Financial Summit Agrees on the Goals

In my layman attempts to keep up with the Financial Meltdown I've read a lot of differing opinions on the root causes for the crisis. More than a few are blaming capitalism and thousands of professional writers and economists are saying the bankers and Wall Street corporations with their crooked practices are the cause. Someone from the Securities Commission came in on my James Trafficant speech post, I need to go read that again and see if makes more sense after all this other stuff I've been studying.

Finished reading this report and I'm still left wondering what version of "common understanding of the root cause" was reached by the G20 (and so quickly..wow). It appears they all agree on communitarian rule of law, but they just call it "rule of law" and from what I read they didn't bother to define exactly which rules they mean (and there is a vast conflict between U.S. Rule of Law and Communitarian Law). It's as if we already agree there is only one. Gee, maybe the U.S. signed something already that bound us to a new rule of law.

Today's Summit achieved five key objectives. The leaders:

* Reached a common understanding of the root causes of the global crisis;
* Reviewed actions countries have taken and will take to address the immediate crisis and strengthen growth;
* Agreed on common principles for reforming our financial markets;
* Launched an action plan to implement those principles and asked ministers to develop further specific recommendations that will be reviewed by leaders at a subsequent summit; and
* Reaffirmed their commitment to free market principles.

Making national laws and regulations more consistent for international cooperation did get mentioned, although the assurance is that this is an ongoing process with more specific recommendations to come later. The crisis is a perfect avenue to introduce a supreme global system. The solutions will be hard for Americans (or any nation) to refuse to accept. So far, all they're saying about law is this:

"Reinforcing international cooperation by making national laws and regulations more consistent and encouraging regulators to enhance their coordination and cooperation across all segments of financial markets."

Obama will be president by the next meeting. He'll be taking immediate steps.

# The leaders agreed that immediate steps could be taken or considered to restore growth and support emerging market economies by:

* Continuing to take whatever further actions are necessary to stabilize the financial system;
* Recognizing the importance of monetary policy support and using fiscal measures, as appropriate;
* Providing liquidity to help unfreeze credit markets; and
* Ensuring that the International Monetary Fund (IMF), World Bank and other multilateral development banks (MDBs) have sufficient resources to assist developing countries affected by the crisis, as well as provide trade and infrastructure financing.

They're tying the whole solution to the WTO. It's a court of communitarian law.

The leaders agreed that needed reforms will be successful only if they are grounded in a commitment to free market principles, including the rule of law, respect for private property, open trade and investment, competitive markets, and efficient, effectively-regulated financial systems. The leaders further agreed to:

* Reject protectionism, which exacerbates rather than mitigates financial and economic challenges;
* Strive to reach an agreement this year on modalities that leads to an ambitious outcome to the Doha Round of World Trade Organization negotiations;
* Refrain from imposing any new trade or investment barriers for the next 12 months; and
* Reaffirm development assistance commitments and urge both developed and emerging economies to undertake commitments consistent with their capacities and roles in the global economy.

No new trade or investment barriers for the next 12 months. All bets are off.

Here's another version of the same idea without the Israeli connection. The anonymous author of "The US is Still a British Colony" has a very detailed analysis of the use of charters, and I'm glad, because the treaties signed by our founders are essential to understanding the power modern treaties signed by modern leaders holds over us. I'm certain now that the status/contract information Todd wants me to learn ties directly into this. The main problem for me is I am no longer a full-time student of communitarianism, I simply cannot afford to put in the hours I used to. I also decided it's not healthy for me to keep up the same way. Which means no matter how important it is that I see every possibility out there, it may be just as important that I let go and let others do what they know how to do, then I can stick to writing and studying what I know and maybe even move on to solutions like gertees and DIY ideas. Communitarianism is here and shows no signs of going away. I'd like to focus on that current topic for a while, like how the hell are we going to survive outside it if it's everywhere?

