States Versus the Feds... another dialectic?

"A ruling Wednesday by a federal judge put on hold parts of the new law that would have required officers to dig deeper into the fight against illegal immigration. Arizona says it was forced to act because the federal government isn't doing its job to fight immigration."

  1. Herein lies an interesting conundrum: the authority to enforce immigration laws lie with the Federal Government but the encroachment is happening against individual States.

It's a worthy debate on the primacy of the 10th and the general view on the Republic. I'm sure somewhere in this, the 2nd could also be broached as necessary to defend life, liberty and property. Given that illegals have no such Constitutional Rights, I wonder how the Fed would play this out should Arizona residents take up arms in defense.

That said, if you consider NAFTA and the SPP (which may have been quashed in the public square), there seems to be a deliberate neglect of the border to unify the continent.

There are many political writers who make this argument but for a more intriguing philosophical-occultic reason, look into the writings of Manly P. Hall.

  2. Nice way to explain it John, thanks.

This reminds me, on a larger scale, of the M.O. for passing new noise ordinances around the country. SPD/COPS Officer Hope Bauer said in a Town Hall noise meeting in June 2000 that Seattle police had been told to stop enforcing the old noise ordinance for five years, prior to the arising "need" for a new one. She said she didn't know why.

And while I've heard of Manly Hall this is the first time I've looked him up... whoa.

"Manly Palmer Hall (March 18, 1901 – August 29, 1990) was a Canadian-born author and mystic. He is perhaps most famous for his work The Secret Teachings of All Ages: An Encyclopedic Outline of Masonic, Hermetic, Qabbalistic and Rosicrucian Symbolical Philosophy, which is widely regarded as his magnum opus, and which he published at the age of 25 (or 27, 1928)"

  3. You've researched many aspects of of Communitarianism but take a closer look at its true philosophical roots from antiquity. It goes all the way back to the Garden of Eden according to M.P. Hall. Plato, Pythagoras and the Jacobins were other historical players in the early movement. M.P. Hall's "Secret Teachings of the Ages" is a must read. He doesn't mince any words as the most highly regarded "insider" among Communitarian thinkers.

If you follow theistic eschatology, they've already started their 1,000 year reign.

  5. I've lived in two border towns in Cali and Arizona and spent a helluva lot of time the desert southwest and Texas.
The following stats prove what I have seen as well as read:
This is just some of what the flood of immigration is doing to our country, according to data from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Department of Homeland Security reports:

95% of warrants for murder in Los Angeles are for illegal aliens.
83% of warrants for murder in Phoenix are for illegal aliens.
86% of warrants for murder in Albuquerque are for illegal aliens.
75% of those on the most wanted list in Los Angeles, Phoenix and Albuquerque are illegal aliens.
24.9% of all inmates in California detention centers are Mexican nationals here illegally
40.1% of all inmates in Arizona detention centers are Mexican nationals here illegally
48.2% of all inmates in New Mexico detention centers are Mexican nationals here illegally
29% (630,000) convicted illegal alien felons fill our state and federal prisons at a cost of $1.6 billion annually
53% plus of all investigated burglaries reported in California, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona and Texas are perpetrated by illegal aliens.
50% plus of all gang members in Los Angeles are illegal aliens from south of the border.
71% plus of all apprehended cars stolen in 2005 in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada and California were stolen by Illegal aliens or “transport coyotes”.
47% of cited/stopped drivers in California have no license, no insurance and no registration for the vehicle. Of that 47%, 92% are illegal aliens.
63% of cited/stopped drivers in Arizona have no license, no insurance and no registration for the vehicle. Of that 63%, 97% are illegal aliens
66% of cited/stopped drivers in New Mexico have no license, no insurance and no registration for the vehicle. Of that 66% 98% are illegal aliens.
380,000 plus “anchor babies” were born in the US to illegal alien parents in just one year, making 380,000 babies automatically US citizens.
97.2% of all costs incurred from those births were paid by the American taxpayers.
66% plus of all births in California are to illegal alien Mexicans on Medi-Cal whose births were paid for by taxpayers".
I am completely sure, from personal experience, and research, that the federal government has allowed this all to happen in order to destabilize the US citizens by making them live in fear and welcome massive police and military presence to protect their gutless disarmed asses.
The whole pc thing about "undocumented migrants" is b.s.
Easily more than half of them are pedophiles, rapists, murderers, thieves, welfare cheats, anchor baby makers, hospital bill dodgers and sometimes all of the above. They do lousy construction work and poop in the vegetable fields.
It's always the Che Guevara t-shirt wearing tofu fags who drive Nissans that don't do labor work who supports these people's "rights" to be here. And of course the LGBT, who's biggest goal in life is to force us to share toilets with sexual reassignment recipients.
What a joke. This country is so full of freakin' retards I want to projectile vomit all over almost everyone I encounter everywhere I go.
