How many Muslims were appointed to Obama's administration? How many Muslims has Obama nominated to the US Supreme Court? How many Protestants has he nominated?

On May 10 you announced your nomination of Elena Kagan as the third Jewish American to the Supreme Court, if confirmed, making the Jewish constitution of the Supreme Court to be one third although they only make up 1.7% of the U.S. population. The Supreme Court has no Protestant Justice despite their constituting the largest percentage of the U.S. population. I am confident that this appointment of a lawyer with no judicial experience is just another appeasement to the Jewish community to comfort their concern about your Israeli policy and to keep their money flowing to the Democratic Party. They needn't worry. No politician at any level in America dares to speak out against Israel if he/she seeks office. It's a death sentence. (Ibid)

I was gifted a copy of Alex Jone's End Game dvd (thanks Judi!) and watched it last night. It's a very long, professional, accurate overview of the historical evidence for the NWO. He uses all the stock footage from films of Hitler, Mao, Stalin, Castro, Clinton, Gore et al, and there's many photos of death camps, skulls, dead bodies and gruesome defects, all of which creates a very emotional and heart wrenching viewing experience. He spends a lot of time focused on the Rothschild Banks and details how they control the fed, the IMF, WB, etc.

But, Rothschild's commitment to political Zionism is not mentioned, nor his role in the establishment of the state of Israel or the Zionist purpose for "The Banker's WARS". Jones does mention Israel twice, once in regards to the Mossad security teams at Bilderberg and again when he's exposing the radiation of "dark skinned" Jewish children in a US Pentagon project after WWII. He spends half an hour explaining the Eugenics programs, how it tie sto modern programs like Planned Parenthood and the Environmental Movement, but he never once exposes the racial classification and discrimination written into Israeli (Rothschild) national law.

Jones definitely never tells us the Israeli Zionists regularly refer to Palestinians as "dogs." He tells us the Bankers' basis for the European Union was Trade Agreements (which is accurate), tells us China is a model for the new global system (also accurate), but never mentions that presidential adviser since 1979 and Obama's guru, Dr. Amitai Etzioni, the "Everything Expert" told us American neighborhoods must also incorporate the Israeli kibbutz model.

Jones never explains why the US Supreme Court now bases its decisions on Talmudic Law. He uses Dr. Michael Coffman to explain the Biodiversity Treaty and the new sustainable development terms are thrown out in one long rushing sentence, he has pictures and video footage to the Trans Texas Corridor, he ties it all to the UN Wildlands Act. But for some reason? he never mentions the words UN LOCAL AGENDA 21 or tells his audience this is the key EXISTING and EASILY AVAILABLE document that shows the details of the plan. He never introduces the program that's the most essential tool in the hands of Americans who struggle to identify the "treasonous" communitarian changes to local zoning laws and who need a LEGAL WAY TO fire the people implementing the NWO AT THE LOCAL LEVEL.

In my opinion this video falls easily into the 95% fact, 5% lie by omission category. For someone who claims to be an expert on the police state, it's beyond incredible he didn't tell us what Community Oriented Policing is when he explained the global police/military force.

Plus, I'm sorry, but it's embarrassing to watch Jones yell through his bullhorn at the "elites." His childishness disrupts and discredits this entire factual and serious presentation. He harasses the "elites" outside the secret Bilderberg meetings and yells the solution to 1984 is 1776! Gee, does Jones, like his "opposites" on the far left hope to see another violent revolution in America? Are we to believe we are helpless in the face of such sinister motives? Should free American people really take to the streets in the Hegelian tradition? Or is American time and effort better spent acting as if we ARE the government here, by closing down illegal local councils, vetoing illegal local policies, firing all the foreign "experts" and routing the elected local officials who comply with treasonous plans and actions (like what's happening in Spokane, WA right now?)?

Near the end Jones stands outside the Texas governor's mansion screaming, like he did at Bilderberg, about how "We're not your slaves!" Yeah, okay, that's an effective way to fight the NWO. It's absolutely brilliant.

