We claimed in our ACL Manifesto that Etzioni suggested Americans must learn to follow the Chinese neighborhood model. The earliest case law I found using the words communitarian law came from China. That was before I found all the EU's environmental communitarian case law at Luxembourg going back to 1957.

All of Europe and many Americans have already totally adapted to China's ideology. We have been tricked into becoming more like the Chinese! This speech by the premier of the largest communitarian country in the world shows how easily the white westerners were duped. While our country listened to right, left and unsourced Russian propagandists, too many neglected to listen to the world leaders who tell it like it really is.

Here is the Chinese Premier talking about UN Local Agenda 21. He explains it in no uncertain terms. The purpose and intent of that document is "an effort to create a better home for the human race." In the USA, LA21 is still sneered at as if it's a joke. Our websites get hits everyday from Americans searching for "Local Agenda 21 conspiracy". But the hits for LA21 coming from the rest of the world never say that... wonder why.

So, what is the connection between the governments of China, the EU, Russia, the UK, Israel, Bolivia, Colombia, the United States (and now Iraq and Afghanistan)? There's only one thing they all share, it's a common belief in global communitarianism. And it's not a theory anymore.

Global government means it's global. If we never look at the global structure , the law, or where the ideas and practices are coming from, or where the law is already in place, then we haven't got a clue how to survive in it. Not everyone can "go off the grid" and you still need a lot of stuff and stable land. The survivers in the wild will have to be light on their feet and able to travel without leaving footprints. That knowledge barely exists anymore.

Truthfully, I see very few making it "hiding out in the mtns" because the globalists control too much of our wilderness and forests. I've been camping up here for years and don't think I'd last more than a month in the winter without assistance from civilization. But I do agree the biggest nightmares will be the cities, American cities, so if at all possible, get the hell out of those. Put your seatbelts on. :)

At this crucial moment in tackling the international financial crisis, it is important to further enhance economic and trade cooperation between China and Europe. This will contribute not only to the growth of our own economies but also to the steady recovery and enduring prosperity of the world economy. I sincerely wish this Business Summit a complete success.

The theme of the Summit, "The Green Agenda: Sustaining Growth Beyond the Recovery", addresses an important area where we can enhance China-EU cooperation. A review of world industrialization over the last 200 years or more shows that the modernization of developed countries, with a population of no more than one billion, was achieved at a great cost to the resources and ecology of the whole world. A famous line from the World Conservation Strategy reads, "We have not inherited the earth from our parents; we have borrowed it from our children." To leave to future generations a planet where they can survive and thrive, we need to put in place a circular and sustainable system of national economy that generates high output with low input, low consumption and low emissions. We need to transform the existing patterns of development and consumption and move the world to a development path characterized by high productivity, prosperous lives and sound ecology.

In an effort to create a better home for the human race, the 1992 United Nations Conference on Environment and Development adopted two guiding documents, the Rio Declaration and Agenda 21, as well as a statement of principles on forests. It also opened for signature the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Convention on Biological Diversity. Since then, the concept of a "green culture" has drawn intense attention from countries around the world, and sustainable development has become a consensus of the international community. The Kyoto Protocol adopted in 1997 and the Bali Road Map established in 2007 defined the responsibilities of countries at different stages of development in addressing climate change, giving rise to a global "green wave" emphasizing harmony between economic development and the environment. The upcoming Copenhagen Conference represents another important moment in international action on climate change. The willingness and commitments expressed by countries at Copenhagen will promote a historic shift towards green economy and sustainable development. The Chinese government will take an active and constructive part in the Conference and looks forward to a positive outcome at Copenhagen.

Following up on my email from two weeks back, a quick review of the website of the Power Shift 2009 organization behind last weekend's 'climate change' protests in Washington D.C. (www.powershift09.org) easily reveals the affair to be a ruse, confirming my hypothesis of a "Climate Change-of-Subject Crisis" drummed up by zionist-anglo elites.

