Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Funding Community Redevelopment Agencies, by Bobby Garner

Back at Gertee and it's been way cold. 52 below first night home.. warmed up for a few days and back down to 30 below last night. It was 18 in here after I slept ten hours straight and didn't get up to stoke the fire. Within a half hour it was up to 50 and then..tada.... I got my phone line hooked up! It was good to take a break from the internet after so much research for the revision. It's been years since I read THAT many publications about the new laws.

Here's a KEY piece that I will try to get into the revision if it's still possible. What a HUGE can of worms Bobby's opened with this one! Fantastic tool for the folks out there looking for ways to stop this kind of development in their home towns. Thanks Bobby. Good work, as always. :)

Niki, a search of your blog indicates that you may not be aware of this financing scheme.

"TIF raises tax revenue for development efforts without raising taxes." Or so goes the sales pitch. But that doesn't mean your property tax doesn't increase. In fact, TIF guarantees that your property taxes will go up to the tune of billions of dollars in many cases. Tax Increment Financing is the diversion of property taxes to Community Redevelopment Agencies.

You've probably heard the news that California's new governor wants to eliminate Community Redevelopment Agencies to reclaim the $1.7 billion in property tax revenue that now goes to them. Why does this have municipal governments screaming foul?
Under California law, redevelopment agencies are granted two powers not otherwise available to cities:
  • Power to acquire property for the purpose of resale to a private developer, utilizing eminent domain if necessary.

  • Tax increment financing, whereby all increases in property tax (including portions that would normally go to the county, school districts and special districts) flow to the redevelopment agency for the sole purpose of paying back funds borrowed for land acquisition and public infrastructure improvements.

Tax Increment Financing works essentially the same in all states which have adopted it. In Ohio; "Tax Increment Financing (TIF) provides local governments with a way to fund public infrastructure improvements (such as roadways, bridges, ditches, water, and sewer lines) that are associated with new development. TIF programs have been widely popular since states began authorizing their use in the 1950s. According to the Tax Increment Finance Coalition, 49 states have enabled local governments to designate TIF districts to finance public infrastructure in some manner or another.

According to the Council of Development Finance Agencies, which runs the Tax Increment Finance Coalition "Tax increment finance has become the most widely used and successful financing tool in the economic development toolbox with nearly every U.S. state, district and territory now having authorizing statutes."
"TIF ‑ or Tax Increment Financing ‑ which is a diversion of property taxes. Originally conceived to help revitalize depressed inner‑city areas, TIF allows a city to designate a small “TIF district” and say: we are going to redevelop this area, and when we do, property values will go up and therefore property taxes will go up. When that happens, we will split the tax revenue into two streams. The first stream, set at the “base value” before redevelopment, will continue to go where it always has: to schools, police, fire, and other public services. The second stream, made up of all the increase – or “tax increment” – will be diverted back into the TIF district to subsidize the redevelopment." - Risks and Opportunities” New York City ‑ March 12, 2003
Community Redevelopment Agencies are private corporations and unaccountable to the people. They have powers that local governments don't have, but they operate with the approval of local governments. The money gained from tax increment financing is handed over by the municipality to the relevant Community Redevelopment Agency to be spent for redevelopment purposes at the discretion of the agency.

You may need to read that last paragraph again to get the full import, because what it means is that your increasing property tax dollars are not applied toward constitutional government responsibilities. One hundred percent of the increases you have seen since TIF was begun in your state, have gone to these private corporations where the funds are used to further increase your taxes if you live in or near any of the redevelopment areas. Tax revenue increases because redevelopment increases the value of the property. The City of Boynton Beach, Florida has a good definition of how this process works with a nice graph illustrating how taxes are increased without the usual political repercussions.

In case you missed it, the United States of America is in a state of chain reaction collapse which has it's roots in the "Radical Left" of the 1960's counter-culture and the institutions which promoted the conditions which it railed against, together with the solutions that were adopted in response. Desegregation, political assassinations, environmental regulations, and numerous other things have contributed to the chaos of Social Disorganization, financial collapse and general systemic breakdown. We can associate all of this with the controlled and well regulated Dialectic process, and that means that it's all going according to a Master Plan of action to achieve a common agenda.

Exposing Community Governance - Glocoalization

Several people I know are tackling the globalization issue at the only level we have any power... which is locally. The Direct Action Network (DAN) leaders during their big Battle of Seattle turned their noses up at my research because it was so local. They protest/fight the big corporate global orgs like the WTO and they insisted that made their efforts somehow more enlightened than mine. If only I knew then what I know now. 10 years later I know that those organized and well trained anti-globalist street protest leaders work FOR the globalist cartel. Notice the anti-WTO protestors NEVER mention the system requirements under WTO agreements are entirely communitarian, nor do the anti-WTO protestors protest the actual LAW practiced by the WTO (Communitarian Law). Every dialectical drama requires at least TWO sides.. 2 primary controlled sides (which is one way of convincing myself I'm not part of a dialectical drama since I have no organized opposition..heh).

Our friend Bobby Garner continues to find really helpful information:
Most of you may eventually find this new post on the Congregator.net Blog, but this is so uncharacteristically bold that I thought you must see it now. This is the sort of thing we are accustomed to reading on "Conspiracy Theory" blogs, but here it is in their very own words. Don't make the mistake of excusing this as being of interest only to corporations in Australia. Communitarian Law is being implemented globally outside of normal government institutions by their partners in private business. i.e. Non Government Organizations (NGO's) and Public Private Partnerships (PPP's). All UN member nations have agreed to promote the UN/Local Agenda 21 Sustainability programs. Many of them are non profits such as religious organizations. As I have pointed out before, we have no need of access to their closed door meetings to know what they are up to, because all the action is in our hometown City Halls, and out on the streets of our cities and neighborhoods. Most of it is published in our local papers under "Community Development" in accordance with your "Community Vision" which does NOT change with the election of new political figureheads because they all received "Leadership Training" teaching them how to "facilitate"any meeting to get the desired consensus, the Third Way/New Age "higher truth".

The pincer movement is not a new strategy and this one has been working since 2003 and we have observed it in action, but we didn't know it was so boldly published on the Internet (at least I didn't). This particular one appears to be an intensified organizational effort designed to work against the common people such as you and me. No one is excluded. Non-compliance IS a viable option but it does not come cheap! What price are you willing to put on your rights as freeborn citizens?

Be sure to read all the way down including "Pathways to sustainability" and "Dunphy’s rage".

BTW, have you noticed Google's logo today?

The following block quote presents a rare but real life example of how a pincer movement may be used to effect social change. THIS IS NOT CONSPIRACY THEORY:

External change agents can be mobilised from the ranks of politicians, bureaucrats, investors, business consultants, customers, community activists, intellectuals and "those who speak for future generations".

"All these roles can make a distinctive contribution to moving organisations towards sustainability, in collaboration they can have an irresistible impact," Professor Dunphy said.

"As the sustainability movement advances, there are increasing opportunities to lead by forming alliances between change agents working within an organisation and others outside it. Such alliances create a pincer movement of pressure for change and build momentum for compliance and beyond.

"If we act with integrity, standing with courage for the planet, for a healthy society and for future generations, our leadership will contribute to creating a new organisational reality — the sustaining corporation that contributes to creating a fully sustainable world."
- Contribute to Sustainability

The above is from a review of the book - Organizational Change for Corporate Sustainability - "Professor Dunphy hopes that the book Organizational Change for Corporate Sustainability will add momentum to the sustainability movement and support the work of change agents. 'As the sustainability movement advances, there are increasing opportunities to lead by forming alliances between change agents working within an organisation and others outside it...'"

