Soft Communitarian Approaches to the Future of World Order

Where did the Bill Clintons, the George Bushes, David Cameron and President Obama get their ideas for changing the world? Is Cameron bringing communitarian fascism to Obama like a Larouchie claims? Where did this movement toward global governance start? Who is exporting the communitarian philosophy to the world? What is the basis for "local control?" The answers to these questions are at the ACL, and I think it's time I wrote another introductory tutorial to the Plan. I don't think I need to title it "What Plan?" any longer.

Philip Blond is but the latest neo guru to arrive on the global farce stage. How can anyone write about the roots of communitarianism while leaving out any reference to the Zionist communitarian guru? Yes, the Fabian Society is a major player in the movement toward rebuilding the world, and the communitarian guru was weaned on it. Yes, Distributivism plays a role in shaping the communitarian theory. But if we ignore the Zionist aspects (including Etzioni's name) we miss the mystical religious basis for EU Talmudic Communitarian Free Trade law and we never even get close to exploring the communitarian war on terror.

Here's what/who the U.S Pentagon cites in Daily Briefings:

This article comments on Amitai Etzioni’s advocacy of “soft communitarianism” as the preferred approach to the establishment of a global governance architecture responsive to the current range of world order challenges facing the world and the United States. The article criticizes the effort to combine an insider discussion of American foreign policy with the presentation of a framework for ethical problem solving that has the potential for acceptance throughout the world. A related criticism is the degree to which the foreign policy agenda is discussed in the terms within which it has arisen in Washington, giving the communitarian approach a discrediting nationalistic tilt.

Here's Cameron's "new" Big Society idea as it was presented in 1998 by the experts in Israel:

The core idea presented in this paper is a model of the economic system that seeks a larger role for the domestic economy vis-a-vis the money economy. It is argued that labor applied in the domestic economy can add value in ways that can have a significant impact on the standards and quality of life for the poor. Cooperative self-help principles applied to families and friendship groups are the mechanism for mobilizing the domestic economy's forces of production with the mainstream cooperatives directing their existing member relations and member education facilities to act as promoters and facilitators of the idea. The strategy is presented as an alternative to the employment creation-oriented anti-poverty policies favored in the West. The author claims that the re-establishing of well-being and autonomy within the domestic economy will reduce pressure for jobs in the labor market particularly for marginal employment. This reduction in pressure for jobs will feed through to improve the relative balance of market power towards labor and at the same time take pressure off the national exchequers struggling with subsidizing the low wage-benefit supported labor market of the 1990s. The whole paper is presented as a speculation that is worth further consideration and research in the absence of viable alternatives to the present failed anti-poverty programs.

The Global Economic Crisis. The Great Depression of the XXI Century

Ever wonder why Michel Chossudovsky at Global Research in Canada never writes anything about Global Law, the Global System or the Global Religion? Do a keyword search at his website and see exactly how many articles he's written using the word "communitarian." Like revolutionary Tea Party founder Ron Paul, he never mentions it to his readers as part of his explanations or objections to globalization. Like Paul over on the extreme right, Global Researchers on the left write collaborative books on "the complex causes" of the economic crisis without ever once explaining the political theory behind the emerging economic system.

What continues to amaze me is how many "patriot" Americans still advertise these fakes. I used to refer to them as a source and many of their links are on my web pages. Like the Jones cartel, many of the disinformation experts have legitimate information at their sites.

I began a search for the contributing authors, starting with LA attorney Ellen Brown (who coincidentally is the topic of a Peter Myer's email forward today) . The first return was to a familiar source, one whose contributions to anti communitarian studies is well established. I especially appreciate the way this article explains how easily the sly communitarian solution is introduced in all these brilliant "exposes." (There were also many people who thought I would link favorably to this propaganda film.)

Next I looked up Tom Burghardt. Can't find him writing about it either, but his search led me to a recent Prison Planet.tv review of Jones' new documentary Invisible Empire: "The most contemporary branch of the agenda to enforce neo-feudalism and top-down communitarianism, in total hostility to the notion of true freedom and individuality – the phony environmentalist movement – which is driven by the global warming fraud, is also blown wide open." Next I looked up Michel Chossudovsky and it led me back to this article, Bolivia: National Revolution and "Communitarian Socialism" by Federico Fuentes, a "frequent contributor" at globalresearch.ca: "The goal of the "historic project" of the indigenous peoples and popular movements is "a social formation where large private property of the means of production will given way to communitarian social property; the political power of the `colonial-imperialist oligarchic bloc' will be substituted by the revolutionary construction of a new power by the 'indigenous nations, revolutionary classes and urban sector bloc'."http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=13339

Next I looked up Richard C. Cook, a former federal analyst who worked for 21 years for the U.S. Treasury. He writes zero about communitarian economics.