In fact, I'm surprised at how obvious it is. One only needs only to look at their list of supporters to see the typical players such as the big foundations (Rockefeller, TIdes, Energy Foundation, etc) whose backgounds are already well exposed, as well as groups like the notorious WWF, alongside Al Gore's Alliance For Climate Protection. Then there is the presence of James Gustave Speth who attended the coal protest, personally accompanying US government employee James Hansen. Yale University's Speth is symbolic of the ties between today's green / climate alarmism movements and the environmental agendas launched a century ago by the administration of Theodore Roosevelt, based on ideas borrowed from the British East India Company's land management and survey projects in colonial India. The birth of environmentalism was part of the same patterns within the US which eventually led to the US-UK 'special relationship' currently being touted heavily by Gordon Brown in his meeting with Obama, and to the dominance of the US by the zionist elite. I have yet to find any mention on the Power Shift site of any criticisms of the financial crisis and Wall Street bailouts, or how greens should support cross-activism in these areas. Not a surprise, especially after learning that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, main Congressional facilitator of the ongoing sellout of the US economy to the banksters, was originally scheduled to speak at the protests (she cancelled because of heavy snow; her office later changed their excuse to a 'scheduling conflict'). Another speaker was John Podesta, Clintonite veteran who recently oversaw the Obama Administration transition.

In my previous email I commented on how the green movement claims to be representing a new 'FDR' policy to revive America's ecomony with a "Green New Deal", yet they have ongoing ties through some of their leaders to historical anti-FDR networks like those around the 'Vanderbilt Agrarians'.

These Agrarians led the American wing of the Congress of Cultural Freedom (see the chapter 'Ransom's Boys' from Stonor-Saunders' "Cultural Cold War") along with the 'New York Intellectuals' who morphed into the neocon movement. Previously the Agrarians were famous for their 1930 book "I'll Take My Stand", a manifesto for 20th century "sympathy for the south" pro-Confederacy movements, which railed against industrial society using language and ideas significantly identical to later counterculture greens. Perhaps it is just a coincidence that Theodore Roosevelt family can trace their relations to the spy James Bulloch who served in England for the Confederate Secret Service run by reputed Rothschild agent Judah P. Benjamin.

The CCF also launched careers of important green leaders, such as Denis de Rougemont (founder of the European anti-nuclear power movement in the 1970s and major influence on the 'ecology' wing of the 1968 French radicals who destabilized the government of deGaulle just when he was causing trouble for zionist-anglo financiers) and Edward Goldsmith (extended Rothschild family). Former OSS agent Gregory Bateson, who had consulted with Wall Street honcho and New Deal opponent Bill Donovan in ground-floor planning of the CCF, later led the founding of the climate change alarmism movement via his organization of a 1967 conference at London's Rockefeller-funded Tavistock Institute where Bateson claimed the world's coastlines would be under hundreds of feet of water by the 1990s (the propaganda being successfully transmitted to the emerging green counterculture by Bateson's protege, Allan Ginsberg, of which I have heard a firsthand personal account) and later the seminal 1975 AAAS climate conference along with Margaret Mead; Bateson and Mead were also the organizers of the 1940s "cybernetics" conferences at MIT whose ideas would develop into the General Systems Theory theme of the Club of Rome and its green 'global governance' agenda, via Rockefeller-supported GST founder Ludwig von Bertalanffy and others. Eisler's famous green / gaia / systems philosophy book "Chalice and the Blade" was the product of an abortive depopulation discussion group at the Salk Institute involving the Club of Rome's Ervin Laszlo, Bertalanffy's leading student who developed GST into General Evolution Theory (the 'evolution' obsession stems from the ubiquitous links between the green climate movement and the post-WW2 crypto-Eugenics / elite social engineering establishment). Jonas Salk was a friend and collaborator of depopulationist and computer modeling afficionado Robert MacNamara, and was at the center of some still-mysterious contaminated mass vaccination "accidents". Also an influential 'new ager'. Incidentally, The Club of Rome runs a green leadership training program, set up by Laszlo, at exactly the same location earlier used by British Intelligence's Special Operations Execuctive for training agents during WW2 - the Beaulieu estate of the Montagu family. Lady Fiona Montagu herself was the first of Laszlo's "Global Ambassadors" (he also has called them "spiritual entrepreneurs").

