    I really like it John. I've been asked before to compile my research into something like this. Happy New Year to you too! btw we're adding your pdf file to the revision, anything else you want to add? maybe a short synopsis of your England experience like what Paul Barnes wrote for Canada in the first 2020 version? Let me know if you can do it, we're in the final edits now.
