No matter what your opinion is of the continuing questions regarding Obama's eligibility status (and believe me, I have seen the way Obama supporters react to these charges), this attorney's blog is a good example of what happens to information when it makes its way into the alternative and mainstream news. Interesting role World Net Daily plays in distributing false information about him, and I really like this man's attitude about petitions, form letters and following him. Why do people assume that if you stand up for something, the next "natural" step is you have to lead others to reach the same conclusion? When people tell me that communitarianism sounds good to them now, I say, "Okay. See ya." Well, usually. :)

Seems the Supreme Court is waiting to hear from me before issuing a decision on Donofrio, so here goes: While the Court is more than loathe to enter this dispute, currently it has no choice (thanks to the audacious one — and I don’t mean Leo, I mean Barack) and the ONLY WAY to bring closure, knowing CLOSURE IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL before any Presidential inauguration, is to back the original intent of the Constitution, meaning, Obama is NOT an Article II “natural born citizen” (albeit Obama may or may not be a “citizen”, a question heated by the steadfast refusal of the DNC or any of the Secretaries of State to require his birth certificate, which the Court will now not have to confront).
ReplyDeleteThe choice facing the Supreme Court on Monday boils down to civil unrest to protect the Constitution or civil war to proceed to 'inaugurate' a non-"natural born citizen".
ReplyDeleteWe are long past the candidate vetting process. When people should have been concerned about this, they were blind with rage at the color of his skin. At that early time before popular opinion has decided, these things can be cleared up with little opposition. Now its just a muck raking campaign by a bunch of sore loosers.
ReplyDeleteIf we understand New Age moral relativism, then it makes no difference where Obama was born, or to whom. If they believe he is the Christ reincarnate, then by their self-righteous democratic god, he is the Christ. When an unwritten amoral code says that questions of right and wrong will be decided by me and my friends based on our desire, then any old document which says that its not allowed, can, and must be simply ignored.
This is the deepening rebellion against any authority which opposes the Popular Will of the collective. According to Alice Bailey, 'Will' can overcome any obstacle.
They are many, they are strong, and they mean to win by 2012. There is a lot to do and a very short time to get it done, and they are getting desperate. The Mayan Calendar ends in 2012, and the second Venus Transit on June 6th marks the end of The Global Oneness Commitment: Co-creating a happy world. We know that Global Unity is a top priority which must succeed, so why is it not open ended? Why does it end in 2012? Is it reasonable to believe that there is any limit to which they will not go to achieve that goal?
We would do better to answer these questions and think about the implications, because the leader has already been decided.
Bobby, I know your engaging thoughts deserve weight and attention - I guess you feel hurt and anger like so many of us do - however, it's not altogether fair to denounce all those who objected to certain legal standards not having been previously satisfied - and there were even some who had voiced what they saw as their legitimate concerns earlier on during the time when such a vetting process normally was to have occurred; but alas, those concerns were simply swept aside and ignored - with the broad brush stroke you paint... as being somehow 'enraged'... merely by the color of the man's skin.
ReplyDeleteA lot of good, decent, even very talented people I'd met this past two years still think the America they were taught existed in their history schoolbooks and in their imaginations was an enchanting reality worth clinging to; and I found there were few warmongers, bigots, racists, hate-filled rednecks, or cold hard-hearted ones among them.
Certainly, racism exists; but my experience was surprising, yet decidedly, very different, having spent much time with activists and voters from several camps during this past election cycle.
I definitely agree voting is a waste of time and a fraud upon the American people; however, I only thought it might be 'interesting', I suppose, for me to just go on ahead and 'do something' in spite of what I knew to be true.
Incidentally, though I voted in the GOP primary [and my votes in the past had almost always gone to the Democrat candidates when I actually did vote] I felt no similar itch to vote at all during the November contest.
Without 'taking the plunge' like I did, I think it'd be fair to say I might never have been introduced to the topics of which you and Niki so eloquently write - and for that I am indebted to you both for your incredible efforts.
You'll be pleased to know I refer others to you and Niki's web pages quite often these days.
P.S. - My goodness, I daresay it could take me a lifetime to read all those words - and I never seem to tire of them! Today, I did some research on the American Quaker, John Woolman, as I'd run across a review or two for "The Beautiful Soul of John Woolman, Apostle of Abolition", by Thomas P. Slaughter.
Thoughts of you both... again... came to mind. I suspect most all your devoted readers must feel the same. :)

Here's some other words I copied-and-pasted today...
The question of who you can trust is an ancient one. Tennyson had some fine words for trust, but the flowers he had in mind probably did not run to wreaths.
In Love, if Love be Love, if Love be ours,
Faith and unfaith can ne’er be equal powers:
Unfaith in aught is want of faith in all.
It is the little rift within the lute,
That by and by will make the music mute,
And ever widening slowly silence all.
The little rift within the lover’s lute
Or little pitted speck in garner’d fruit,
That rotting inward slowly moulders all.
It is not worth the keeping: let it go:
But shall it? Answer, darling, answer, no.
And trust me not at all or all in all.
Lark, the people you met in this experience were heavily propagandized as we all were. The America we have is not the one our parents believed they were passing down to us. It may be enchanting, and I don't doubt that people are enchanted but it is not the reality. They don't give lip service to the constitution for nothing. It is the New Age, and nearly everyone is infected with it. However, I feel neither hate nor anger. I believe we must deal with the reality, and my comments were intended to express my perspective on the reality. After all opinions have been heard, the facilitated reality remains, and it was published today. The court said No review of Obama's eligibility to serve, which confirms my assessment of the situation. Reality is not custom made and it doesn't accept suggestions. It is what it is, and I called it correctly on this.
ReplyDeleteI appreciate the references.
I never doubted your research; and I never for one minute doubted the issue would NOT be entertained inside an American courtroom.
ReplyDeleteThe American people don't deserve what they're getting - particularly when they're lied-to almost every single moment of their waking lives...
... Which is why I continue to applaud and trumpet any meaningful effort to wake them up!
But once again, my hat is off to you, Bobby - and to Niki, for bringing your efforts to my attention.
Let's hope all our words can find a happy place inside another man's soul... and soon. :)
The "American people" are not one and therefore cannot be said to be guilty or innocent of anything, so on that basis, they are neither deserving nor undeserving. We are deeply divided which can only be understood by applying George Orwell's rules of definition. Unity means acknowledging our differences then getting everyone to ignore them. Being lied to doesn't make one guilty or innocent. No one can avoid being lied to, but every single individual has the option of believing or disbelieving the lie. That option is nullified however, when we sacrifice our individuality and join the collective.
ReplyDeleteIf I have made one single point in all that I have written, it is that believing the lie makes one complaisant and guilty of complicity in the action. Its the action which promotes the lie and allows it to flourish and to be effective. The "American people" are like the attendees at the Emperor's Parade, and each of us has the option of recognizing the Emperor's new suit, or his nakedness. Everyone sees the same thing, so we all know the truth. Those who try to justify it by their support deserve precisely what they have and will yet receive. Waking people up is not a viable option. People will wake up when they reap the rotten fruits of the bad seeds they've sown. No one that I'm aware of has ever made that so clear.