It is supposedly part of MI6 but is rumored to be directly answerable to the Crown, themselves leading figureheads of the green movement of course, and ardent zionists. Maybe we'll see some of Laszlo's green leaders take a role in Soros' proposed anti-Russia climate & energy regulation scheme for Europe if it gets off the ground. Certainly, all of the major propaganda and social-change themes in the present climate alarmism movement can easily be identified in Laszlo's works for the Club of Rome back in the mid-1970s (eg "Strategy for the Future", "Goals for Mankind"; note also that world govt. advocate Arnold J. Toynbee also enthusiastically went green at the same time, e.g "Mankind and Mother Earth"). Particularly interesting in light of the ongoing Obama mania and related factors are Laszlo's arguments that the green world government agenda could recruit a large support base amongst ethnic and social outsiders with a grudge against "the system" (Strategy, p. 94), not to mention the Ruskinite green counterculture to which he gives qualified yet very warm praise (as did Toynbee). As chance would have it, Gore's Alliance for Climate Protection is headquartered just a stone's throw from SRI, and also not far from the old Palo Alto Veterans Hospital where Gregory Bateson first introduced his future ecology understudy Allan Ginsberg to LSD under MK-ULTRA connected research of Stanford University's Mental Research Institute. Strangely enough, their 'green' movement emerged at exactly the time in the late 60s and early 70s that the Wall Street-London dominated financial system began undergoing a series of permanently expanding crises and shocks (by the way, it was of all people neocon godfather Senator 'Scoop' Jackson who fathered the single most important breakthrough in environmental legislation of that era, the National Environmental Policy Act introduced in '67-68 and passed in '70), and their movement is now being funded and elevated into unprecedented public prominence by those same bankster elites at just the moment that the decades-long collapse is reaching its climax, and mesmerizing the public with the message, from certain leaders like James Hansen, that the crisis enveloping the world calls on us to wage war against "Captains of Industry" like auto executives -- with little or no focus on globalist financiers and their 'bailout' lucre (let alone whether some of that quickly vanishing bailout money might eventually be used in some way related to future carbon-trading casinos). And a few Silicon Valley cyber-counterculture hipsters prepare to make some big bucks while auto industry employees lose their jobs, and poor working americans prepare to struggle with their utility bills due to increasingly likely 'climate' taxes and other sanctions on coal- powered energy being instituted before proven alternatives are genuinely ready. Of course by now we all know that worshipping Gaia is our Common Destiny, don't we? What is the ultimate goal of sustainable development? Are we allowed to ask?

This sense of responsibility can only emerge from the acceptance of the oneness of humanity and will only be sustained by a unifying vision of a peaceful, prosperous world society. Without such a global ethic, people will be unable to become active, constructive participants in the worldwide process of sustainable development. While Agenda 21 provides an indispensable framework of scientific knowledge and technical know-how for the implementation of sustainable development, it does not inspire personal commitment to a global ethic. This is not to say that ethics and values were ignored during the UNCED process. The call for unifying values was heard throughout, from heads of state to UN officials to representatives of non-governmental organizations and individual citizens. In particular, the concepts of 'our common humanity,' 'world citizenship' and 'unity in diversity' were invoked to serve as the ethical undergirding for Agenda 21 and the Rio Declaration.

The world community has, in this way, already come to a basic accord on the need for a global ethic to vitalize Agenda 21. We suggest that the term 'world citizenship' be adopted to encompass the constellation of principles, values, attitudes and behaviours that the peoples of the world must embrace if sustainable development is to be realized.

World citizenship begins with an acceptance of the oneness of the human family and the interconnectedness of the nations of 'the earth, our home.' While it encourages a sane and legitimate patriotism, it also insists upon a wider loyalty, a love of humanity as a whole. It does not, however, imply abandonment of legitimate loyalties, the suppression of cultural diversity, the abolition of national autonomy, nor the imposition of uniformity. Its hallmark is 'unity in diversity.' World citizenship encompasses the principles of social and economic justice, both within and between nations; non-adversarial decision making at all levels of society; equality of the sexes; racial, ethnic, national and religious harmony; and the willingness to sacrifice for the common good. Other facets of world citizenship;all of which promote human honour and dignity, understanding, amity, cooperation, trustworthiness, compassion and a desire to serve;can be deduced from those already mentioned. A few of these principles have been articulated in Agenda 21;most, however, are noticeably lacking. Fostering world citizenship is a practical strategy for promoting sustainable development. So long as disunity, antagonism and provincialism characterize the social, political and economic relations within and among nations, a global, sustainable pattern of development can not be established. Over a century ago Bahá'u'lláh warned, 'The well-being of mankind, its peace and security, are unattainable unless and until its unity is firmly established.' Only upon a foundation of genuine unity, harmony and understanding among the diverse peoples and nations of the world, can a sustainable global society be erected."