Government Profiling - I've been in contact with the Blairs for several years. The wife, Ronnie, is a lot like me and we've had some great conversations. Her research has taken her down a few different paths than me; she's more into the natural and herbal stuff (like Nordica) and retains some of her New Age beliefs, and we certainly don't agree on everything, but so what. Her husband's William's work, available online at http://www.infraspect.com/ is more like a official government publication and is an enormous contribution to anyone fighting the communitarians at their local community level. His new book includes a section on Collaborative Governance that exposes all their tactics, language and useage. It should prove itself to be extremely valuable to anyone studying the emerging global system but especially to people who choose to attend their local meetings in order to establish a counter presence to the globalist's plans. I sure wish somebody out here in my neighborhood would hire William to do an assessment of the Copper River Watershed Project and their "new" idea for a Regional Council. If we know their MO it's a lot harder for them to shut us down. Be really interesting to see what he has on Common Purpose UK, wouldn't it?

Working like a madwoman insulating my gertees and preparing for winter. Was down to 2 degrees F. the night before last, snowed yesterday morning but melted by noon. I ran out of materials for the 20' so I'll only be able to use it until it gets down to 20 below zero. Cuts down on my online time but I can accomplish a lot offline too.

The feedback on my etzioni slideshow has been positive and I'm planning on making a whole series now.. short little intros to communitarianism for people with little time to study. If I can condense the ACL into simple 3 minute presentations it will be a miracle. I'm thinking of breaking it down into topics like Community Governance, Community Policing, Community Policies, Community Law, Community Volunteerism, Community Development, etc. and rearranging the entire ACL website around these subject headers. And, if any of you are interested in trying your hand at one or 2 or 3 of these topics.... that'd be awesome! I forget to ask for help on my projects and I know there's people who want to do something because they write and ask me "What can we do?" all the time. It's time I make the ACL a collaborative effort.

Hearing lots of hype over the vaccine... so much so that it's beginning to look like a Straw Man now. What else is going on that isn't in the news? I also just read quickly through Michael Chussodovsky's (sp?) article about Fusion Centers at globalreseach.ca and found it very interesting that he focused only on how the Fusion Centers affect the left and failed to mention the big right wing expose a few months back. Didn't see anything about Obama's Drug Czar Community COP Kerlikowske and the fact that Gil's one of the creators of Fusion Centers and the COMPASS database used to categorize citizen's data. Dead silence on the communitarian reasoning for Fusion Centers too... but it was a really good article, wasn't it?

Communitarian boots stomping on a human face -- for as long as we allow it

Flowers appeared in my garden today, even my tomatoes are blooming! Still picking out communitarian beetles by hand although seeing only 2 to 5 a day. One of the elder Indians in Chitina told Corina to put cayenne pepper along the sides of the plants, she said it worked in their community garden. Been in the nineties for a week and I'm filling water jugs continuously. Rebuilt shower gertee attached to the back of my little gertee... it's positively luxurious now. :)

I like the slant of what Bobby Garner has to say in this email forward, and I'm extremely curious now to see a list of all our new "czars." I know the constitution's silence on the presidents' ability to sign binding treaties with foreign powers is one of the most serious loopholes in the contract. I've also some familiarity with the use of Presidential Executive Orders. I'm unfamiliar with Signing Statements, which shows how non-current my research has become. When I finally get back to having a regular phone line again, I'm going to have a lot of catching up to do.
I received this email on July 1st but it fell into my junk folder and I didn't find it until now. I thought it important enough to pass around, because you don't need to look very far in todays news to find current examples of its accuracy.

Our younger generations have been conditioned by our public schools to accept all of this as the normal progression of history, and while they may find parts of it alarming, they are easily able to excuse it, and look the other way. But the facts remain, that we are now governed by a monstrosity called government, but it is unrecognizable by any constitutional standard other than the one heavily corrupted, but officially approved by the Supreme Court and our Head Czar In Chief Obama.

Speaking of Czars, various accounts have the total number at more than 30 now. I'm not sure anyone really knows the exact number, because there may not be any requirement for reporting that information. I suspect that these appointments are reported only to impart to them the aura of respectability. The constitution gives the President complete authority to direct the operations of the White House, but it is completely silent on the appointment of Czars. Why? Because the framers of that document took every precaution against such things without naming any specifics. They understood that any specifics would leave unavoidable loopholes.

The White House by the way is not a constitutional branch of government. The Office of the President is one of the three branches of government, but the White House contains the home and office spaces of the President. The President has complete control over what happens there with very little oversight. He manages those offices via verbal commands, Executive Orders, and more recently by Signing Statements. Executive Orders are submitted to Congress for review. If they don't review them, or take no action, they become legally enforceable as law. I haven't researched Signing Statement, but they are both routinely abused, because no President has constitutional authority to dictate his policy into the law of the land, and that's what has been happening for many years. I can find no record of congress acting against any Executive Order, and they have therefore been allowed to pass into law by default.

The effect is that the President now rules the country by precedent established by abuses of his constitutional authority to rule the White House and Washington D.C. Senator Robert Byrd who was elected to Congress in 1952 is one among many who presided over much of the political maneuvering which led to this state of affairs. Now, he finds it politically expedient to question Obama's Czar appointments. Do you think they really had no idea of where this was all heading? On the question of whether it was all planned or accidental, I recommend None Dare Call It Conspiracy(pdf).

The recent appointment of John Holdren as Obama's Science Czar is one that has caused quite a few to sit up and take notice of the rather disturbing implications of this person advising the President on matters of science. Not that you need reminding, but medicine is a science by the way, and that is a hot issue with this administration. People are asking questions such as: Is John Holdren Obama's Dr. Strangelove?

Picture of the future – Globalisation

"Power is in inflicting pain & humiliation. Power is in tearing human minds to pieces & putting them together again in new shapes of your own choosing.

Do you begin to see, then, what kind of world we are creating?

It is the exact opposite of the stupid hedonistic Utopias the old reformers imagined.

A world of fear & treachery & torment, a world of trampling & being trampled upon, a world which will grow not less but more merciless as it refines itself. Progress in our world will be progress towards more pain.

The old civilisations claimed that they were founded on love or justice. Ours is founded upon hatred.

In our world there will be no emotions except fear, rage, triumph, & self-abasement. Everything else we shall destroy - everything.

Already we are breaking down the habits of thought which have survived from before the Revolution.

We have cut the links between child & parent, & between man & man, & between man & woman. No one dares trust a wife or a child or a friend any longer. But in the future there will be no wives & no friends. Children will be taken from their mothers at birth, as one takes eggs from a hen. The sex instinct will be eradicated. Procreation will be an annual formality like the renewal of a ration card. We shall abolish the orgasm. Our neurologists are at work upon it now. There will be no loyalty, except loyalty towards the Party. There will be no love, except the love of Big Brother. There will be no laughter, except the laugh of triumph over a defeated enemy. There will be no art, no literature, no science. When we are omnipotent we shall have no more need of science.

There will be no distinction between beauty & ugliness. There will be no curiosity, no enjoyment of the process of life. All competing pleasures will be destroyed.

But always -- do not forget this, Winston -- always there will be the intoxication of power, constantly increasing & constantly growing subtler. Always, at every moment, there will be the thrill of victory, the sensation of trampling on an enemy who is helpless. If you want a picture of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face -- for ever."

The Union Jack is Online, by Bobby Garner

The Union Jack is Online
by Bobby Garner
Editing the available pdf versions of The Union Jack to produce an html version was a significant challenge which has been very educational in view of what we already knew about Alice Bailey and the New Age Movement, UN Agenda 21 and Communitarianism, and everything else which defines our world today. The so called "big picture" really is that large. Its a view of the whole world, under the British Empire exercising its global Imperial power through agencies of its own creation as well as those created independently on its behalf. Collectively, they are known as the British Commonwealth of Nations.