Is that even a possiblity? Can I ever expect to masquerade myself as a Stepford Wife? People really have no idea how mind boggling I find all this information stored inside my head, and how little value it will have when we're all told we need to report to our designated community center. I'm thinking maybe a sustainable gertee eco-village might have a chance of existing within the new land use regulation but there'd have to be a secret oath that negates the communitarian contract members would have to sign. The problem is a lot of Americans believe in their contracts in Homeowners and Community Associations, so they'd be scary if they joined. What I want to know now is which groups of people have the best chance of survival (and not the "get the guns and run to the woods and hide" kind). We have to somehow hide in plain sight or we have to go totally off the grid, and I don't have the first clue how to do either.

Anti communitarian studies has so many focus areas a genuine academic field of study would involve numerous 4 year sub-programs. This was validated by the NAS stuff posted on the ACL homepage. It's a HUGE study. After 10 years my focus is still current legislation, programs and intiatives, because that's where I was trained. History is a whole different ball game. I have a hard enough time figuring out what's coming down now without having to become an expert in things I know nothing about. I want to rely on other experts to fill in the blanks for me. I so much appreciate writers like Bobby and Paul and Philip and Nancy (who's back btw!). They take their precious time to delve deep into areas I can't. I just wish all writers would put their names on their books and articles; as with "Time Bomb" I am reluctant to cite "American Patriots Past and Present" and/or anonymous sources.

If I cannot cite a source that means I have to find a way to verify the information in sources I can cite. Which means reading a lot of books and finding it that way. This takes a lot of time and solitude, sometimes it takes hours just to grasp the basic idea in a book (particularly philosophy, and we did that already).

I don't have an expert opinion on banking or economics because I'm a current affairs journalist, not a historian. But I do love reading and studying history. It was essential to go back and see how we became a communitarian sub-nation. When I started studying Etzioni I had never heard of the CFR's role in American politics, nor the Royal Society. I didn't know anything about the British Fabian Society or that Tony Blair and Bill Clinton went to Oxford together. I really didn't have a clue what Rothschilds banks were, or that they funded Clinton's campaign for president. I only recently learned of the Pilgrims Society and their connection to Jean Monnet and the EU. (In 2000 I swore I was not taking my research beyond the WA State level, hah.)

Do I still have a LOT to learn? Yes, no doubt about it. Will I ever have the time to read everything I need to read? Probably not, especially now that I'm taking my life back. This book is filled with great sources that look like they'd all be easy to verify:

I just realized that I have more information on the subprime meltdown. Several years ago, I did a research project for Eagle Forum of Idaho. There is a small rural town named Star that is outside of Boise. A builder had built a large number of homes for which there were no buyers - and there was no business activity that would signal that there would be a market for those homes. One of residents of Star was most unhappy about it because they changed the rural character of the town - and the homes were sitting empty and she wanted to know what was going on because that's not normal. So I agreed to look into it.

What I thought was going to be a simple little research project turned out to be a Pandora's Box. I spent a couple of weeks reading and searching and by the time I got enough of the story together to put up webpages, I was worn out so rather than writing it in a story format, I produced a timeline of who did what - when and I put links off the timeline to source documents and in some cases to other webpages that explained more fully what was being done.

Basically, what happened in Star was that they were building a planned community that was part of Clinton's 'Sustainable Development' - Agenda 21 implementation. I was more focused on the Agenda 21 issues because the financing of the project wasn't an issue at that time.

What happened in brief was that Mayor Brent Coles of Boise, was solicited at a Mayor's Institute Conference and he was guided into the scheme by an economist from Berkeley, Dana Belzer. She "helped him" by advising him to establish a private partnership between himself and the Mayors of the surrounding communities. She also helped him get a $500,000 grant from the EPA for a "study". The story goes on - but the bottom line was that Mayor Coles was being facilitated into establishing a regional "governance" structure and - in my opinion, the $500,000 was payoff money for the mayors. Mayor Coles ended up resigning as Mayor on a trumped up charge that he attempted to get reimbursement on his expense account for theatre tickets for himself and Belzer while they were at a conference.