The Office of the Environment has distributed more than 100,000 copies of World Citizenship: A Global Ethic for Sustainable Development, has offered it at various UN conferences and events, and has encouraged broad distribution of the copies. The document exists in at least a dozen languages and has been put on several electronic bulletin boards and networks.

Bahá'í communities in several countries have held seminars, workshops and discussion groups on the ideas contained in the statement and several have undertaken concrete actions. For example, a number of Bahá'í communities initiated efforts to encourage local authorities and organizations of civil society to implement Agenda 21. Bahá'í communities throughout Germany and the United Kingdom began approaching local authorities (the subject of chapter 28 of Agenda 21) to discuss promoting the concept of world citizenship as a moral and ethical basis for development. Similarly, Bahá'í communities in Australia, Denmark, Sweden and Switzerland have launched campaigns in schools focusing on world citizenship and sustainable development. Green versus clean = comunitarians versus locals

All of my happiest childhood experiences happened in the woods or at the beach. My parents took us camping every summer and sometimes we spent our entire spring break in state campgrounds. The first thing we did after we chose our spot was pick up all the garbage and cigarette butts, rake up the loose leaves and tree fall, pile it all up in the fire pit and start out with a big cleansing fire. We checked out the lavatory facilities and if they were inadequate, we dug our own latrines. We fixed broken picnic tables, made benches and swings. We cleared trails, pulling obnoxious and poisonous plants. Axes and machetes were part of our gear. The point was always to make the site better and safer. Cleaning the camp was the first and the last thing we did. I've repeated this process of rejuvenating public campsites my entire adult life. And silly me, this is what I thought it meant to be "green."

All my life I thought being green meant being clean.

Throughout the late 80s and during the entire 90s, I began describing my politics as libertarian-socialist-feminist-green! I've written at length about my harsh, rude awakenings to the foundations for libertarian, socialist and feminist political ideologies. It's all out there for anyone who's interested in seeing how painful a journey the ACL was for me. But I haven't written a lot about my personal "green" ideals because I've been camping practically all these ACL years. And, few things have shocked me as much as the signs around Chitina State Park that said I wasn't allowed to cut anything! There were hundreds of dead cottonwoods and beetle killed spruce. The Chitina Native Council had a grant to go along the roads and around houses doing "fuel reduction." So, it wasn't as if the local tribal people who control most of the unused land weren't aware of the need to clear out the dead stuff. I just wasn't allowed to do it unless I was paid by the feds. Our friend Roger summed it up for me one day with, "If there's ever a fire here, we're all gonna be crispy critters."

Last summer I moved back to Camp Redington and started out cleaning my own mess from the year before (heh) and then I started in on all this low brush where those nasty black mosquito's live. I had just learned to use a chainsaw so I was busy cutting off all the low tree branches while I was digging up and raking piles of molding layers of leaves and tree fall. But, I've become so conditioned to the greens' agenda that when a big official truck pulled in the driveway after we were burning, I thought he was here to give Tim a TICKET! I had my whole defense going through my brain... I was going to explain how I wasn't "destroying" anything but only making it better for humans. As it turned out, the official was the Alaska STATE Department of Forestry, and he was HAPPY to see what I was doing. He gave me a brochure produced by the state that trains people in safe fire prevention, and clearing low brush around homes and making fire brakes on the edges of property is taught as absolutely vital to protecting life and property. I had an enormous sense of relief to learn our state government still uses reason to determine public policy. Of course the state doesn't manage the "protected" federal and Indian lands (the CR Watershed if you will) which surrounds us, and that could prove to be a fatal mistake, as it has become in Australia. Do you think people in Australia would be interested in knowing the green "laws" that caused this tragedy are based in EU environmental communitarian "case" law? This applies to the recent issue of whether it is worth the time to focus on smaller issues without addressing the "big" picture.

