Interview with Constance Cumbey, Tuesday, Dec 23, 4pm Alaska Time

Showtime: 8pm Eastern, 4pm Alaska Time!

Constance Cumbey has just found the ACL and invited me to join her show on Tuesday, live at http://www.themicroeffect.com/. For those of you who are unfamiliar with Constance, she's a Michigan attorney who's been studying the communitarians for 26 years. I've linked to her work from the ACL and she's under people I like here. I learned a lot about the European players from her blog. http://cumbey.blogspot.com/2006_03_26_archive.html

This should prove to be very interesting because I'm sure I won't be asked many of the normal questions people ask when they have never heard of communitarianism before. I'm starting to like doing these radio shows too, every host has their own style and way of approaching their audience. I'm covering the extreme variety this month. Jim over at FreedomFighter was a get in your face modern shock jock (posted the link to the mp3 on the right) and Constance is a practicing attorney, a published author and a religious scholar.

More radio coming. I'm going to have to make a plan to join Darren and Nancy at Govern America on a Saturday morning at 4am my time. I am occassionally up at that time but not necessarily awake enough to talk. Heard they're planning on doing a whole show on gangstalking, which is another one of those weird things that are happening to people around the world.

It actually started happening to us this last year (and maybe longer), and knowing what we learned from the gangstalking site we were able to deal with it right up front and call b.s. on the creep who was doing it. Not that he stopped being a stalker or gathering information on everyone out here, but he never took our power with his constant unwarranted and unwanted attentions. He's a freak, but it's creepiest when it's the real cops doing the stalking, like when convicted felon Rachael Miller worked with the Anchorage Domestic violence Unit to stalk and harass me when I was Mike's 3rd Party custodian. (Used to have this whole nutcase article at the ACL, don't know where it went.) When Vice President Cheney said the government needs to work with unsavory characters in 2002, he didn't just mean in some vague undercover foreign terrorist infiltrations. Gangstalking is a modus operandi of local law enforcement too. It's a community justice program.

Fusion Centers

Lots of emails in my box regarding the proposed 700 billion bailout. I will find time to put a post together that includes some of the analysis from the left and the right. To me this crisis is all part of the scheme to allow the UN to intervene in our domestic infrastructure. Complete global economic integration can only occur when our financial system fails. It is completely apparent that the bailout will hand the reigns of our federal, state and local governments over to the Wall Street mafia.

Our work on community policing has brought us into contact with several organizations who are aware of the more sinsiter aspects of community police "teams" acting in Public-Private partnerships. One of these groups is called Gangstalking World. Their latest article includes information about how private data is being collected in other areas of the world. In England the cops are training children to take photos of people committing revised land use violations. These new COPS really do train our neighbors to hand out "tickets." In Seattle, the COPS proposed a revised Noise Ordinance which would have allowed citizen deputies to hand out $250.00 first time, no warning fines for infractions of an undefinable new meaning of "noise." The fine was to jump to $1000.00 for the second infraction with a possible 6 months in jail. Oh, and there was NO due process included in the COPS' policing strategy, because, according to Seattle City officials, "Only guilty people will get these tickets." http://www.gangstalkingworld.com/Structure.html

And now, after all the stupid harassment from Terry Hayfield and his Fusionist borg, this is almost too much:
State and Local Fusion Centers Many states and larger cities have created state and local fusion centers to share information and intelligence within their jurisdictions as well as with the federal government. The Department, through the Office of Intelligence and Analysis, provides personnel with operational and intelligence skills to the fusion centers. This support is tailored to the unique needs of the locality and serves to:

  • help the classified and unclassified information flow,
  • provide expertise,
  • coordinate with local law enforcement and other agencies, and
  • provide local awareness and access.

As of March 2008, there were 58 fusion centers around the country. The Department has deployed 23 officers as of March 2008 and plans to have 35 professionals deployed by the end of FY 2008. The Department has provided more than $254 million from FY 2004-2007 to state and local governments to support the centers.

The Homeland Security Data Network (HSDN), which allows the federal government to move information and intelligence to the states at the Secret level, is deployed at 19 fusion centers. Through HSDN, fusion center staff can access the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC), a classified portal of the most current terrorism-related information.

The Department has deployed intelligence officers to state fusion centers in:

  • Arizona
  • California
  • Colorado
  • Connecticut
  • Georgia
  • Florida
  • Illinois
  • Indiana
  • Louisiana
  • Maryland
  • Massachusetts
  • New Jersey
  • New York
  • Ohio
  • South Carolina
  • Virginia
  • Washington

The Department has also deployed support to fusion centers in New York City, Los Angeles and the Dallas region. http://www.dhs.gov/xinfoshare/programs/gc_1156877184684.shtm