A part of the story that I covered on the surface but didn't really look at in detail was the community development funding. That's the part of the story that relates to the subprime meltdown.

The organization that doing business in Idaho - buying loans was named the Community Development Fund. Their website was taken down, but I did recover a lot of the pages including presentations they did explaining how their business worked. If you read those pages, you'll understand how the secondary market for subprime mortgages was working. And you'll see who the big players were behind it.

Considering everything else that happened during the Clinton Administration concerning the 'reinvention of government', the Summits of the Americas, the NAFTA agreement, the WTO agreement, the Executive Order to implement Agenda 21, and the financial condition of our country and the reasons for it, it is my opinion that this subprime meltdown was strategically planned. The CRA was put into law and it sat there like an explosive device on a timer. The taking down of our economy has occurred in exactly the same way that a building is taken down - a series of blowouts in sequence - timed to knock the foundations out from under us. Why? Because the globalists have in mind to create a world government - and to do that, they have to destroy competitors to power. That would be the United States.

Four states already have laws that forbid their state agencies from mandating NAIS: Arizona, Kentucky, Missouri and Nebraska. Below is a letter from Senator Karen Johnson, who sponsored the Arizona bill, to the Arizona Department of Agriculture, in response to the USDA’s memo. Ask your state legislator to take a stand like Senator Johnson!

USDA has failed to follow any of the administrative procedures required to create enforceable regulations when it issued this new step in NAIS. So whether USDA can actually enforce it isn’t clear. On the other hand, USDA has created the entire NAIS program without regard to following the rules administrative agencies must follow, so it’s likely that the state agencies will automatically follow the USDA’s memo. Here are some excerpts from the memo:

USDA is requiring NAIS premises registration “as the sole and standard location identifier” for activities relating to any disease regulated through the Code of Federal Regulations, for emerging or re-emerging disease, and for foreign animal diseases (page 1, Section II & III.A.1)
People who refuse to voluntarily register their properties in NAIS will be registered against their will: “If the person responsible for the premises chooses not to complete the form to register his/her premises, either the animal health official or an accredited veterinarian will collect the defined data fields.” (page 2, Section III.B.2)
The memo applies to federal animal health authorities, state animal health authorities, and private veterinarians who are accredited for federally regulated diseases (page 1, Section I)

Any veterinarian who is accredited for a federally regulated disease is subject to the USDA’s edict to involuntarily register his or her clients: “A PIN is required for activities performed at a premises by a State or Federal animal health authority or an accredited veterinarian for any disease that is regulated through Title 9 of the Code of Federal Regulations.” (page 4)

The listed disease programs for which a PIN will be required include:
Tuberculosis
Brucellosis
Johne’s disease
Pseudorabies
Scrapie
Chronic Wasting Disease
Low pathogenic Avian Influenza of the H5/H7 strains
Communicable diseases in horses, asses, ponies, mules, and zebras, which would include equine Infectious Anemia
Texas (splenetic) fever in cattle
Scabies in cattle
Exotic Newcastle disease and chlamydiosis
Poultry health as addressed in the National Poultry Improvement Plan

The activities that will result in being registered in NAIS include:
Vaccinations
Diagnostic tests

USDA states that PIN’s are not required for “participation in voluntary programs,” but does not explain which those would be (p.6)

During the 2007 legislative session, I sponsored a bill (SB1428) that prohibits forced participation in the National Animal ID System (NAIS) in Arizona. Governor Napolitano signed that bill and it has been the law now for more than a year. (See ARS 3-1207 and ARS 3-1214).


I recently received a copy of a Memorandum (attached) issued by the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture which indicates that veterinarians who visit a property are to “collect the defined data fields” in order to assign a PIN, “as defined in the National Animal Identification System Program Standards.” This pin is to be the location identifier for all Veterinary Services disease program activities and – according to the memo – must

be assigned, with or without the consent of the property owner.

