decades ago. In the outdated American system, all protections from government intrusions were declared as natural born rights. Individual Rights were claimed to come from the Creator (but a debate rages over which Creator the founders meant). In the end, it's not the Architect of the Universe, Baal, Dagon, Satan or Lucifer who rules the New World Order. The God to end all other Gods is Mother World, and She has "rights" too. Pachamama's "rights" are just as valid as the "rights" claimed by mortal men, plus She has the additional right of trying mortal men in her international tribunal... but that's only because she's a good mother.
"The second proposal was we must defend the rights of Mother Earth. Like any human being, we have rights, but Mother Earth also has her rights…

"…The peoples of the world also suggest establishing an international tribunal regarding climate justice. Anyone who fails to respect the rights of mother earth should stand trial for it." Bolivian President Evo Morales speaking at COP 16, 2010 6

Mother Earth has the "right" to determine how many humans can live on Her. Only She who must be obeyed can determine the "best use" of Her resources. Only our Big Mother knows what humans shall take from Her breast and belly. Her rape ends now. Humans have almost detroyed all her beautiful gifts. There is only one thing that can save Earth. Pachamama's absolute dominion over mankind is the saving grace that will stop Climate Change and social injustice. She will transition all humanity from selfish rights to charitable responsibilities. Her high priests already prepared us to be one people, one planet, with one shared future vision.

Americans must embrace the final vision, before it's too late! We must commit to capitulating to every demand made on our people, no matter how insane it all sounds to us. We have to evolve with the rest of the planet. We're making some progress, as Bill Clinton recently told a Berkeley audience, "We're more communitarian now than we were in 1994." But we have to do more. It is all our fault anyway, so we have to fix it now too.

Our skills, abilities, and resourcefulness are competencies necessary to achieving the vision. Humans are only the branches on trees bearing the fruit in the womb of the great Virgin. It is our fruit that must be ripened and plucked before the vision can be manifested entirely. In this epic story, Eve is not tempted to pick the fruit, she is summoned to become the fruit.
"Competence trees are special futures techniques that essentially allow an organisation, group or community to identify and evaluate its specific skills and level of competency. The real benefit of applying this technique, however, lies not in its ability to highlight internal competences, but rather to enable the mobilisation of key people on the basis of these competences in an attempt to create and effectively achieve a shared future vision." 7
According to the richest and most inbred families on Earth, the emergency situation facing humanity is so pressing and so horribly dangerous, humans will only survive IF we all agree to become one big kibbutz, under one world religion, with one set of religious banker's laws. We're evolving into one big mob, under the guidance of the very educated, and very rich.
"The Bolivian constitution raises communitarian justice to the same rank as ordinary justice." The Dangers of Communitarian Justice 8
For twenty years illuminated Americans have been rebuilding communities to fit into a communitarian wholistic system of law. For over a hundred years they've been teaching their own Book of Revelations that would manifest as the Ecozeric Era. In 2012, the entire globe is prepared to bow before the "rights" of Pachamama, although they'll do it under the uplifting guise of benign sounding phrases like holistic sustainable community revitalization.
"Sustainable development and sustainability influence today's urban planners. Some planners argue that modern lifestyles use too many natural resources, polluting or destroying ecosystems, increasing social inequality, creating urban heat islands, and causing climate change. Many urban planners, therefore, advocate sustainable cities." 9
In just a few days, Pachamama worshippers will manifest the vision. There will be rituals and animal scarifices to celebrate Her crowning in Rio de Janiero, Brazil. The West and East won't celebrate; most people in those regions may not learn about the Green Goddess until after they pay fines in courts to be built.

The only humans enlightened enough to appreciate this miraculous virgin rebirth in the East and West are: Rockefellers, monopolists, corporate vsionaries, Fabians, highborn Rockefeller/Morgan affiliates in every sustainable and more "caring" business, Communists, Nazis, Zionists, Natives, Greens, Luciferians, Vatican II Catholics, Neo Muslims, Masons, Methodists, Mormons, Bahai, Gaians, OWS, and Cabalists.
"Rituals related to the Pachamama are practiced together with those of Christianity, to the point that many families are simultaneously Christian and pachamamistas.
[4] Pachamama is sometimes syncretized as the Virgin of Candelaria.[5]" 10
The ancient Cabalistic practice of "raising the dead" (adopted by Christians during the 16th to 20th centuries) was also a ritual for summoning Celestial Beings. Pachamama is being ressurected by very "advanced souls" who have called her down from the very top, called the Third Tier, where the purest Spirits reside.