The Union Jack exposed all of this and more in 1970, with notes being added in 1985 before the New Age was easily recognizable to most people who were not directly associated with it. Much has changed in those intervening years, including the alleged "death" of Communism, the attendant rise of the New Age Movement, the introduction of sustainable development, Communitarian Law practiced as the "Third Way" and built upon facilitated consensus, just to name a few. In many ways, the Union Jack contains what must have seemed pure speculation to most people in 1970, but in view of what we now know, it reads more like an historical commentary on recent history. As such, it offers a fresh look from a unique perspective which would be very difficult if not impossible to obtain in its absence.

I don't know who wrote it, but I'm going with Helen Peters for now. I assume is was actually published as a book, but I'm uncertain of that either. But regardless of its author or the reason for its existence, it reveals many rather obscure facts, and forms relevant associations which in conjunction with existing resources, fills in and clarifies major portions of the real life drama we call the Big Picture such that it is becoming a giant wall mural for those with the eyes of understanding to see it.

Here are a few quotes:
"Masonry is the spirit of anti-Christ and the spirit of the unity of faith into a world religiopolitical state. While it denies with every breath the union of church and state, it is it's spirit that has harmonized humanity into a collective world spiritual union. Though it takes on every political color imaginable it is of one spirit and one faith — the Brotherhood of Man under the Fatherhood of God.” — Chapter 7

“British Israel and a Zionist Millennial World Theocracy are one and the same regardless of the name or front that covers the deceit. Millennialism is Judaism (Pharisaism) and it is being used to promote world government under the Throne of Britain.” — Chapter 3

“People who believe in any form of earthly paradise, Heaven on earth, New Age or Millennial Age are supporting British Communism.” — Chapter 3

“The figure of ancient Babylon exists today in the spiritual Babylon of "Christianity." It draws not the sword to dip the blood of martyrs but seeks to cut off their spirit from God for eternity.” — Chapter 6

“In order to work this fakery the British Empire has infiltrated the Church with it's Cabalistic Jews and Masons in order to give the Church the prophetic appearance of the harlot of mystery Babylon so that it can be "prophetically" destroyed.” — Chapter 5

“Americans will be surprised to learn that America is being used as the major incubator of this neo-orthodox Christianity which is not antagonistic to Marxian Communism at all, but is indeed the spirit of it. It is this spiritual Communism in the guise of Christianity that is to emerge as the crowning achievement of world revolution.” — Prologue
That "crowning achievement of world revolution" under the "spiritual... guise of Christianity" now appears to be Communitarianism. However, my discovery of a fourth phase of the dialectic implies a Transcendence to something beyond that which at present appears to be Transtopianism/Transhumanism. Each of those words suggest something quiet unfriendly to humans, and goes far beyond anything even imaginable in 1970, and something not embraced by our current knowledge of Communitarianism. The Union Jack explains how that revolution was operated, who its participants were/are, and why it has proven to be such a roaring success up to the present.

Here is the Union Jack Table of Contents. {fixed link ~ Niki} Read it, tell people about it, and understand the real source of your pain.

Is the European Union a Pilgrims Society project?

Several months ago our good friend Bobby Garner began researching a group called the Pilgrims Society. I posted his research article (and challenge to Peter Myers) called Pilgrims, Zionism and the New Age here. I've had such a crazy summer and fall it has taken me all this time to find a spare night to start studying his research.

I vaguely remember reading something about the Pilgrims Society at the Project for Hidden Institutions website back when when I was looking for more info on Schumann and Monnet. It's now the Institute for Study of Globalization and Covert Politics, and it still has nothing about the Communitarian Network or the supremacy of EU communitarian law. As a supporter of some form of globalism with oversight, the author makes good use of the conflict theory to discount the "anti-globalist" sentiments on the American far-right. He doesn't mention the ACL, but in case you're wondering where I stand, Chuck Baldwin, Pat Buchanan, the John Birchers and Phylis Schafly do not "represent" my individual objections to Etzioni's vision of Utopia. I am neither right, left, or middle/communitarian/3rd Way. I believe we'd all prosper under some basic enforceable legal principles that protect individual liberty and economic freedom for the common man, such as what I was taught we had in the USA. And I don't know, maybe I'm just tired, but how can the idea of a global government that was cooked up by snobby elites somehow be changed into a good idea for the common man? If the original plan was born of evil can the "good" people of the world change it into something beneficial to all?) http://home.planet.nl/~reijd050/).

Bobby's ongoing research paper is: Meet the World Money Power: The Pilgrims Society.

I'm still reading Charle's article below, but Bobby is right, this does appear to a very important piece to the whole "Who's behind the NWO?" question.

http://www.silver-investor.com/charlessavoie/cs_may05_pilgrims.htm

Jean Monnet, the "father" of the EU and another elite society called Le Cercle is mentioned often in the following list of Pilgrims Society members and their associations:

http://www.isgp.eu/organisations/Pilgrims_Society_members_list_AZ.htm

So far as I can tell, Bobby Garner is the only researcher who ties the Pilgrims' goals to Etzioni. He leads us to another level of forced social evolution, called the Third Organization of Society: http://www.congregator.net/articles/dialectic-tetrad.htm

In case you're wondering why I am sending you to a "Christian" website, I have a great respect for many authors who cite the Bible as a part of their work, even though I myself don't believe in it the way they do. I've learned a lot from Bobby Garner, Berit Kjos, Joan Veon and the writers at watch.pair. One of the first things I realized was the extent of the Christian research available in 1999 when I first started reading, and the quality (much to my suprise) was often first rate. Where Bobby and I absolutely agree is on our approach. Neither one of us expect our readers to just believe us; we both hope our work inspires people to do their own further studies. We do not have to have the same religious, political or economic beliefs to share what we find out about the emerging religious, political and economic synthesis (or what comes after that).

What I hope I share is my desire to know how America and the world is quietly changing into a global communitarian system. Maybe that's all I'm capable of doing.

I do think the communitarian plan is evil, and to me evil is anything that harms innocent people on purpose. I also know many of the globalists believe in Luciferian "doctrine," which means Satanic worship has to be understood as part of my studies. (Madame Blavastky was a Satanist and she had a big influence on the plan.) But, the whole good versus evil dialectic is one of the earliest forms of managed conflict.. and it remains the most prevalent. I am suspicious of it.

So, today we either get our new messiah or our new queen. Either way we'll have to bow.

Greenspan's Epiphany Signals the End of Individualism, by Bobby Garner

Communitarian socio-economics is one of the most obscure aspects of the overall Communitarian agenda. The phrase itself was introduced to the world by SASE partners Dr. Amitai Etzioni and former USSR President Mikhail Gorbachev. Many programs across the U.S. and the world designed to address "global poverty" are communitarian based socio-economic "solutions" to the unequal spread of the world's "wealth." Social equity is the most advanced Fabian propaganda, introduced to the modern world by 2 "former" communists.

Missing from the entire debate are the real principles for individual liberty and free enterprise (notice the "issues" all parties agree on, i.e. (some form of) national health care, sustainable development, community revitalization, urban renewal, public-private partnerships, faith-based initiatives, citizen volunteerism, community oriented policing, interventions and treatment, Weed & Seed, etc.)

During my recent radio interview with Henrik Palmgren at Red Ice Creations, he brought up his concern over not being able to "opt out" of the new system. The way the EU is proceeding it looks like even nations who pass resoluitions against inclusion are being "denied" the right to refuse. We know nations cannot "opt out." Is there anyplace in the world where individual participation in these wealth distribution programs is optional? For instance, what about people (like me) who completely reject modern medicine with it's doctors and hospitals as modern witchcraft practiced in houses of death? Will I be required to become a member of a national health care program? I want my gravestone to read "Please don't call 911."