I need to see the most recent film Alex Jones made where he identifies the plan as communitarian. If anyone has an extra copy of that in dvd, please send it to me at the address under the header for this blog.

This is going to be very interesting to see what I can grow. Our growing season is so short most locals use greenhouse starts. I was able to plant snap peas because they can withstand frost, but have to wait until June to plant the rest. I've got what my neighbor said is a very "different" assortment of seeds and not what Alaskans normally grow. It's not even an exotic mix, maybe it's all the peppers that aren't so popular up here. I grew lovely peppers in Vegas. :) Next year I need a gertee greenhouse.

The only additive I have for the soil is the ash I mixed in and the veggie/coffee slop I poured into the space all winter (no idea if it will help or hinder either). Put the dirt into mounds on a slight slope so it has good drainage anyway. Two robins moved into the cottonwood tree I almost cut down and have been picking in the dirt, so I'm assuming there's something live in the soil, although I haven't seen one worm yet.. no beetles... just gnats, flies and skeets and LOTS of spiders this year. Very few bees and no wasps yet either.

Feels great to have my hands in the dirt, it's coinciding with getting over this virus and I feel healed. I am still very amazed at how much better I felt this winter having my EarthPad and how much more endurance I have for heavy chores in sub-zero temperatures. I'm 52 years old now and I'm very grateful for my good health and strength. My teeth may be falling out but my bones and muscles are still in pretty good shape. Sometimes I do wish I'd have started this lifestyle in my 30s at least, but 20 years ago I would never have imagined this is what I'd be doing in my 50s. It still looks like madness to the people who knew me when I lived in houses and I have come to realize that the ideal gertee set-up needs to include plumbing. But I'm glad I know how to live without it just in case it beomes something we all have to do. I keep thinking that even if I end up in a concentration camp I can see myself building gertees in there too.

It is such a reward to feel the sunshine and watch the earth come alive again. So many more bird and animal sounds at night now, can't always recognise them... eep. Not too many bears out yet, Tim saw a griz by Tonsina and his grandson and dad saw one when they were out flying around the other day. My biggest animal concern lately has been the horseshoe rabbits but the fox family living under the Community Hall pretty much took care of that for me.

Started a new webwriter contract for kennylakechalet.com, another venue in our growing city. I'm trying to just keep going in spite of all the dire predictions and worsening conditions around the world. It's not even like I have any hope that the global government will fail to assume power. I don't know how much longer I'll still be free to do whatever I want, say whatever I think and go where ever I can afford to go. But I've been blessed with some of the best conditions for living independent of government intrusions, and I think I have an obligation to be present in every moment that I have left as a "free" woman. I hope all of you have found a way to live and love in spite of your knowledge and pain. I don't know what else to do anymore. I create in order to become closer to my Creator.

In spite of the fact that I monitor Israeli press and Jewish activism on a daily basis, I must admit that almost once a day I come across something new and refreshing about my ex-brethren.

As it happened, yesterday I learned about an organisation named the "International Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists" (IAJLJ). An association with such a name didn't take me by complete surprise. By now I am used to the concept of 'primarily-Jewish' organisations and associations. At the end of the day, it shouldn't take any of us by surprise, Israel, as we know, is the 'Jews-only' state. Furthermore, Israel's very few sporadic vocal opponents within the Jewish world tend for some reason to operate also in similar racially orientated primarily Jewish political settings such as 'Jews For Peace', 'Jews for Justice in Palestine', 'Jewish Independent Voice', etc.

Apparently, more than just a few contemporary Jews insist upon maintaining a form of segregation that allows them to operate ideologically, intellectually and spiritually within a closed racially or ethnically orientated circuit. I would agree that within the liberal democratic discourse, this is something we must accept and even approve. The ethos of multi-culturalism maintains that people of different and varied ethnic groups are welcome to celebrate their symptoms politically, ideologically and spiritually in isolation.