I’m sending a letter to Attorney General Terry Goddard asking him to intervene with the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture in this matter. I expect the law to be enforced in the spirit intended when it was drafted.


I would like to know how you intend to deal with this, since we have a law in place that prohibits forced participation in NAIS? I should tell you that I have been contacted by various Arizona residents telling me that they are being forced into premise registration, especially the cattlemen. I am calling on you to do everything in your power to see that this law is respected and that animal owners in Arizona are not compelled to “register” their property in a government data base. Please advise me on how you plan to handle this.

Financial Summit tomorrow! Now is the time for the world to unite, right?

Very little stands between the Communitarians and their plans for a more moral one world government. While their plan would have gone forward regardless of which team won the US Presidential election, Obama and Biden can be counted upon to change the US with a friendlier face.

Besides, now that I've confirmed his connection to John McKnight, ABCD, Amitai Etzioni, and the Communitarian Platform, I have no doubt anymore who trained Obama. It makes total sense that the Republicans never used the word communitarian to describe Obama's politics. If mainstream news had to tell US voters the communitarian principles behind community economic development, it would have been too easy for even the most uneducated citizen to see the similarities in Obama's community activism and Palin's community renewal. (Personally, I decided Palin was chosen to make sure Obama won, and I think she knew it. She told us in one of her many recent TV interviews that "nobody runs a campaign to lose...")

Here's the communitarians argument for a global regulatory "right":

A. The financial crisis in the U.S. is affecting markets worldwide.
B. The U.S. cannot solve their own emergency because the world's financial markets are interdependent.
C. Therefore: the U.S. requires a higher authority to control their local market.

I may not know much about banking and the history of banking, but I DO know their programme for centralized world rule requires a one banking system (and global taxes).

There has to be a consensus on which law rules supreme, worldwide:
Communitarian/Community Rule of Law has been established REGIONALLY via the WTO, Free Trade Agreements, Environmental Treaties, Congressional Acts, and Executive Orders.
The European Union is the model for regional integration. See the list of Communitarian Law Schools and programs on the right hand sidebar for quick confirmation of this.

There must be an established global state religion:
All religions are regulated by the new government if they accepted $= grants in public-private partnerships called faith-based and asset based community development. Programs include: Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), Problem Oriented Community Policing (COPS), community mental health, domestic violence prevention, and diversity/tolerance training.

All land use must be controlled and directed by the global state:
UN Local Agenda 21 Programme for Development is based upon sustainable development. This ideology is the principle for all land management plans, worldwide. Every government agency in the world states this term in their mission statement. Not only are our less fortunate and dependent neighbors more apt to willingly participate and "volunteer" their personal data, but they also are the LEAST likely to have the money to sue their government officials for gross violations of fundamental liberties under national and state constitutional laws.

Their assumption is that sustainability must be achieved at every level of human life, in every association we have. There's a reason why the sustainable development ideology was NEVER a topic in the campaign. It's not up for public debate, and it never will be, unless people insist on it. We will all be built from the inside out, and rest assured, we will all be required to contribute to the process. Many will give their whole lives to the cause, but the ones who reject it will be prosecuted as selfish and immoral. Only guilty people will be arrested for violating the new law. It's been called a Bill of Duties, and we can safely expect to hear more about that, real soon.

In a vital community, "everyone gives his/her gifts."

For me it always leads back to what the comms were doing in my Seattle neighborhood in 1999. The same people who were gathering information about my assets and skills work for the same people who run the White House from behind the scenes, and none of them are Americans. The question I ask myself now is this: Would I be better off to "join" the communitarians and make a living off my asociations in the network, as opposed to using my precious "free" time left exposing them as frauds and scammers?