The necromancer most responsible for reawakening the Andean Pachamama is a little old revolutionary terrorist from the old Haganah gangs that "de-invited" the British in 1947, named Amitai Etzioni. Trained and financed by Nazis and Bolsheviks to gain "independence" for political Zionism after WWII, Etzioni, an indoctrinated communist kibbutz raised soldier, was sent to study Buber, Cabala, and Talmudic dialectical tactics for manipulating the masses.

Upon graduation, special agent Amitai Etzioni (known to the FBI only as Mega) was assigned to the U.S.A. The Mossad motto is "through deception thy will do war." In 1958, Etzioni began his new career as a leading American sociologist at Berekley. It took twenty years, but in 1979 he was a White House advisor to President Carter, under special assistant Richard Harden.
Once hidden under the guise of sweet little professor, firmly entrenched in D.C., Etzioni went to work on phase 2 of his assignment. He predicted Communitarianism would become the global "perfect" middle ground between too many rights and not enough responsibilities (capitalism), or not enough rights and too many responsibilities (communism).

Etzioni's 1990 Communitarian Platform defined his goal as helping Americans find a necessary balance between excessive individualism-selfishness and the more moral rights of the "community." The definition of community was left necessarily vague. His moral "shoring up" teaches the need for new global citizenship based on an equal division between citizen's Rights and Responsibilities. He's written more than thirty books on the subject. He travels the globe advising governments on the need for harmonization.

Etzioni was Bill Clinton's "silent" mentor, Hillary Clinton praised Etzioni in her book "It Takes A Village," and the Obamas have known Etzioni since they began their Communitarian neighborhood activist training at Northwestern University under Communitarian Network Professor John McNight.

Etzioni's idea for Community Policing was adopted by the U.S. Congress in 1994. Today it is a worldwide policing strategy. Prominent Communitarian author Robert Putnam was President George Bush Jr's Press Secretary. Putnam described Bush's Compassionate Conservatism as Etzioni's idea of Communitarianism to the Washington Post in 2002.

So how is Amitai Etzioni connected to the rebirth of the Andean Pachamama, exactly?
Pachamama represents Communitarian Socialism to the Bolivians who wrote it into their new constitution in 2009.
"The historic enactment of Bolivia's new constitution that grants unprecedented rights to the country's indigenous majority, approved by over 61% of the vote on January 25, represented the beginning of "communitarian socialism", according to President Evo Morales.

This was not the first time Bolivia's first indigenous president had raised the concept of "communitarian socialism". In his April 2008 speech to the United Nations, Morales spoke of the need for "a communitarian socialism in harmony with Mother Earth". Green Left Weekly 11
President Evo Morale's Communitarianism is the same Communitarianism Amitai Etzioni invented in 1980.
"Traditionally, citizenship regimes in Latin America relied on corporatist forms of interest intermediation. Corporatist systems are one subset of a larger grouping of communitarian approaches to state-society relations. All communitarian approaches assume "a formal, political role for groups in defining some state-society relations." Because identities, preferences, interests, and meanings are grounded in social constructs and rooted in the community, communitarians suggest that groups are an important political unit. As such, groups (ethnic, class, sectarian etc.) are typically the prevailing political unit in communitarian systems. This was the dominant citizenship regime type in corporatist Latin America. Conversely, liberal citizenship regimes have always promoted the individual as the primary political unit. For liberals, "The individual possesses certain rights and responsibilities and, in large part, acts to maximize personal autonomy, interests, and capacities," notes Yashar. Over the course of the last three decades, and with particular alacrity during the 1980s and 1990s, Latin America regimes, as a response to a host of economic, fiscal, and political pressures, mutated from corporatist to neoliberal citizenship regimes." Adam Galleger in a review of Contesting Citizenship in Latin America by Deborah Yashar 12