What lengths the communitarians are taking to eliminate the very concept of individual freedom. Bobby's latest article nails their argument at its very core:
Greenspan's Epiphany Signals the End of Individualism, by Bobby Garner
Alan Greenspan's recent declaration that the ongoing financial crisis has exposed a "flaw" in his "free market ideology", was seized upon by socialists of all stripes as proof that Capitalism is fatally flawed and therefore, its chief defender Ayn Rand, is totally discredited. Greenspan says he is "in a state of shocked disbelief" because he "looked to the self-interest of lending institutions to protect shareholder's equity".

What Greenspan either failed to understand or willfully ignores, is the fact that his "free market ideology" is a corruption of the pure Capitalism promoted by his mentor Ayn Rand. There is no such thing as "self-interest of lending institutions". Rand based her Capitalist ideology on a solid foundation of "rational self interest" of the individual man. Greenspan like all socialists knows quiet well that "lending institutions" are lifeless artificial entities with no thought, feeling, or knowledge of any kind, and they cannot possibly conceive of something so abstract as "rational self interest". Rational self interest is the sole domain of the cognitive function of a single individual human mind.

Ayn Rand's ideology of Individualism holds that inalienable rights can apply only to individuals:

'"The inalienable Rights of Men are: Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. The Right of Life means that Man cannot be deprived of his life for the benefit of another man nor of any number of other men. The Right of Liberty means Man's right to individual action, individual choice, individual initiative, and individual property. Without the right to private property no independent action is possible. The Right to the Pursuit of Happiness means man's right to live for himself, to choose what constitutes his own private, personal, individual happiness, and to work for its achievement so long as he respects the same right in others. It means that Man cannot be forced to devote his life to the happiness of another man nor of any number of other men. It means that the collective cannot decide what is to be the purpose of a man's existence nor prescribe his choice of happiness." — Textbook of Americanism.

Reverse engineering this economic collapse reveals the real causes, and proves to the rational mind that it was intentional. Nothing can be proven to an irrational mind, because its ability to think clearly has been subverted to a predefined outcome. It has been brainwashed, programmed, deceived and has become complicit in the crime. Alan Greenspan could not possibly be so ignorant of Ayn Rand's ideology as to really believe that institutions are capable of self interest. His ignorance of the necessary function of individualism, and his perversion of self interest, is not delusional. Nor is it an accident of oversight, and he is not in "shocked disbelief". It was deliberately calculated to achieve precisely what is being achieved (as evident in the media spin), which is to totally discredit Capitalism and along with it, "rational self interest" and individualism.

Former Federal Reserve chairman Alan Greenspan, is said to be the "guru of deregulation", but this is an Orwellian contradiction where deregulation actually means regulation. Federal regulation of banking and finance came in through the back door disguised as a United Nations mandated and government decreed "right to affordable housing". This is representative of the New Age attempt to over rule and replace our natural, and Constitutionally guaranteed, God given rights. Such government imposed rights are obviously not equally applied, nor can they be. They are discriminatory and place the burden on those tax payers who do not qualify for the right because they are able to provide for themselves. These rights are therefore, socialistic by their very nature, designed for an equalizing effect toward a post Marxist classless society based on the Communitarian Philosophy.

In Bogus Rights, Walter Williams wrote "The way our Constitution's framers used the term, a right is something that exists simultaneously among people and imposes no obligation on another. ... The only way Congress can give one American something is to first, through the use of intimidation, threats and coercion, take it from another American. So-called rights to medical care, food and decent housing impose an obligation on some other American who, through the tax code, must be denied his right to his earnings."

The foremost champion of individual rights, Ayn Rand, defines it very well in item 4 of Textbook of Americanism: "A right is the sanction of independent action. A right is that which can be exercised without anyone's permission. If you exist only because society permits you to exist—you have no right to your own life. A permission can be revoked at any time. If, before undertaking some action, you must obtain the permission of society—you are not free, whether such permission is granted to you or not. Only a slave acts on permission. A permission is not a right. Do not make the mistake, at this point, of thinking that a worker is a slave and that he holds his job by his employer's permission. He does not hold it by permission—but by contract, that is, by a voluntary mutual agreement. A worker can quit his job. A slave cannot."

A direct attack on individualism by the 1960's counter-culture would never have succeeded, but by first creating a corrupt Capitalism and then crashing it thereby destroying the concept of individualism along with it, the way is now cleared for the Communitarian Agenda to proceed. It took 50 years to do it, but the era of unfettered rational individual self interest has now been officially declared dead by direct government ownership of banking and finance, by which the means of production is efficiently controlled through complicit corporations acting as effective extensions of government as Non-Government Organizations (NGO's) and Public Private Partnerships (PPP's). This is the combination of Communism and Capitalism known as Fascism, a form of government completely contrary to our constitution, but it is here and now evident.

At the heart of the problem is the New Age philosophy of living in the moment of "the now". This mind set is pervasive throughout society, in government and among banking and financial executives. It illustrates a mass insanity consistent with the requirements of The Plan for world domination of a clueless and helpless society. Its exemplified in United Nations programs, government bureaucratic eagerness to adopt them, by legal coercion of corporate executives into compliance, and the willingness of the working class to take the path of least resistance and look upon government sponsored programs for their welfare rather than shoulder the responsibilities of rational self interest and self sufficiency.

Henry Lamb writes:

"During the Carter years, the United States became a party to the International Convention on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (October 5, 1977). Article 11 (1) of this treaty declares that “everyone” has a right to, among other things, housing. This is the same year that the Carter administration pushed through Congress the Community Reinvestment Act, designed to increase housing for low-income people. This new law required banks to report the number and value of loans issued to low-income people, and also gave community organizations (such as ACORN) the right to “comment” on proposed bank mergers and expansions. This gave these organizations leverage against banks that failed to issue enough loans to low-income borrowers." — The Obama-Ayers-ACORN-Bailout connection

This proves beyond a reasonable doubt that bankers forced to make bad loans guaranteed by the government, with oversight by advocacy groups was designed to fail. Will a bank executive try to make such a perversion work, or will he extract as much as possible for himself and drive the corrupt system into the ground?

We have the answer.

As for Ayn Rand, we had a bit of discussion about her a few months back where I learned from Bobby how her arguments were twisted by the people who took over her work. He's got it all at his website for anyone who thinks Rand is irrelevant here.

Henry Lamb's article on communitarianism softens the concept

A keyword search for "communitarian" at Henry Lamb's website, sovereignty.net gives us zero returns. Bobby Garner recently started an email discussion with Lamb regarding this glaring ommission in his well-promoted and most respected work on issues realted to preserving American freedom. So today, out of the blue, an article appears at worldnetdaily by Henry Lamb called, "An unseen enemy of freedom."
"From the highest rafters of academia comes another enemy of freedom: communitarianism. This is a belief system that opposes both authoritarianism and individualism, and promotes instead a social organization that is governed by policies designed by civil society to limit individual freedom as required for the benefit the community. Dr. Amitai Etzioni is credited with founding this communitarian movement.

"Described by Bill Clinton and Tony Blair as "The Third Way," this relatively new philosophy has actually guided design and structure of the sustainable development movement. The goals of communitarianism and of sustainable development are quite laudable. In a word, they seek to balance the rights of the individual with the needs of the community. The problems arise in the methods employed to achieve these goals." {boldface added}
http://www.worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=75118

The first paragraph Lamb wrote sounds like it was written by Etzioni for Wikipedia. Lamb's second graph is the big communitarian lie. Our ACL thesis, Part II: The Historical Evolution of Communitarian Thinking, proves Etzioni's theory is NOT "relatively new."

Who IS Henry Lamb? In the last email challenge to a phony debate from Fusionist Terry Hayfield on Sept 9, Hayfield wrote:
"One reality you probably are not aware of is, I am a "Ghost Writer" for several prominent "others" from the competitive world of Conspiracy Theory that do not share your opinion of me."