Yet, as much as we may approve of any form of ethnic, spiritual or religious segregation, some of the primarily Jewish organisations claim to maintain a 'universal agenda' while pursuing 'human rights'. An obvious question must be followed. If universalism is what they insist they are practicing or promoting, why do they do it in isolation? Why do they practice it in racially orientated cells? If humanism is what they are really after, why don't they just join the rest of humanity in pursuing it?

Seemingly, the case of IAJLJ allows us another glimpse into Jewish tribal ideology and political manoeuvring.Here is what the IAJLJ says about itself: "The International Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists strives to advance human rights everywhere, including the prevention of war crimes, the punishment of war criminals, the prohibition of weapons of mass destruction, and international co-operation based on the rule of law and the fair implementation of international covenants and conventions."

One must admit that this could have led to a most welcome Jewish initiative. Bearing in mind the devastating blockade in Gaza and the starvation of millions of Palestinians, Jewish legal experts who are "Striving to advance human rights, including the prevention of war crimes" is exactly what we need. It is essential to have ethically orientated humanists that would stand up against the Israeli breach of the Fourth Geneva Convention in regard to the protection of civilian population.

But the IAJLJ doesn't stop just there, it goes further, it pursues "the punishment of war criminals, (and) the prohibition of weapons of mass destruction". "This is just ideal," I think to myself, all we really need is ethically minded Jewish people to bring suspected war criminals Shimon Peres, Ariel Sharon, Ehud Barak, Shaul Mofaz,Dan Halutz and many others to justice. As if this is not enough, considering the Jewish state's refusal to sign the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty, one would argue that the International Jewish Lawyers and Jurists may have much to do at home.

Guess what, this is not going to happen. In fact none of it is going to happen. Our "International Jewish Lawyers and Jurists" are not really interested in "pursuing" universal "human rights" as one may foolishly read. They are actually far more interested in pursuing a very particular type of rights that are relevant to a very particular and unique type of human.

Here is what the IAJLJ is saying about their very specific commitment:
"The Association is especially committed to issues that are on the agenda of the Jewish people, and works to combat racism, xenophobia, anti-Semitism, Holocaust denial and negation of the State of Israel."
Obviously, it doesn't take a genius to note the flaws implied by the paragraph above.

1 - If the IAJLJ is "committed" to issues that are on the "agenda of the Jewish people", it may as well imply that issues that concern the Jewish people are different from issues that concern people in general. In other words, our International Jewish legal scholars have managed to approve the unique legal status of Jewish people amongst the nations. As if this is not enough, the Jewish legal experts foolishly or rather consciously admitted that they are committed to Jewish people's issues rather than issues to do with people in general.

2 - It is also very nice to learn from the IAJLJ that the "Jewish People" have an "Agenda". It would be great to learn also what this agenda is and where is it formed and shaped. Is in the Knesset, or is it within the Israeli Cabinet or may be it's at one of the Wall Street investment houses?

3- If the IAJLJ is indeed committed to fighting 'racism' and 'xenophobia' as they say, how come they themselves run a racially orientated association? Just out of interest, can a London based Palestinian Barrister join their international Jewish organisation? And let us assume that such a subscription is possible, why would a Gentile law scholar join an association that is interested primarily in issues to do with Jews and their alleged 'agenda' ?

4 - The IAJLJ does not just fight those who deny Israel's right to exist, it is apparently 'committed to combat' any 'negation of Israel'. In other words, our supreme international Jewish law scholars must really believe that the Jewish state is beyond criticism. They are apparently committed to fight those who oppose it. I must admit that this is one of the crudest manifestations of militant Zionism I have ever come across. It is a form of political silencing that lives in complete contradiction to the values upheld by Western liberal thought.

I may admit that it is slightly amusing to find out that a team of leading international Jewish Lawyers and Jurists have managed to draft such a clumsy document that can only be interpreted as a severe form of intolerance on the verge of bigotry.

However, the question that we must ask ourselves is whether people who are members or affiliated with such a racially orientated association can be part of Western judicial system? Can a person who is a member of such an association ever serve as a judge in a Western country? Apparently, the answer is yes. As I learn from The Herald, Scotland's first female judge Lady Cosgrove has been recently cleared of allegations of bias stemming from her membership of the very international Jewish law association.