Several writers have described the communal traditions in Bolivian tribal communities as having been based in "communitarian tradition" for 500 years.
"Vargas Llosa’s position has been reprised during recent struggles in Bolivia in a
variety of ways. Analysts critical of the social movement effort have pointed to the ways that urbanites of indigenous descent "idealize the rural and communitarian tradition of their ancestors in order to oppose it to a present in which they have achieved less than they hope" (Laserna 2003). In a speech after his removal from office,5 Sánchez de Lozada charged that Bolivia’s social movements "don’t believe in democracy," and he contrasted orderly "representative democracy" to an "authoritarian communalistic democracy" that is based on the supposed "assemblies" of Bolivia’s indigenous societies." 13
"David Choquehuanca in an interview elaborated on the communal roots that facilitate the construction of socialism: "We have always governed ourselves in our communities. This is why we maintain our customs, perform our own music, speak our own Aymaran language, in spite of a 500-year effort to erase these things – our music, our language and our culture. In a state of clandestinity, we have upheld our values, economic forms, our own types of communitarian organization, which are all being reappraised now. This is why we are incorporating into socialism something that has resisted for 500 years - the communitarian element. We want to build our own socialism." 14

"We don’t want a capitalist system or a neoliberal system. We want a communitarian system, a system from our own ancestors." 15

Etzioni's Diversity Within Unity Platform is another aspect similar to the Bolivian ideology.
"The basic approach we favor is diversity within unity. It presumes that all members of a given society will fully respect and adhere to those basic values and institutions that are considered part of the basic shared framework of the society. At the same time, every group in society is free to maintain its distinct subculture-those policies, habits, and institutions that do not conflict with the shared core-and a strong measure of loyalty to its country of origin, as long as this does not trump loyalty to the society in which it lives if these loyalties come into conflict. Respect for the whole and respect for all is at the essence of our position." Amitai Etzioni 16
"Both women and the model of the Good Life seek unity within diversity since the more we are organized in specific groups, the more our social and communitarian meaning increases." The Pachamama Alliance blog, May 21, 2012 13 1
Another picece that ties Etzioni to the Dutch Corporation's investments in rural Bolivia may be in Etzioni's advice to EU presidents, his travels to the Netherlands, and his close association with the Dutch PM.
"It is noteworthy that Etzioni hardly addresses the religious socialist roots of Buber's idea of community. Which were originally strongly influenced by the anarchist socialist thinking of his friend Gustav Landauer. From there, there was an influence on the kibbutz movement. At the utopian socialist ideas as Buber in "Pfade in Utopia" shows, Etzioni pays any attention. That would be huge commitment to communitarian thinking probably not do well, but the debate about it. Buber chooses Landauer for a minimum state: there is only need the state where the community is not really the case can regulate themselves. But where there is no real responsibility or more communities, the state must take responsibility. A current perspective for the Dutch debate, where the CDA in the communitarian Aryan thought a strange and confusing has entered into alliance with liberal individualism." Karl Barth (google translated from Dutch) 18
Active in the New World Order Project since the 1960s, Dr. Amitai Etzioni is credited with introducing the theory of Communitarianism to "the upper reaches of academia" in the late 1980s. Etzioni is heralded as the "father" and "guru" of Communitarianism.

Some of his activities include (this is a partial list from Etzioni's online bio):
Member, Committee on International Order 1963-1969, Chairman, Committee on International Order 1968-1969, Founding Member, Research Advisory Group of the World Order Models Project. If the Bolvians did not get the term from Etzioni (who coined the term), then the only other possibility I can think of is the Pope or his priests, who have actually been much more forthright in their description of Communitarianism. Catholic priests and Pope John Paul II defined Communitarianism (as we do) as the final, perfect, Hegelian synthesis between capitalism and communism. Catholic change agents briefly introduced the dialectical concept to South Americans as a new form called Market Socialism.

DIVINE MERCY APOSTOLATE HOLLAND CELEBRATES 4th
INTER-COMMUNITARIAN FEAST OF MERCY by Malou Pimentel
The Netherlands-April 24, 2012

On a chilly yet sunny Sunday of April 15, 2012, the Divine Mercy Apostolate Holland celebrated its fourth inter-communitarian Feast of Mercy. The Filipino- Dutch Catholic Community of Haarlem hosted this annual Mercy Sunday at Pastoor van Arskerk in Haarlem, The Netherlands. The theme was:

“ PROCLAIM TO THE WHOLE WORLD MY UNFATHOMABLE MERCY .”
The Divine Mercy Apostolate Holland has for its goal of mission to bring the Divine Mercy Flame
to communities of faith. Instead of communities going and searching for His Mercy.
Thus, creating the SPIRIT OF INTERCOMMUNITARIAN,
coming together once a year as people of faith, worshipping the Lord as one family of God.
The SPARKS OF MERCY has to reach everyone in all
denominations, races and cultures “ UNITY IN DIVERSITY “.
We praise the Mighty Merciful Lord that parishes in the land have started celebrating the Mercy Sunday.