Claudia von Werlhof is a German sociologist who wrote The Interconnectedness of All Being: A New Spirituality for A New Civilization. A student of Gramsci?, she understands the "new paradigm shift" but doesn't use the word that describes it, instead she tells us:

In this context, Renate Genth (2002) says that we need a new “politics of civilization”, since we are experiencing a “civilization crisis”. This new politics of civilization has to focus on a new relationship to nature, a new relationship between the sexes, a new relationship between the generations, and a new relationship to “the transcendent”. The transcendent generally means religious needs and our relationship to death. I would say that the relationship to the transcendent is the relationship to earth spirituality.

BERKELEY, CA (KGO) -- Former President Bill Clinton brought his message of global citizenship to the Bay Area and asked the question: What exactly is "global citizenship?"

Clinton told a packed audience at Zellerbach Auditorium that the most important question is one that rarely got asked in his White House.

"Most of the time I was in politics we debated three things: What are you going to do, who is going to do it, public or private sector, and how much money you going to spend on it," Clinton said.

According to Clinton, the most important question of the 21st century is the fourth question -- "How?"

"However much money you have whatever it is you proposed to do, how are you going to do it, so you turn your good intentions into positive changes," he said.

Clinton said in the non-governmental area there are immense opportunities that never existed until now.

"Look at what happened after the Haiti earthquake occurred. First you had George Clooney and others putting together this amazing concert 'Hope for Haiti' in no time. They put it together in a week and they raised $66 million. A lot of it was in $10 pops because you could text Haiti in your phone and automatically $10 would be transferred here and $5 in Canada. Amazing," he said.

And people wanted to give time.

"All of a sudden I had teams of doctors from New York who were calling me saying, 'I can only stay five days, but send me down there," Clinton said.

Clinton said global communication has enhanced our abilities and global interdependence has made it a necessity to be involved.

Anaya Roy is chair of the Global Poverty and Practice Program at U.C. Berkeley.

"I think the most important thing he said today here at Berkeley was that it is possible to think about a new moment of communitarianism," she said.

Will Smelko is student body president.

"It makes me realize that there is so much validity to what he is talking about, and it makes me inspired to make me go out and do something," he said.

Clinton spoke at the invitation of Richard Blum, UC regent and husband of Senator Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif.

On Wednesday night, the former president and Blum are at an event in San Francisco at the Fairmont Hotel in support of the American Himalayan Foundation.

When we speak to the phenomenon called [euphemistically] the New World Order ~THIS~ is what we are referring to - it is that well-thought-out... insidious... and pervasive.

Is the financial crisis leading to a Global Marshall Plan?

Chris Bieber just sent out an email about President Bush's new idea how to spend some of the $700 billion bailout.

"The administration plans to spend $250 billion of the $700 billion government rescue program passed by Congress on Oct. 3 to make stock purchases this year. The first purchases will be in nine large banks, officials said. The industry and government officials spoke on condition of anonymity because the details were yet to be formally released.

"The decision represents a remarkable turnaround for the $700 billion rescue program, already the largest bailout in U.S. history. As the plan sped through Congress, the administration said the money was needed to purchase bad mortgage-related assets that are weighing on the books of financial institutions, never mentioning direct stock purchases.

Looked through the long list of supporters and organizations supporting the Global Marshall Plan and almost all of them are German. I guess that's because the Germans are the experts on how the Marshall Plan was implemented. Every now and then I hear from someone who's been to Germany lately, and they tell me their society has been completely communitarianized, far beyond what can be noticed in the US. I'm guessing Germany was a pilot test of many of the new behavior modifications. We all have to be taught to become responsible, eco aware, global citizens, and we must be properly trained how to CHANGE our outdated notions of national and individual sovereignty and to respect and OBEY the new global laws that protect the whole planet.

Obama's "change" promises a continued path toward world government

Here's a nice summary of what Obama was talking about in Berlin a couple days ago. He used all the key communitarian phrases and told us flat out our new communitarian legal requirements for global citizenship, "Americans and Europeans alike will be required to do more -- not less."