Back in 2004, Lady Cosgrove served as the reviewing judge who upheld the decision of the Scottish Home Department to refuse Mrs Fatima Helow refugee status in the UK. Mrs Fatima Helow is a Palestinian woman who survived the 1982 Sabra and Shatila massacre in Lebanon. Apparently, Mrs Helow was part of the group that in 2002 tried to charge former Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, in the International Court of Justice, for his alleged involvement in the massacre.

On the face of it, one may possibly argue that Lady Cosgrove, due to her association with the very Jewish association, was 'committed to combat' Mrs Fatima Helow, a Palestinian lady who openly 'negates Israel' and one of its most notorious war criminals Ariel Sharon.

Similarly, one could have argued that considering her affiliation with a Zionist international association, Lady Cosgrove should have stepped down and avoid ruling on a case of a PLO activist and a survivor of a massacre largely associated with Sharon.

Mrs Helow's lawyers tried to appeal against the ruling on the grounds that Lady Cosgrove was not an impartial observer due to her membership with the IAJLJ. The appeal cited speeches by IAJLJ leaders and articles in its quarterly magazine that were highly critical of Palestinian attempts to act against Israel in international courts as proof of Lady Cosgrove's alleged bias.

However, the Allegations against Lady Cosgrove were rejected last month by Lord Nimmo Smith, who heard the case with Lord Kingarth and Lord Kirkwood. The argument provided by the Lord was fascinating.
"We see no reason," said Lord Smith, "to suppose any intelligent and independent-minded judge of the Court of Session - having taken the judicial oath and being well able to form her own views - would be influenced in this way."

Lord Nimmo Smith may be correct. It is obviously beyond any of us to know what exact mental process Lady Cosgrove went through while making up her mind in the case. However, bearing Lord Smith's insight into the Judicial oath we are entitled to assume that Lady Cosgrove had to choose between a universal judicial oath in which she swore to the queen "to do right to all manner of people after the laws and usages of this realm without fear or favour, affection or ill-will" and her IAJLJ's commitment "to issues that are on the agenda of the Jewish people".

How Lady Cosgrove managed to bridge the gap between the "doing right to all people" and her IAJLJ's "commitment" to the primacy of "Jewish Issues" may be a miracle. How three distinguished Lords have managed to miss this obvious conflict of interest between 'all people' and 'one very people' is peculiar but understandable.

For a long time I dread to say it. The gap between humanism and Zionist local and global interests is becoming unbridgeable. It may be the right time for the humanists amongst us to insist that appointees for Judicial posts must be clean of any tribal political affiliations. This would save our distinguished Lords from failing to see the obvious contradiction between the tribal and the universal.

We better move in this direction and soon, we should do it for the benefit of humanity but also for the benefit of so many Jews who have nothing to do with the crimes that are committed on their behalf.

U.S. man pleads guilty to acting as agent for Israel

NEW YORK/WASHINGTON (Reuters) - An 85-year-old former U.S. Army employee pleaded guilty on Tuesday to acting as an unregistered agent of Israel and admitted he gave classified documents to the Jewish state in the 1980s.

Court documents show the defendant, Ben-Ami Kadish, reported to the same handler as Jonathan Pollard, an American who spied for Israel in the 1980s and triggered a scandal that rocked U.S.-Israeli relations.

Kadish's plea indicates the Israeli spy network that obtained U.S. nuclear secrets through Pollard spread further than previously acknowledged.

It comes as the Bush administration considers a new request by Pollard for a commutation of his life sentence.

Prosecutors say Ben-Ami Kadish provided classified documents, including some relating to U.S. missile defense systems, to an Israeli agent, Yosef Yagur, who photographed the documents at Kadish's residence.

Yagur was one of Pollard's handlers, according to court documents.

From 1980 to 1985, Yagur asked Kadish to obtain classified documents, which Kadish retrieved from the U.S. Army's Picatinny Arsenal in Dover, New Jersey, according to Kadish's sworn statement.