Pachamama was ressurected by the Communitarians to become the blessed Mother of us all, and much like Etzioni's Cabbalistic interpretation of the oral and secret Talmud with a good mix of Greek and New Testament sentiments, the Pachamama is less of a religion and more of a law religionalized. While it was always apparent to this writer that there would eventually be a global Communitarian Church, the conditioning for acceptence was well underway by the time I got into the reseacrh in 1999, but all the evidence I saw pointed towards either the Vatican or revived Sanhendrin Court taking the leading role in the new world religion. Our attention was sucessfully directed toward JerusaLondon, when all along the new world Communitarian religion was manifesting in Bolivia!

"Speaking before an estimated 15,000 people, including several Latin American heads of state; government representatives from Africa, Asia, and Europe; and indigenous delegations, Morales detailed his government's proposal for establishing an international climate justice court, passage of a U.N. Declaration of the Rights of Mother Earth, reparations from rich countries to assist poor and low-lying nations that will be impacted by the effects of climate change, and financing of clean energy technologies. He also urged countries to open their borders to future waves of climate refugees."
Philosophy, history, and political science texts published prior to 1990 have few to no references for the term Communitarian. Zero out of a thousand Americans had ever heard the word when we asked them in 2000. Nobody we talked to knew what it was, even now, and many people actually accused us of "making it up." Today Communitarianism is still very obscure, the primary sources mentioning it remain academic publications, but it's much more frequently used by mainstream news and bloggers. It's only been over the past three or four years that we found papers identifying it as the basis for so many varied religious beliefs.

The big Communitarian idea for lasting harmony and peace includes a mandatory "balance" between the rights of individuals against their new responsibilities to the "community." According to the Stanford Encyclopedia and Britannica, the theory was introduced into upper academia in the late 1980s by several writers coming from various theological and theoretical backgrounds. Alasdair MacIntyre, Catholic professor at Notre Dame, taught a slightly different variety of communitarianism than the "guru" of the Communitarian Movement, former Middle Eastern terrorist Dr. Amitai Etzioni. The bottom line to all the theory is that Communitarianism represents the "common good."
"Common Good. This has been defined as "everything that is good to more than one person, that perfects more than one person, that is common to all" (Argandoña 1998, p. 1095). It is the fulfillment of a company's purpose as a company, that is, the creation of conditions that enable its stakeholders achieve their personal goals. The good for the individual translates normatively into the good for the community. A 1905 letter sent by U.S. Secretary of Agriculture James Wilson on the transfer of authority over national forestlands to the U.S. Forest Service noted that "all land is to be devoted to its most productive use for the permanent good of the whole people, and not for the temporary benefit of individuals or companies" (Pinchot 1974, p. 261). The common good, as a communication ethic, transcends the values and interests of any single group." 20
The basis for the theory of Communitarian Forestry Management is well-established. The U.S. Department of State is the lead agency for harmonization in the United States. The U.S. Dept of Forestry and U.S. Dept of Agriculture, the agencies responsible for harmonizing all the land and people at the local community levels, were built entirely upon the inevitable "need" for Communitarian Harmony with Nature.
"Charles Darwin (1809-1882) shocked the conceit of humanity by placing human evolution alongside that of animals, that is, as part of nature. The evolutionary explanation of the proliferation of life on earth undermined dualistic philosophies thousands of years old. Darwin’s works, The Origin of Species (1859) and The Descent of Man (1871), became important sources in the development of environmentalism and environmental ethics. Dietrich Brandis, a German scientist, pioneered forestry management in India and Graves, as well as Gifford Pinchot, who would later head the United States Forest Service..." 21
Pachamama's Rights aren't the only communitarian practices being introduced in the busy, behind-the-scenes workshops and consensus groups. The proposed UN Forestry Management Practices at the Rio+20 Earth Summit are offically defined as "communitarian."
Communitarian forest management to assure Sustainable Development
"Communitarian forest management (CFM) is a common practice in several countries of Latin America. Sustainable communitarian forest management helps to mitigate the effects of environmental degradation and climate change and promotes rural development by the creation of more employment opportunities in the forest sector, which strengthens the local economies and eradicates rural poverty. Thus, the communitarian forest management provides multiple ecologic, economic and social benefits, and can inspire other nations to learn from the experiences in Mexico and Central America to adopt similar strategies to promote sustainable development.

