I try to use the term whenever possible whenever I'm involved in internet discussions. 99.9% of time, most people have never heard of Communitarian before. They sort of understand Hegelian dialectic from all the conspiracy talk radio jargon but don't fully comprehend how deep the belief system is in our policies. The gratifying part is that most people come to their senses once its properly explained because it's becoming more apparent.

These new graphics are very cool and helpful, Niki. Thank goodness you're still here to help us slay this dragon!

Of late, I can't help noticing that many keep pointing to this law or that to employ as push-back in the courts. Yet the courts are all privatized as commercial ventures; and those legal practitioners who've commandeered them are primarily interested... solely in making a buck. So broken is any universal and intelligible 'rule of law' anymore that I suspect credentialed-and-licensed BAR attorneys are all schooled simply to serve the process. The 'rules of court', 'rules of evidence', along with the myriad codes, statutes, 'case laws', the 'rules of criminal and civil procedure'. Because they're not even really ~taught~ the law!

The entire system has come to be 'self-regulated' by [syndicalist] 'closed shop' trade associations like the ABA and Lawyers Guilds.

What is seldom discussed are 'maxims of law' and the 'essential elements of honorable contract'.

If you have some thoughts in this regard, I'd be pleased to hear them.

You ARE a fighter, Niki. And for that... many of us are grateful!