Many Australians I know are proud of having a socialist government. Many Americans I know are proud of having a constitutional government. They do not know they both have a communitarian government, just like everywhere else in the world where environmental communitarian laws overrule local laws. That's the simple version of what communitarian law does. It is "supreme" law used by heavily funded activists who force it on locals. Locals, under a communitarian system, are stupid hicks who have to be taught how to bow, honor, obey and cherish "Mother Earth."

It's high time we "clean up the green mess" and restore power to locals, everywhere. The next time one of these committed Gaia worshippers tries to block firefighters or loggers or fishermen or anyone else doing their local job, which is to feed and protect local people, they could and probably should face swift and necessary battlefield justice.

Giving locals information about the new legal system which created this global green mess might be a handy tool in the arms of a righteous local population. I know this is why the very term "communitarian law" has been stricken from public awareness.

As per yesterday's article: I'd like to stress the fact that I did not mean to imply that I don't believe Darren Weeks is telling the truth about Nancy Levant. We've been noticing how popular the terms Going Green have become lately. Our Gertee falls easily into the green category and I was curious to see how closely it's associated with communitarianism. A keyword search for "going green" returns about 27 million, one hundred thousand hits. Add the word "communitarian" to the search and it drops to about 110,000.

What the heck is a "communitarian sense?" Most people I read assume it means a committment to the common good, a values based decisionmaking process, and a broader inclusion of the common people in decisions that affect their everyday life. According to the Communitarian Constitution author Beau Breslin, communitarian sense is "responsibility, shared values and accomplishment, along with the more 'liberal' feelings of individual freedom and personal independence." This is some of the best doublespeak they offer. Unless you have a feeling about what this responsiblity is TO, have an inkling of what these shared values ARE, and know what a communitarian accomplishment IS, then you'd naturally quickly skip past that part and focus on the last line, one you recognise, the one that reassures you communitarian "feelings" somehow support your notion of what individual freedom and personal independence translates to in everyday life.

I agree our nation is deeply divided. After 150 years of constant and unwavering dialectical conflicts, we are perfectly poised to accept the communitarian synthesis. It doesn't matter that it was UK/Israeli/USSR facilitators who introduced Hegelian conflicts into the USA. It's of no signifigance that the communitarian "ideology" was never a movement that arose naturally out of U.S. society.

I do not agree that we hate each other so viscerally that we can barely contain our contempt for one another. I believe, and my experience tells me, that once we peel away the dialectically driven arguments between us, there is only one "issue" left on the table for ALL Americans. The only real choice we need to make is between communitarian law and our national law, and that is the one choice we will never be asked to make. If there was a legally proposed amendment to the U.S. Constitution to adopt the Supremacy of Communitarian Law, and it passed by 3/4 of the elected state legislatures, I would accept that as the legitimate law of our land. My point has always been that our people are being duped into adopting a code of law they don't understand. Our citizens are not even aware of their having accepted it already.

Thousands of new websites appear online every day to bring us the "real" news. They tell us in detail that our "rights" are being whittled away and that our government has become a nest of traitors. But how often do they tell you why?

Why do the Americans who oppose the North American Union ignore the supremacy of communirian law clause required in the European Union's failed treaties?

Why do the Americans who oppose the UN ignore the supremacy of communitarian law implicit in all UN Local Agenda 21 suggestions for datagathering and enforcement?

Why do the Americans who oppose the War on Terror, the Fed, the CFR, the TC, the IRS, Sustainable Development and congressional legislation like the Patriot Acts ignore or play down (or completely ignore) the core ideology driving all of these wars, organizations and bills?

Why don't global anti NWO whistleblowers explain that communitarianism is the philosophy, the law, and the religion of the emerging global synthesis?

I'll tell you why. The communitarian synthesis is so perfect it gives rise to NO antithesis. Americans are "allowed" to scream about anything from 9/11 to impeach Bush for war crimes to the "coming police state." Americans can write about the illegal tax structure, the SPP, the PNAC, U.S. government violations of "civil liberty," Chemtrails, the Illuminatti, the Bilderberg, the G-8, etc, etc, etc. But the REASON for the existence of all these things, naw, just forget about it. The dialectical conflicts are so much more digestable than the driving philosophy.