When I started seeking the actual facts about American history (as opposed to the British academic revisions and rewrites I had been taught to believe) I trusted Lamb, and it was mainly because of his "Timeline to Global Governance." But I found it very confusing that he wrote nothing about communitarianism, as if it were not even real.

Henry Lamb just showed me exactly why Americans don't know ANYTHING about communitarianism. Now he's going to teach them it's a "laudable" goal. What evidence does he have that communitarianism is laudable ("worthy of praise, commendable" -Websters), besides Etzioni's lofty Zionist opinion? Is Lamb serious, or did he just not do enough homework before he wrote this article? Well, as he told Bobby in an email today, his objective is ongoing.

Henry Lamb wrote:

"Two issues: "The goals are laudable…" As you pointed out, who can oppose "sustaining" resources for the future? My goal is to focus on the SD/Communitarianism cost of the method used to sustain the resources. Perhaps that was not as clear as it might have been. This is a constant, ongoing objective.

"I did, in fact, provide a link to both the Anti-communitarianism site, and to the American Policy Center, as well as to Dr. Amitai Etzioni. The WND editor chose to delete these links for some reason. This article will also appear in Canada Free Press, GOPUSA, and several other publications next week. These links are likely to appear in these publications."

H

For some reason, Lamb does not use our actual name either, neither in the above email or in his article. The Anti-Communitarian League is not the Anti-Communitarianism League. Henry Lamb does such meticulous research I am astonished at the level of this mistake (twice) when referring to us specifically (because we are the ONLY possible reference he can mean to "the anti-communitarianism site"). But then again, Henry Lamb calls the communitarian goals "laudable," so obviously he wrote this article very quickly with little concern for getting his facts straight. Here's what Bobby thinks is going on:
Henry,

"The titles they have chosen, "communitarianism" and "sustainable development", and the glowing terms which they use to promote them are laudable, but those titles do not define the goals, and the glowing words are bald faced lies. They are designed to misrepresent and mislead a gullible population. The real goals do not and indeed cannot sustain anything whatsoever, except the power behind the agenda.

"If you provided the links as you said, and I believe you did, then it is no mystery why WND removed them. They want to preserve their readership by feeding them so many political opinions and viewpoint that they will continue believing in the power of their own opinions, keep up the letter writing campaigns to congress, and to keep them starved for any real truth."

The Dialectical Tetrad the "Third Organization of Society" by Bobby Garner

We opened the museum during the fair yesterday. We had a few people wander through and I sold a book! Whoo hoo. At the end of the day, just as we were closing, we had a weird visit from this new guy out here. He showed up last fall and lives at the Merc. Everytime we go to the store he comes in. He's always lurking. He either listens to what we say or tries to engage us. He's spent the past year gathering information about EVERYONE who lives out here. The first time he came to our house he said he was visiting our puppy. This time he had five guys with him. They all looked like military or cops. They were NOT friendly but that could be because we have made it very clear every time we've been asked that we don't trust this guy AT ALL. They came across our driveway in a group and almost raced inside after "Georgia John" stopped on the porch and told us he'd been waiting to see what we had here "until the appropriate time." After a few minutes I asked where they were from. One of them said he'd just arrived from Oregon. I asked him if this was his first visit to Alaska. He said no, he comes every summer. So I asked if he was a firefighter. He paused and we stared at each other for a long moment, and he replied he used to be one but now he comes here "just for fun."

Right now the Kenny Lake Communitarian Church is holding services next door at the fairgrounds, and Georgia John is there helping (he helps everyone he can) . I'm playing Al Green as loud as I can so I don't have to hear Satan speak.

This just came in from Bobby. We are moving beyond the synthesis and it's been bizarre to see how communitariansm is already being replaced by something even better.... Thanks Bobby!!! I've got a lot of reading to do now...

The Dialectical Tetrad the "Third Organization of Society"
by Bobby Garner

I have just discovered a fourth phase of the dialectic beyond synthesis. It seems to me that to fit communitarianism into the big picture presented by British Israel and the Pilgrims Society, there must be something which follows it. We have thought of communitarianism as the synthesis and therefore the final stage. But is it really, or is it just the last stepping stone to the grand finally?

The book Social Disorganization (1936) says:

The dialectical process consists of three stages:

    (1) the thesis (any phenomenon at any stage of its development);
    (2) the antithesis (its logical opposite or pragmatic contradiction);
    (3) the synthesis (the new phenomenon which has emerged from the preceding period of disorganization).
The book explains:
A given society may thus function in apparent calm and tranquillity for generations, only to suffer a sudden and apparently inexplicable collapse. Certain forces were present in the society beneath the surface which eventually led to its disorganization and the establishment of a new order. This new order will be drastically different from the society which it superseded, but it too will be a transitory phase. Eventually a third organization of society will appear which may continue for generations. Permanent social stability will, however, never be reached in the modern world. Social change never rests. The new synthesis becomes in its turn the basis for further social change.
My question concerns the actual process as it develops in realtime.
  1. First there is the "sudden and apparently inexplicable collapse" duringing a period of conflict, which we can easily associate with social disorganization. This was clearly stated as the purpose of the anti-establishment counter-culture which really had its roots in the "anti-conformist youth" movement defined by Jack Kerouac in 1948, as the Beat Generation and popularized by the 1955 movie "Rebels Without A Cause". Rock and Roll and Elvis Presley served to popularize and legitimize the rebellious spirit of the Beatnik culture.
  2. Secondly, we have "the establishment of a new order", a period of problem resolution. This is a new social order built upon a new spirituality, a necessary companion of the secular New World Order of global government as announced by President George H.W. Bush On September 11, 1990 to a joint session of Congress, 11 years before the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon on September 11, 2001.
  3. Thirdly we are yet to realize the "third organization of society" which "may continue for generations". Or NOT!
The beginning of the New Age can be located in the 1980 publication of Marilyn Ferguson's book The Aquarian Conspiracy. This book redefined the counter-culture and portrayed its adherents as the nucleus of the New Age Movement. The Third Way, defined in this book as the consensus method of achieving a "higher truth", very nearly coincided with Newt Gingrich's introduction of his "Contract With America", and is consistent with Al Gore's "Reinventing Government". So we can see that the Third Way consensus is the method of problem resolution which has been functioning across the entire social spectrum since the early 1980's in an "establishment of a new order" which is "drastically different from the society which it superseded".

Of those things which are "drastically different" and which established the "new order", we would have to place the end of the Cold War and the collapse of Communism at the top of the list. This was quickly followed by the Earth Summit at Rio in 1992 and the unanimous adoption of U.N. Agenda 21 sustainability. In the early 1990's sociologist Amitai Etzioni along with other American social scientists popularized the term Communitarianism which is hostile to the philosophies of liberalism and libertarianism, and in fact formalizes the philosophies of the Third Way as a new system of Law which has indeed supplanted constitutional law in every UN member nation, and by which Agenda 21 rules and regulations are implemented and enforced locally. This is not the "third organization of society", but rather the established "new order", the "drastically different" and "transitory phase" of the dialectic.

If the "establishment of a new order" were the synthesis as most of us have previously thought, then what are we going to call the "third organization of society"? This has puzzled me for a long time, but I may have found a more satisfactory analysis of the dialectic process. My recent research took me to a web page about "The Hegelians", which turns out to be a chapter of an online book. There I found "The Dialectical Spiral", which shows that "theses vs. antitheses" are not two distinct stages, but a process of conflict, followed by a period of conflict resolution, or problem solving, as the synthesis. It defines transendence as the final outcome which we can clearly identify with the "third organization of society":

The dialectic discourse can be visualized as an ascending spiral, where its first convolution reflects the conflict (theses vs. antitheses), the second convolution the conflict resolution (synthesis), and the third convolution its transcendence. This model assumes that by liberating ourselves from the irrational modes of thinking and reasoning encapsulated in the paleocortex, we will be able to learn how to ascend the dialectical staircase and build a better society with the liberty, justice, and prosperity for all. However, Hegel's principal contribution to philosophy is his concept of alienation that was elaborated by Karl Marx.