Pollard, a former U.S. Navy intelligence analyst, is serving life in prison term after pleading guilty to spying for Israel in 1986. His case has led Jews in the United States and Israel to plea for clemency and a new request by Pollard is under Bush administration review.

Israel gave Pollard citizenship in 1996 and acknowledged he was one of its spies in 1998.

Though the United States and Israel are close allies, the Pollard case revealed how the thirst for intelligence trumped that friendship.

Kadish, a Connecticut-born U.S. citizen, faces a maximum of five years in prison at his February 13 sentencing in federal court in Manhattan but it is possible he will not serve any time.

Sentencing guidelines call for a maximum of six months and prosecutors said they would not oppose a sentence without jail time, according to his plea agreement.

He had been free on bail since shortly after his arrest in April on four counts of conspiracy and espionage as a result of an investigation that began in 2005.

The Israeli embassy had no immediate comment.

Kadish used his security clearance to borrow 50 to 100 classified documents from the arsenal's library, including some "concerning nuclear weaponry" and others relating to a modified version of an F-15 fighter jet that the United States had sold to an unidentified country, the complaint said.

A third pertained to the U.S. Patriot missile air defense system.

In order to grasp the latest devastating murderous Israeli expedition in Gaza one must deeply comprehend the Israeli identity and its inherent hatred towards anyone who fails to be Jewish and a hatred against Arabs in particular. This hatred is imbued in the Israeli curriculum, it is preached by political leaders and implied by their acts, it is conveyed by cultural figures, even within the so-called ‘Israeli Left’.

I grew up in Israel in the 1970’s people of my generation are nowadays the leaders of the Israeli army, politics, economy, academia and the arts. We were trained to believe that ‘a good Arab is a dead one’. A few weeks before I joined the IDF in the early 1980’s, General Rafael Eitan, the Chief of Staff at the time announced that the “Arabs were stoned cockroaches in a bottle”. He got away with it, he also got away with the murder of many thousands of Lebanese civilians in the 1st Lebanon war. In a word, Israelis manage to get away with murder.

Luckily enough, and for reasons that are still far beyond my comprehension, at a certain stage I woke up out of that Hebraic lethal dream. At one point I left the Jewish state, I evaded the Jewish hate mongering, I had become an opponent of the Jewish state and any other form of Jewish politics. However, I am utterly convinced that it is my primary duty to inform every being that is willing to listen about that which are we up against.

As much as Zionism was there to transform Jews, and by “giving them a State of their own” make them like any other people, it failed miserably. The Israeli barbarism as we have seen this week and too many times before is far beyond bestiality. It is killing for the sake of killing. And it is indiscriminate.

Not many people in the west are aware of the devastating fact that killing Arabs and Palestinians in particular is a very effective Israeli political recipe. The Israelis are indeed confused people. As much as they insist upon seeing themselves as a ‘Shalom seeking’[1] nation, they also love to be led by politicians with an astonishing record of unlawful murderous activity. Whether it was Sharon, Rabin, Begin, Shamir or Ben Gurion, Israelis love their ‘democratically elected leaders’ to be belligerent hawks with their hands dripping with blood and backed by a solid record of crimes against humanity.

We are weeks before an election in Israel and as it seems, both Kadima PM candidate Foreign minister Tzipi Livni and Labour PM candidate Defence minister Ehud Barak, are trailing well behind Likud PM candidate the notorious Hawk Benjamin (Bibi) Netanyahu. Livni and Barak need their little war. They must prove to the Israelis that they know how to engage in mass slaughter.

Both Livni and Barak have to provide the Israeli voter with some real exhibition of devastating carnage, so the Israelis can trust their leadership. This is their only chance against Netanyahu. Seemingly, Livni and Barak are throwing tons of bombs on Palestinian civilians, schools and hospitals because this is exactly what the Israelis want to see.