"Our side event will show what is crucial for successful and sustainable communitarian forest management, how it fosters local governance and how it improves local development. At the same time, challenges and needs will be presented to foster communitarian forest management that benefits nature and society in the local and global context. " UNCSD 15 22
The world has only Global Citizens now, and with citizenship comes responsibilities. A primary requirement for good standing in the emerging structure for global governance (not government) is selfless (but profitable) service to the community. Everyone must serve. The community's got your back.

It's not a coincidence or a mistake that Occupy Wall Street mutated into Occupy the Earth and headed for Rio+20. 23 The OWS leadership has made an officially recognized UN committment to working for global communitarian harmony with Mother Earth. The great transition into our global common destiny is in the final wrecking stages. Like the Twin Towers, our system of government and laws is about to go "poof!"

Those who have not been warned or educated about the way communitarianism is predestined to become the perfect, final solution to global problems and dialectical conflicts are the most easily convinced to adopt MamaZioni's Communitarian values and principles. Their lovliest, lofty vague phrases have many levels of interpretations, and the naive person who takes a Communitarian's word at face value is in for a rude awakening.

Harmony means one thing to a peace lovin' happy hippie, it means something else to a devout Christian or Muslim, it means another thing to a musican, and it means something entirely different to a Mossad-trained Communitarian COP.

Bolivian President Evo Morales’ 10 commandments to save the planet, life and humanity
http://www.occasionalplanet.org/?p=4983

First: a call to end the capitalist system. The capitalist system was inhuman and encouraged unbridled economic development. The exploitation of human beings and pillaging of natural resources must end, as should wars aimed at securing access to those resources. Also, the world should end the plundering of fossil fuels; excessive consumption of goods; the accumulation of waste; as well as the egoism, regionalism and thirst for earning where the pursuit of luxury was taking place at the expense of human beings. Countries of the south were heaped with external debt, when it was the ecological debt that needed paying.

Second, the world should denounce war, which brought advantage to a small few, he said. In that vein, it was time to end occupation under the pretext of "combating drugs", such as in South America, as well as other pretexts such as searching for weapons of mass destruction. Money earmarked for war should be channeled to make reparations for damage caused to the Earth.

Third, there should be a world without imperialism, he said, where no country was dependent upon or subordinate to another. States must look for complementarity rather than engage in unfair competition with each other. Member States of the United Nations should consider the asymmetry that exists among nations and seek a way to lessen deep economic differences. Moving along those lines, he said the Security Council — with its lifelong members holding veto rights — should be democratized.

Fourth, he said access to water should be treated as a human right, and policies allowing the privatization of water should be banned. Indigenous peoples had a long experience of mobilizing themselves to uphold the right to water. He proposed that they put forth the idea of forming an international convention on water to guarantee it as a human right and to protect against its appropriation by a select few.

Fifth, he said the world should promote clean and eco-friendly energies, as well as end the wasteful use of energy. He said it was understood that fossil fuels were nearing depletion, yet those who promoted biofuels in their place were making "a serious mistake". It was not right to set aside land not for the benefit of human beings, but so that a small few could operate luxurious vehicles. It was also because of biofuels that the price of rice and bread has risen; and the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) were now warning that such policies must be prevented. The world should explore more sustainable forms of alternative energy, such as geothermal, solar, wind and hydro-electric power.

Sixth, he said there should be more respect for Mother Earth, and the indigenous movement must bring its influence to bear in fostering that attitude. The world must stop thinking of Mother Earth in the capitalist sense — which was that of a raw material to be traded. For who could privatize or hire out his mother?

Seventh, he stressed the importance of gaining access to basic services for all. Services such as education and transport should not be the preserve of private trade.

Eighth, he urged the consumption of only what was necessary and what was produced locally. There was a need to end consumerism, waste and luxury. It was an irony that millions of dollars were being spent to combat obesity in one half of the globe, while the other was dying of hunger. He said the impending food crisis would necessarily bring an end to the free market, where countries suffering hunger were being made to export their food. There was a similar case with oil, where the priority lay in selling it abroad, rather than domestically.

Ninth, he said it was important to promote unity and diversity of economies, and that the indigenous movement should put forth a call for unity and diversity in the spirit of multi-lateralism.

Tenth, the world should live under the tenet of "trying to live well", he said, but not at the expense of others.