After dealing with the Theory of Alienation, it presents The Dialectic Tetrad which a Yahoo search doesn't find anywhere else:
The method of critical reasoning Marx preferred was the dialectic (from the Greek dialektike techne, the art of discussion). Dialectics is a philosophic form of debate. As described by Greek philosophers of antiquity and ubiquitous in writings of secular philosophers afterwards, the rational discourse aimed at conflict resolution subsumes theses, antitheses, synthesis, and transcendence. While most of the writings on the topics of preceding paragraphs is strong on the theses - antitheses phases of this ongoing controversy, it lacks on the synthesis and transcendence phases of the dialectic tetrad. The tertiary and quadrennial phases of this conundrum were formulated by the philosophers of the French Enlightenment and incorporated into the Constitution of the United States by our founding fathers, unequivocally affirming the freedom of expression and separation of secular and ecclesiastic powers, a sine qua non of rational discussion and rational conflict resolutions.
Of course, this is dealing with philosophical debate as we see going on in academia, but Marx made the dialectic relevant to the social agenda and academia appears to control that as well.

The book is Ages of Enlightenment by David J. Krus, Ph.D. This book deals with several of our favorite topics from a perspective which I have not seen otherwise. I think you will find it very interesting and well worth the time. I'm sure the following item from Wikipedia is from the same David Krus, but with a different spelling.

Wikipedia at the Crossroads or at the End of the Road?

The classic theory of conflict resolution rests on the dialectic tetrad of thesis, antithesis, synthesis and transcendence. Within this framework, conflicts can be resolved, if the parties involved are using rational arguments. When one or both parties involved in a dispute do not use rational arguments, the conflict cannot be resolved by non-violent means. This was well known to our founding fathers when, to assure the freedom of expression, also mandated the separation of secular and ecclesiastic powers. I wrote this article with the intent to be an experimentum crucis on this point. David Cruise 11:41, 5 March 2006 (UTC)

Looks like Wikipedia doesn't like David Cruse!

So how can we understand the dialectical process as we see it unfolding?
  1. We must view the thesis-antithesis as a period of social conflict associated with the Beat/counter-culture.
  2. The synthesis as a problem resolution period associated with the New Age/Communitarian/Third Way consensus.
  3. And finally the "third organization of society", the transcendence to where this is really going, a place lying beyond the limits of our experience where we have never gone before, the Brave New World of the New Aquarian Age, the The Great Transition to Technological Singularity, Humanism, Unitarianism, and Utopian ascension to godhood. Transcendent: 1 a: exceeding usual limits b: extending or lying beyond the limits of ordinary experience.
I have documented the existence of the final transcendence, but lacked an all encompassing name for it, and was never able to visualize it within the context of thesis-antithesis-synthesis. I have always understood the book Social Disorganization as a college text with the real intent to teach the counter-culture how the dialect could be used in a practical way to destroy the Establishment along with the social order it depended on. The book was not concerned with the final outcome, but presented the false conclusion that it would be the synthesis. Thus, the "whole habitable world" (Rev. 12:9) has been and continues to be deceived to support it.
"But take heed to yourselves that your hearts not be loaded down with headaches, and drinking, and anxieties of life, and that day come suddenly upon you as a snare, for it will come in on all those sitting on the face of all the earth. ( Isa. 24:17) Then be watchful at every time, begging that you be counted worthy to escape all these things, the things being about to happen, and to stand before the Son of Man." - Luke 21:34-36, GLT
As a side note, The Hegelians page makes this statement which is relevant to our study of British Israel:
"Marx critique of Judaism was summarized in his Zur Judenfrage, published in 1844 in the Deutsch-Franzosische Jarbucher. His arguments are based on the thesis that the core of Judaism is extreme partiality, instrumental in the accumulation of wealth. Marx observes that in North America, Jews exercise immense power and the domination of Judaism over the Christian world is fait accompli."
Thus it appears that Marx perhaps wasn't fully aware of his own participation in a greater dialectic going on within the British Empire which involved the Bacon inspired* colonization of North America, and later British Israel wherein Communism vs. Christianity was a false debate to achieve Unitarianism.

Pilgrims, Zionism and the New Age, by Bobby Garner

Peter Myers is a former Jesuit whose website is called "Neither Aryan Nor Jew." I found him many years ago when I was researching the Zionist connections to Amitai Etzioni's communitarianism. I immediately recognised his fine scholarship and appreciated his work on higher tribalism. I've used hundreds of his links and email forwards in ACL research (his British Zionism chart is on our conspiracy theory page) and I depended on him for a crash course in economics 101. Much of what he posts is slanted toward the left and he doesn't write about communitarianism. I've always found him to be polite, helpful and friendly. I decided to ignore the fact that he ignores communitarianism (since that is the "normal" response to our work anyway).

Bobby Garner (congregator.net)is one of very few people I know of who has studied communitarianism as the philosophy and the religion behind the emerging supranational system. He is the only person I know who's made the direct connection between Lucifer worship, Alice Bailey and the communitarian world service workers. He's made numerous attempts to introduce Bailey, The Plan and the communitarian formation of the emerging world government to Myer's elist. I don't know why I thought that maybe Peter would respond if another man said it. So far, Bobby's references to Zionist communitarianism have been ignored the same way mine are. Both of us have begun to openly question why alternative academics, researchers, writers and radio hosts exclude important information from their works.

Here's an email Bobby just sent to Myers:

Peter,

When I recently discovered the Pilgrims Society, an elite group of Anglo-Americans founded in 1902, I immediately recognized a possible connection with "British Israel" as covered in The Union Jack. However, hard evidence was illusive as most observers have noted the apparent hostilities between certain Pilgrims and Zionism. That however, should be expected as a function of any well organized subterfuge.

Then while searching my private library for information on the Pilgrims, I found Burton J. Hendrick's 1923 book The Jews In America, which is generally recognized for first bringing the "Jewish Problem" to the attention of the American people. As expected, Zionists condemn this book as anti-Semitic ("Hendrick's book encouraged the growth of anti-Semitism during the 1920s."), and true to form, use it to discredit the author. In an article Spurious Anthropology, published by The Nation in Oct. 1923, the author commented, "It is surprising that so keen a journalist as Henrick did not recognize that by piling up his contradictions in...[such] gross a manner he has made the indictment self-defeating."

Hendricks was an associate editor of Pilgrim Society member, Walter Hines Page's World's Work magazine, published by Doubleday, Page & Co. Does this sound like a good name for the magazine of someone who thinks of himself as a World Server?

Walter Hines Page (August 15, 1855 - December 21, 1918), Pilgrims Society member, an American journalist, publisher, and diplomat. Educated at Trinity College (now Duke), Randolph-Macon College, and Johns Hopkins University studying Greek classics. Editor of the St. Joseph Gazette, the Forum and Atlantic Monthly. Partner in the publishing firm of Doubleday Page & Company (publisher). Wrote “The Rebuilding of Old Commonwealths” (1902), the same year the Pilgrims Society was founded. Founded and edited the "World's Work" up to 1913. He was the United States ambassador to the United Kingdom during World War I. A proud Southerner, he admired his British roots ... As ambassador to Britain, he defended British policies to Wilson and so helped to shape a pro-Allied slant in the President and in America as a whole. WALTER HINES PAGE

On July 8, 1929, Time magazine timely published the "New World's Worker". Can there be any doubt that certain members of the Pilgrims Society were prominent in Alice Bailey's address book of "Master's" among whom her letters were privately circulated? Were the Pilgrim's all working in unison creating the chaos out of which order to their specifications could be realized? Was Karl Marx their prophet, or was his claim of "Order out of Chaos", meant for their instruction.