Unfortunately, Israelis are not known for mercy and grace. Instead they are appeased by retaliation and vengeance, they are cheered by their own limitless brutality. When an Ex-Israeli Air Force Chief Commander Dan Halutz was asked how it feels to drop a bomb on a highly populated neighbourhood in Gaza, his answer was short and precise. ‘It feels like a light bump on the right wing’. Dan Halutz’s cold deadly manner was enough to secure his promotion into the IDF Chief of Staff post shortly thereafter. It was General Halutz who led the Israeli army into the second Lebanon war, it was this man who perpetrated the destruction of Lebanese infrastructure and large parts of Beirut.

Seemingly, in Israeli politics, Arab blood is translated into votes. It would obviously be very reasonable to charge Livni, Barak and the current IDF Chief of Staff Ashkenazi with first-degree murder, crimes against humanity and the obvious breach of the Geneva Convention. But it would be far more intelligible to take into account that Israel is a ‘democracy’. Livni, Barak and Ashkenazi are giving the Israeli people that which they want: it is called Arab blood and it must come in vast quantity. This repetitive murderous practice, conducted by Israeli politicians reflects on the Israeli people as a whole rather than just a few politicians and generals. We are dealing here with a barbarian society that is politically driven by bloodthirstiness and lethal inclinations. There should be no mistake, there is no room for these people amongst nations.

Why the Israeli are people so remote from any notion of humanism is a big question. The generous and naïve humanists amongst us may argue that the Shoah left a big scar in the Israeli soul. This may explain why Israelis are obsessively cultivating that very memory with the support of their Diaspora brothers and sisters. The Israelis say ‘never again’ and what they mean is that Auschwitz should never reoccur, this somehow allows them to punish the Palestinian for the crimes committed by the Nazis. The realistic amongst us do not buy this argument anymore. They start now to admit that it is more than possible that the Israelis are so incredibly brutal just because this is how they are. It goes far beyond rationality or pseudo-analytical assumptions. They say, ‘this is what the Israelis are and there is not much we can do about it anymore’. The realistic amongst us come to admit that killing is how the Israelis interpret the meaning of being Jewish. Gravely, many of us come to admit that there is no alternative humanist secular Jewish value system to replace the Hebraic murderous one. The Jewish state is there to prove that Jewish national autonomy is an inhuman concept.

I grew up in post-1967 Israel. I was raised in the wake of the Israeli mythical victory, we were trained to worship the “Israeli who shoots from the hip” the platoon commando who shoots his Uzi automatic rifle in the direction of the Arabs and manages to win against four armies in just six days.

It may have taken me two decades too long to understand that the Israeli who ‘shoots from the hip’, was actually the master of indiscriminate killing. Barak was one of those 1967 heroes, he was a master indiscriminate killer. Apparently, the Israeli cabinet has just approved his plan for the biggest raid on Gaza since 1967. Livni is more or less my age, as we read the news, she internalised the message. She is now accumulating the necessary credentials as an indiscriminate murderer. Both Barak and Livni are taking Israel and Palestine into an election campaign of slaughter. Arab and Palestinian blood is the fuel of Israeli politics.

I may just suggest to Livni and Barak that it may not help them in the polls. Netanyahu is a genuine authentic hawk. He doesn’t have to pretend to be a murderer, and as much as I despise him, he has yet to take Israel into a war. He probably understands better than them what power of deterrence is all about.

Why does the US media show so much support for Israeli genocide in the Middle East? Why do US Christians (like the ones posting on Constance Cumbey's blog) support genocide in the Middle East? The same people starting the wars are offering the solutions. Apparently, a LOT of people must be sacrificed for the global, sustainable common good. In a free society where freedom of the press really exists, citizens are exposed to all relevant, well-presented opinions and analysis. The choice to read and vote intelligently rests upon the common people whose taxes pay for all foreign policies. Why does the US tolerate information gatekeepers? Why are we only exposed to the Zionists' Judeo-Christian messianic propaganda when the Israelis continue to steal vital US military secrets? How large is Pollard's spy network in the US? Who is "Dorothy from Kansas" at American Counter-Revolution, and why is she making sure Constance Cumbey never once discussed communitarianism on her blog after she invited me as a guest on two of her shows?