I know where the grants are, I know what they want most, and I know the language they use. I know that if I proposed an innovative way to implement a datagathering operation with a friendly face I'd get "help." I know if I joined a compromised faith organization and said all the right things I could become a community leader with access to millions. I can't get in on the big Wall Street bailout but that doesn't mean I'm excluded from all the "free" money. If Sarah Palin could find 27 million in grants for Wasilla, maybe we can do that for Kenny Lake. Maybe we could start a police station with COPS grants too, set up a neighborhood spywatch and find innovative ways to monitor our neighbors' financial assets and moral lives.

Everyone in the world is considered to be a financial asset. What law will be used in binding resolutions at tommorow's financial summit?

What's a pinko?

After years without one, I've watched TV every day for the past 6 days. Madness, I know. But I needed to see it, to get a sense of what's shaping the opinions of my people. I got to see and listen to people I only read or write about, Obama, Emanuel, Palin (lots of Palin), and a founding communitarian politician, Senator Hillary Clinton. (CNN gossip tonight is she's being considered for Sec of State.) I got to see the crowds of people crying when Obama won and it made me think about all my friends who had to have been overjoyed to see a black man become president. Some part of me wishes I too could believe in the change this should represent for Amercans, that I didn't know Obama was trained in methods for community change by the top Communitarians in the US. This is the ultimate rude way to sneak the communitarian government on the world. No wonder they created the whole eugenics movement first. They needed a race card, and without their teachings we wouldn't have the race relations we have today. Their science of anthropology and social evolution created and perpetuated the very core ideology of racism in the US.

Somehow I forgot TV included a whole slew of super slick, nicely posed experts telling us what's really going on in the country. I watched a few I recongnised, Larry King, Lou Dobbs and a few guys I'd never seen, Cooper and ?. There was a question something like, "When is it too early to critisize the new president?" and one guest said talk radio is already calling him a fascist. Not one mention of the word communitariansm yet, and I'm already pretty sick of listening to these experts so I may not endure the wait. It's gotta come up sometime, doesn't it?

What do you get when you cross a capitalist fascist with a hardliner communist? A soft communitarian.

We moved to Palmer, right next to Wasilla. Palmer is where all the planning records are. :) I've seen it said on craigslist and other forums that Wasilla is the capiltal of the KKK in Alaska. (And wow, all these 30+ years I never knew there WAS a KKK in Alaska!) In his two presidential campaigns, Alabama governor George Wallace often railed at "the left-wing pinko press" and at "pseudo-pinko-intellectuals."[3][4]

Some of the most infamous uses of the term pink came during future president Richard Nixon's 1950 Senate campaign against Helen Gahagan Douglas: "She's pink right down to her underwear!" — a play on the fact that, at the time, pink was the usual color of women's undergarments. Nixon regularly referred to her as "the Pink Lady", and his campaign distributed political flyers printed on sheets of pink paper.

In popular culture

One of the most famous uses of the term in popular culture was the ironic use by Charlie Daniels in his breakthrough 1972 hit "Uneasy Rider." The dope-running hippie narrator is stuck with a flat tire in Jackson, Mississippi. Attempting to avoid a beatdown by the locals, he attempts to deflect attention to one of the locals by accusing him of being "a friend of them long haired, hippy-type, pinko fags" sent by the FBI to infiltrate the Ku Klux Klan. {"why, he's even got a cammunist flag tacked up on the wall of his geerage!" ~Niki}

Recently, the term was used repeatedly on the television series John Safran vs God when Safran is referring to his target demographic. Safran is likely to have intentionally referenced Daniels' "Uneasy Rider", and notably Safran had on a previous episode infiltrated the Ku Klux Klan.

Back to needing to know more about the National Bank. Reading up on McColloch v. Maryland and this is something I should have studied a decade ago. I actaully thought the bank was authorized by the Constitution. Apparently not exactly, so duh. The issue over the bank and the Supreme Court decision on this is what was used to expand the feds power and the New Deal?!? And this was at the core of the contention between the north and south/west. What about the power to coin money? Was Maryland one of the few states whose banks stayed open during the entire Big Depression?