A site search of http://users.cyberone.com.au/myers produced two occurrences of "Jews in America", but not in reference to the book. Neither do you mention the Pilgrims Society or The Union Jack. "British Israel" gets one honorable mention in the same sentence as " Jesus was king of England" Shame on the poor soul who would believe that. There was one mention of the "World's Work" in regard to universal peace.

I notice that you point out many of the contradictions, seemingly in order to discredit the various participants in the debate, but you seldom seek a resolution such that all the pieces of the puzzle fit nicely together.

Are you trying to solve the puzzle? Or, are you cutting out the pieces and shaking them up so that none cling together? Is shaking things up also the function of professional "academic scholarship"? Or of Public Journalism?

Or maybe you really didn't know about the Pilgrims Society.

There is indeed a powerful high force in the high places! You must know about them because their existence governs your future to a disturbing extent. They are the source of fiat money; the powers behind central banks; international financiers; warmongers; globalists; cartel monopolists; and the force suppressing precious metals. JFK, whose father was a member, strayed from the plan! As Zad Rust commented in "Teddy Bare, The Last of the Kennedy Clan"(1971)--- "The Warren Commission had no other mission than to conceal the truth, and it was relentlessly helped in this mission by many official agencies and by some powerful organized Force of universal scope and character. This Force of Darkness has already brought the world very near to the point of no return on the road to total annihilation of the liberties of man and the independence of nations, and to the enthronement of the Antichrist." - Meet the World Money Power

Ayn Rand and Individualism, continued

Well now it's possible that I may be able to go back and read Rand without looking for her role in the dialectic. That's rather uplifting news. I need something strong to re-believe in right now, and even if individualism plays directly into the dialectical arguments I'm not concerned any longer about how I am "perceived." Just like the U.S. Bill of Rights, Rand's individualism may exist outside as well as inside the dialectic, just like me. I finally do not care what people think about me or my contributions to the global body of anti-NWO literature. As I'm editing the manifesto for print this is a great topic to get my mind in a refreshed direction.

The following is an except from Bobby Garner's email exchange with his elist, and it explains exactly why I never supported LaRouche and yet felt absolutely free to cite him and his editor at EIR, Anton Chaitkin; I cite anyone who says anything pertaining to my work. Unlike Etzioni, whom I often cite, Bobby Garner is one of my most favorite people in the world:

{begin quote}

"An EIR Press Release of Oct. 17, 2006 states: "A lecture titled "Destroying Islamic Totalitarianism: The West's Moral Imperative," featured Yaron Brook, executive director of the Ayn Rand Institute. According to the Daily Bruin newspaper (Oct. 17, 2006), Yaron suggested that a way to defeat these regimes [Islamic totalitarian regimes] is to kill up to hundreds of thousands of their supporters. He said only resurgence in the pride for Western civilization can help the West defeat those Islamic states."

"Contrast that with Ayn Rand's own words concerning the Roots of War: "If peace were the goal of today's intellectuals, a failure of that magnitude -- and the evidence of unspeakable suffering on so large a scale -- would make them pause and check their statist premises. Instead, blind to everything but their hatred for capitalism, they are now asserting that "poverty breeds wars" (and justifying war by sympathizing with a "material greed" of that kind). But the question is: What breeds poverty? If you look a the world of today and if you look back at history, you will see the answer: the degree of a country's freedom is the degree of its prosperity."

"LaRouche also associates Wall Street Capitalism with Ayn Rand:
"Sir Alan Greenspan, the octogenarian one-time paramour of hedonist philosopher-author Ayn Rand..."
"Federal Reserve Chairman Alan "Ayn Rand" Greenspan, and of the inner circles of President Bush ..."
"Will Ayn Rand Disciple Greenspan Repudiate Genocidalist Brook?"
"Ayn Rand's Assault on the General Welfare"
"Rand formulated the principle of "Rational Self-interest" to describe the function of Individualism in the exercise of individual rights. Rational self interest does not violate the ideals of individual rights as she defines them.

"She defined laissez-faire capitalism as: "The ideal political-economic system.... It is a system where men deal with one another, not as victims and executioners, nor as masters and slaves, but as traders, by free, voluntary exchange to mutual benefit. It is a system where no man may obtain any values from others by resorting to physical force, and no man may initiate the use of physical force against others. The government acts only as a policeman that protects man’s rights; it uses physical force only in retaliation and only against those who initiate its use, such as criminals or foreign invaders. In a system of full capitalism, there should be (but, historically, has not yet been) a complete separation of state and economics, in the same way and for the same reasons as the separation of state and church." - Introducing Objectivism

"The most vocal criticism of Ayn Rand revolves around one solitary fact: that 1) she blazed her own trail and did not conform to any accepted form of expression or philosophical thought, and 2) she failed to base her own thoughts on previous works of more acceptable experts, and 3) because she appears to quote others with whom she has fundamental disagreements. Those same critics, exhibiting the same delusional insanity, use the activities of the Ayn Rand Institute to defame and discredit her ideals as she expressed them.
Leonard Peikoff: Founder of ARI. Born in Canada, 1933, Peikoff befriended Ayn Rand in 1951. He obtained his doctorate in philosophy at New York University, 1964, studying under Sidney Hook (founder of the University Centers for a Rational Alternative, the predecessor to Lynne Cheney's American Council of Trustees and Alumni). Less than a month after the attacks of Sept. 11, with a full-page ad in the New York Times, Peikoff was calling for attacks, not on the Taliban or al-Qaeda, but on Iran... - EIR
"So, Leonard Peikoff "befriended" Ayn Rand, thus forming an association with her, then after her death, constructed the strawman (Ayn Rand Institute), and then along comes socialist LaRouche et al, who burn it down destroying Ayn Rand's Ideals of individual rights along with it. Or so they, and every other Communist/Socialist/Progressive
/Libertarian/Republican/Democrat/New Age/Unitarian/Communitarian believes.

"There is a lot more detail to this method of deconstruction, but this is sufficient to accurately illustrate the cooperation that goes on between all of todays political ideologies who offer false choices, and put up false fronts of being at odds with one another while working toward a Common Purpose.

"Please address all replies to the topic of Ayn Rand's Ideals concerning Individualism and individual rights.
If you desire to refute her arguments please do so on the basis of her own comments, and in your own words.
I'm not interested in the philosophical drivel of some establishment blessed Ayn Rand expert, so don't try repeating their arguments.
If you get the impression that my attitude parallels Ayn Rand's, then thank you for noticing my claim to Individualism and innate Individual Rights in lieu of the bogus, humanist, UN sponsored and "granted", "human rights".

Communitarian Religion

Umes stave church

Much of my study of communitarianism has been in the political and legal arena. I tend to stick to reading the documents I am familiar with, meaning policies and programs. I stepped outside my little self-imposed box after a few years and devoted thousands of hours to the philosophical foundations for the communitarian theory. That resulted in our manifesto in 2003. But the story of communitarianism doesn't stop there, and there is much work that has yet to even be started. Besides being the emerging global-to-local bureaucratic system, it also includes this whole other aspect called religion. Communitarian economics and banking, as I explained last week, is one of the subjects I consider to be way out of my league. Religious, or spiritual communitarianism is another.

Therefore, I'm very grateful to Bobby Garner for taking the time to study and share his work on the religious theories that are the backbone for our comunitarian spiritual evolution. He is the only person I'm aware of in the world who has studied the connection between Christianity, Alice Bailey, Masonry and the communitarian Plan for a New Global Economic Order. Bobby's also done a lot of historical research and has found several things I never heard of in connection to communitarianism. I highly recommend his site to all my visitors who would like to read another take on all of this, and perhaps some of you are interested in knowing more about the history, beliefs and religious practices of the communitarians. www.congregator.net He also keeps a lively e-list conversation going that includes people with many different opinions.

On a more personal note

My apologies to visitors who were concerned by my lack of posts lately. I've been caught up in spring chores and taking care of my grandson while Nordica edits and prepares 2020 and the Manifesto (the new cover is so cute) for the next printing. We got huge orders for both of them, at once, and we've been busting it out here on one computer. Anyone who's lived with us knows who wins every war over the laptop. We've been so happy and hopeful; I didn't mean to worry anyone with my absense. Thanks for caring so much, I will try to check in and leave at least one line every couple days from now on. Maybe I'll start taking pictures again... like the outside gertee walls are covered in mold, that'd make some great pictures... bleach... good thing it's spring and I can redecorate before I go mad from the smells. Pete said the material may have come infected before I put it up and the ice gave it a perfect place to grow. (I don't know anything about mold.) So next I'm gonna cut up the old wall tent and us it for walls.. really is a trip that I can just take it all down and start over with a new firmer floor (out of the floodzone) and put up the new roof Sean and Johnny sent! (Thanks guys!!!) It snowed yesterday but it's definitely springtime in Alaska.. almost.

For all you hockey fans, my sister Judy's son, Wylie Rogers, who played goalie four years for the UAF Nanooks, just went pro. He's with the Utah Grizzlies. Go Wylie and the Griz! For links to ALL his hockey games, visit his number one fan site: http://fishtaxi.blogspot.com

Creating a Communitarian North American Union (NAU)

It's finally dipping below zero.

The door will look like this for the rest of the winter... it's kind of a good idea to keep an axe handy.

Nobody's needed a flashlight around here for a week.

When I have time, I take every link I see to a website that claims to fully explain the North American Union (NAU). I search these sites looking for other global government researchers who identify Communitarianism as the power structure for the emerging supra-national synthesis. This is a mostly frustrating endeavor. As more and more "experts" on globalization and the NAU come into the "fray" (as I'm beginning to see the research community), the reality of communitarianism as the foundation for the entire new system is buried even deeper under the hoards of materials devoted to "exposing the New World Order." I must have visited a million websites since 1999, and I utilize their site search engines. I can say that the number of search returns for the word "communitarianis" has significantly increased in the past eight (almost nine) years. But, even with a current 371,000 returns on google, most "expose" websites have nothing onsite using that term. Government websites using the term are also rare. The best place to find it are in upper academia and European governments in the EU.

This continuing obscurity in publications geared toward American readers is unbelievable. Communitaranism is the legal system. It's a primary ingrediant in the globalist's soup; it's the name of the recipie. I'm getting suspicious in my old age, and I'm slowly beginning to understand how the emerging government planted their disinformation operatives a long time ago, because I think the whole anti-globalist movement operates like a perfectly contrived Hegelian scenario.

The "left" side of the opposition leads the street protests and anti-WTO rallys. It was a leftist coalition of professional agitators that shut down the ministerial meetings in November, 1999. The left's variety of street theatre and actions were planned by an organization called DAN, the Direct Action Network. Very professional and efficent, DAN trained American volunteers in numerous actions designed to disrupt and "shut down the WTO." Part of the loosely connected but highly organized group were the National Lawyers Guild (who trained witnesses), the human chains (who locked arms around the convention center), the human barricades (who laid down in the intersections), and last but not least, the London and Eugene anarchists (who destroyed the property of carefully selected corporate stores that profit from slave labor).

The literature produced by the left will not explain that the WTO is a communitarian court, set up as a temporary justice system prior to NAU regionalisation and a new NAU parliment.

The "right" side of the opposition also leads their people in street protests, trains them to shut down abortion clinic actions, and they sponsor anti-SPP/NAU rallys. They are not nearly as professionally trained, organized or supported as is the left. The "right" includes the John Birchers (the most visable opponets of the U.N. since their inception) , the Libertarians (who are also pro-U.N. globalists), the Free American, the World Net Daily, the Constitution Party (who want to restore a Biblical constitution), the Klammath Bucket Brigades and the Sawgrass Rebellion (both exceptions to the unorganized reference above), Stop Agenda 21, the National Rifle Association, Stop the Trans-Texas Corridor, the Minutemen, We the People Foundation and, my all-time favorite, Stop the NAU.

In all the literature produced by the right, only a handful of researchers will define the emerging NAU justice system as communitarian law.

The NRA has two very good articles on specific balancing acts under communitarian law (on communitarianism and the 2nd amendment). Devvy Kidd, Berit Kjos, Charlotte Iserbyt, Detective Phillip Worts, Joan Veon, Michael Shaw, Darren Weeks, Nancy Levant, Chris Gerner, and Bobby Garner have all written original articles or books that include the term communitarianism (some more than others). Bobby, Darren , Chris, Berit and Nancy have written numerous original articles explaing communitarian thinking in great detail. But for the most part, very few writers on the right seem willing to do more than mention it once or twice.

Lately, very weird things have started happening, not the least being my communitarian law research was plagiarized by Dave Hodges, Director of the Arizona Constitution Party, (I don't include his articles on communitarian law in the above list of researchers for obvious reasons). This could mean several things, all of them seeming way too "cloak and dagger" for me to seriously consider... but I do plan to meet these obstacles as if I knew their game. I've also met a bunch of new people, and apparently not all of them are who or what they claim to be either.

Then there's this super weird (even for me!) group of Fusionsts at leftrightunite.com. Nord calls them the borg, and they keep trying to engage me in boring dialectical arguments. Terry Hayfield, their leader, is a Fusionist associated with the rightwing Birchers and leftwing labor, who uses 666 in his email address. His twist on us outright calls our studying communitarianism WRONG, not because he knows more or differently about communitarianism and can dispute our thesis, but because he's an expert on Permanent Revolution and Marxist economic theory. He refuses to even discuss communitarianism because it's a waste of his expert time. He also seems to think him and I are in some kind of an undergraduate contest of egos, defending and arguing over other people's theories. He never addresses mine and Nordica's original and published Hegelian-communitarian thesis, or our original, undisputed conclusion. He prefers instead to insist that I am a just stubborn, uncompromising, selfish idiot, and an anti-semitic to boot. Now, so does his borg. It's creepy, to say the least.

As more sites pick up on my article Dialectical Freedom, I should expect more weirdness. And in the funny way that this old world works, all this new harassment has inspired me to do a complete assessment of the leading Western and English speaking theorists writing about the NAU, the Bilderberg, the G-8, the U.N., the Fed, the IRS, the CFR, the TR, and CAFTA, in order to determine which ones actually talk about the emerging system.

Bur first Nordica and I are going to revise 2020 for a 2008 edition that includes a whole new section on international communitarianism. Currently ordered books should be going out by next Monday, I am so sorry but we've had one horrible delay after another; if anyone knows a good, reliable printer in Anchorage or even online, please let us know. Sure with I knew how to put it online for download ordering, Nordica does but she's swamped with work and the baby.

I'm also thinking about building my place into an anticommunitarian school and offer once in a lifetime "seminars" in Alaska. I'll invite folks to study with us, share their stories, write articles and books and take side trips exploring our wilderness neighborhood. I can build GerTees for housing our guests, travel GerTees for overnight backcountry expeditions (and I found a guy with draft horses) a big meeting GerTee tha seats 1oo+ people, and finally build a GerTee bathhouse/sweat lodge. I want to call it GerTeeville. That nice WTC architect who wrote me about them hated the name, but I like sounding like a character out of Horton Hears a Who.
